BlackBerry smartphones delete DM app

Hello everyone, is it possible to completely remove the application that I don't use DM as foreigh languages?

François

Right. She is to find on the web through services from your operator.

You could try to download the latest version of the operating system of your device and then remove the applications install locally, but this seems a lot of work just to eliminate the elements in a list. Not to mention necessary disk space that your current configuration does not.

I followed the instructions to remove the torch apps

on the Startup icons are always on my screen and when I highlight or click on them it lock up my phone

Anyone know how I can solve this

This method only removes the icon from the home screen.

You have to go into Options > device > application management.  Once there, highlight the application you want to remove, and then select it.  Another screen will appear with the options remove and change the permissions.  Click on delete.  So most likely will ask you to reboot your device, after which the request will be uninstalled from your device.

If you want to remove multiple applications, select the option to restart later.  Once you have removed the last app, you can restart your device or simply remove the battery from the device to reboot.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones w/WeatherChannel App problem

I was happy with the App WeatherChannel, but last week attempted to upgrade from a new version is available.

Given that this attempt, I find myself in mode "loading" every time that I try to use this app.  I deleted the app, but it is apparently still on my BB.  When I view it in MyWorld - where it still shows it by "installed" - I can't get the menu appears allowing me to select Uninstall (I have no problem on other applications menu display).  If I click to view the application at this time, it puts me in mode "loading", and the app opens never use.

Need help to solve, I really want to use this app (I've installed WeatherBug in the interval, but prefer WeatherChannel).

    BB App World version 1.1.0.24

    Thank you!

Well, obviously, I solved this on my own.  For those of you familiar with this or similar problems: I plugged my BB on the site, checked the updates, and when installing the latest update, I got WeatherChannel deleted.

I could then successfully (and wireless) reinstall the WeatherChannel (from the archives) application.

Looks like I'm back in business - although it took several hours to solve.

  • BlackBerry smartphones delete App World and it cannot recover. Bold 9930

It started yesterday when my app world was constantly freezing downloading an application. I read online to simply delete and reinstall the app world.

When deleted and try to reinstall, I got the error message "Error: Invalid manifest or application descriptor."

The "MIDlet-Name" attribute is missing. »

I have no idea what it means. Try to look at the issue, by reading other peoples scenerios, I saw something I thought may have worked. Downgrade to OS 7.0.

I tried to do this through the Manager of office without result. I then looked in wiping the operating system of the device and reinstall. What does not work either and almost bricked my phone.

I am now back to OS 7.1 and always without the Blackberry World receives the same error message.
I tried battery pull several times, soft reset, reset hard, all I can think about.

Ive or off voltage of my phone, I tried to send me the download links and ive tried to find how to uninstall it on bb world but I cant find it?
    heeeelp

When you're App World go to My World and press the menu button and select refresh - this will refresh your list of installed applications and in theory it then you can reinstall BBM.

If you find that it is always installed, you sure you deleted? Would you rather hid the icon?  You can check this is go to your panel of all items, then press the menu key and select 'show all '.

If your BBM icon reappears, highlight the icon, press the menu key and be sure to 'Hide' is unchecked.

  • Problems of blackBerry Smartphones with BB app world app on BB 9300 curve

    Hello

Since my phone updated the appworld software I did not actually use the app. I have redownloaded a bucnh of time, but even if she says that the app is when I click it, it just will not open.

    Hi fustyfru

If a battery pull reboot is unable to resolve, then please try again as mentioned:

First on your homescreen to Options > device > application > then scroll down to the World App delete App World from there. After it perform a reboot of pull battery as mentioned on the post. From your BlackBerry browser or type www.blackberry.com/appworld then click download again.

Please try and see if that solves your problem.

  • Applications blackBerry Smartphones Deleted/desinstalles in BlackBerry World not really gone?

This seems to be a recurring problem for many users of BlackBerry and it's bugging us.

