  In general, it is the package BB OS exact that you install (via your PC) to your BB, and further, then by selecting the languages that you want to appear on the BB. Is what I recommend, on a PC (you can't do this on MAC):

  Hi, I was happily using my Blackberry 8310 for the last year and 5 months without problem. In a week or two after I installed the new version of the OS 4.5 there I began to encounter a problem with my phone.