I have a BlackBerry Bold 9700 and I have a few apps that I uninstalled, however, they always appear as uninstalled items. I can't get rid of them. I don't want to even see that they are uninstalled in my world! I did the reset in the App World (alt R S T) that reboots only App World and applications are STILL there in the uninstall section. By clicking on one of these elements just gives me the opportunity to reinstall the (there was a reason to uninstall them in the first place). I took out the battery, I even tried to remove these applications Options, Applications and they always appear as uninstalled App World. I just want that they disappeared and did not track that I have even downloaded the.

Is there a way for these items to be deleted and is not at all, that I have need the reminder of these applications on my screen

Well I just discovered this. If you have already deleted the application and it is listed in the program / application not installed, follow these steps:

    1. Select the application

2 initiate a process of installation of the application that is to say. As you want to install it again

    3. can pause while installing

4 do the OPTIONS and click CANCEL

This will remove the application from your BB.

    It worked for me. Bold9700

  • Problems for blackBerry Smartphones download BB App torch

Has anyone else had problems downloading a Blackberry AppWorld application on smartphone? Free applications last few, I tried to download does not give me the choice 'Download' but rather say "uninstalled". Any suggestions?

Well, I'm sure that someone had a problem, but thousands, millions, are not.

    What applications?

Have you restarted your BlackBerry and retried the download?

If it still does not, try this...

    1. open the App World
    2. go to my world
    3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press "RST."
    3. for the storm - hold the num-lock ('! 123 ") button so that it hangs and then click on '(34).
    4. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

PS: in would be really useful to indicate what model BlackBerry that you are using, operating system, etc.

Similarly, make sure you have the latest version of the installed AppWorld, using your BlackBerry browser to download and www.blackberry.com/appworld .

  • BlackBerry Smartphones how many apps

How many applications can a blackberry and blackberry storm holds? can they hold apps as the apple Iphone or 4 to 5 applications as a windows mobile smartphone

There are two types of memory: internal memory and microSD card memory.

All BlackBerry applications must be installed in the internal memory.

Micro-sd memory card is intended to store multimedia files, documents and other files.

The internal memory of modern devices is large enough to store a lot of complex applications.

  • BlackBerry smartphones deleting the Facebook Application

I would like to know how to remove the Facebook of my BB.  I found that if I go into Options / Advanced Options / Applications, it lists a large number of applications it (and I can delete), but the Facebook app is not there.  I'll probably never use which, and if I decide to I could just re - install. For now, I would like that he deleted.  I hid it from the screen of the application, but I'd rather just remove it.  How do I do that?

    Jesse

Vorlon, in the BlackBerry world we call it crapware too, but in this case, it is not.

It's an icon of shortcut for installation... that's all it is. If you read the post of kijana above, he stated that. You can't delete it, it will only get pushed to your device. The shortcut icon is VERY small and inconsequential. Your operator will often push application installs like that, which are nothing more than a shortcut to the web-based installation.

What I do is hide. I create a folder on my home screen called "junk" (why not name your ' crap'?) and then move installation icons like this one in this folder and then hide the entire folder.

    Good luck.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones not downloadable App from App World error?

I got the app storm Slider and Quickpull Pro and I needed to upgrade the cursor and reinstall the Quickpull, but when I went in the App World to do this, they were still available, but I get an error message for some reason telling me that they are not available when they are clearly.  I just upgraded to the latest software for my storm, but this isn't the case because it started with the cursor before the upgrade.  I really need Quickpull back so that I need not reset by a traction battery to anyone can help?  Thank you.

    Hello!

To reinstall your applications, please follow this section of the AppWorld user guide:

For more information, registration keys, see this KB:

In some cases, it was discovered that updates (from got AppWorld apps) require additional steps in order to install the update. If the update will not install, please try this:

    1. Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Applications > highlight the app > BBKey > delete
    2. AppWorld > MyWorld > Login > highlight the app (if she shows at all, in any State) > BBKey > delete
    3. Use your PC (via the mass storage Mode) or your BB (via Media > BBKey > Explore) and find all references (folders, files) to the app delete everything you find. Search the memory of your device and your press card as well.
    4. Use the link to user guide AppWorld above for re - install the app - then predict a new activation/registration key
