BlackBerry Smartphones don't remember credentials to all the

Hiya:

This has been driving me crazy for a while.

I don't remember my password and when I try to change my password, I ask me for my password do not forget the question, to which I also forgot the answer to. (embarrassed)

I'm sure that the combination of questions and answers was logical at the time, but now is no more, or they are caps that I forgot.

In any case, I'm desperate, because all applications on my BB asking constantly up-to-date, and I can't.

I even tried to open a new account, and he won't let my e-mail address is already used (obviously).

How can I get the old account reset or deleted? Is there a human being, that I can talk to about it?

Thanks for your help.

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

As a secure system, AppWorld is, well, secure... and the man plays a vital role in this security. Given what you describe, there is only one hope. Find the original 'welcome' email you received when you created your BB ID. In this email is a link to destroy your BB ID, click this link and then create a new BB ID using the same email address. Who is supposed to connect all of your previous purchases.

If you do not have this email, then there is no hope. The only thing for you to do is to create a totally new BB ID with totally new powers, losing all your prior purchase records. Such is the price of not keeping your role in the security of the system.

As to happen to a human being, all support for BBs begins in the same place - with your wireless service provider.

Good luck!

    Concerning

    1. you probably have "Content Protection" located on your address book.
Look at the Options > Security > General settings. Scroll down to the content Protection > include addresses = no
    * If you don't see it here, your device operating system handles this differently. Look at the Options > Security > encryption.

    2. go to Options on your device > Security Options > encryption > include contacts the value 'No '.

    Thank you

I first try a hard reset, just take out your battery for about 5 seconds and could again. Usually, which solves a lot of problems. If it is still on, it may be a software problem, but is not certain.

I don't remember my password for the internet connection, I have a wireless router and when I try to connect my iPad 2 to the wi - fi connection it asks a password which I don't remember.  is it the same of it discover or to withdraw?

You are the person who initially set the password for your wireless (WPA or WPA2?) or it's a long string of characters (WEP)? --> who is he?  WEP, WPA or WPA2?

You need to connect to your wireless router and reset  Of course - you will need the router password (no password wireless.)

Or - you can reset the router (according to the owner's manual) and set it up again.

I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you need to get in touch with your service provider and insist that they honor the formal support that they are contractually required to provide you with. Do not let you fob before having 100% solved the situation. If they tell you to contact RIM, don't let them not on the hook, then either... insist that they tell you exactly how you should contact RIM. If they say anything OTHER that they will increase you rim (for example, if they tell you to independently seek the support of the RIM), and then accept it. Only through an escalation of your service provider can you receive all official support from RIM.

Looks like they have made significant changes to their network... and they must ensure that their paying customers will continue to receive the services that they pay.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones purchased antiques 9900 on ebay and the seller cannot remember the password

Hi, I bought a 9900 on ebay as a spare part and repair, I set the screen and found it was password protected, and the salesman says he can't remember the password. How do I bypass the password so I can reset back to factory settings? I don't want anyone to think I stole this, if someone can explain to me how to upload a photo I can post a screenshot of my purchase on ebay.

Very simple, enter the wrong password 10 times.

You will be asked to type "blackberry" in the fifth and tenth incorrect entries and the device will be wiped of the personal data of all the precedents of the user, preferences, etc., and you'll end up with a cool feature.

I have not followed all the instructions, however. I have dd was as follows:

    3 reboot the device.

    4. install the handset and service provider of installation I got: http://au.blackberry.com/support/apps-and-software/desktop-and-device-download-sites.html

  • BlackBerry Smartphones do I have to receive all emails?

I have my BB I get e-mails from work when I'm NOT at work...  Is there a way I can change some settings or something so I don't have all of them.  I'm sitting at my office sponsor emails on my computer and my BB is buzzing telling me I have the same mails?

    Help

Yes, looks like you have an ENCORE.  BES is Blackberry Enterprise Server and is attached to the servers in your company and your Blackberry must be configured through your business of the Department.  BIS is the version of 'Consumer' of e-mail and Blackberry Internet Service.

Regarding the front desk all your email at your desk... No, you don't have receive all the.  However, it depends on your wireless provider.  I work at a wireless service provider, and we allow our Blackberry users to set filters for their e-mail accounts.  Simply log in to your account on the website of the provider and navigate to the location to set up your Blackberry Internet Service, which should then allow you to define filters.  For my business, the filters can be 'positive' (allow email Bob Smith out; allow emails with the subject line that includes "Bob Smith" to come through; etc.) or "negative" (do not email coming Bob's email address through, do not allow any emails with the subject line which includes the 'Spam' to come through; etc.).  I have mine set up to allow only e-mail addresses that include the e-mail addresses of my company and my wife email (they finish by @wirelesscarrier.net) to come through.

If I understood too much or it is not sensible, contact your service provider, and they would be happy to help you.

  • BlackBerry smartphones don't Smart not so storm

I'm at my wit's end. Extremely frustrated new user of blackberry. My phone is ex-US storm 9530. I have the dreaded "app error 523 Reset"... I took the South African Vodacom phone and they don't take because the number of IME is not compatible with their system. I went to repair shops and they can't solve the problem. I tried the instructions on site and forums of blackberry without success. I even downloaded the OS on my PC and tried to solve the problem without success. The seller in Cape Town has not responded to my SOS. I have no one else to turn to. What I have now is a dead piece of fancy equipment that I have spent a fortune on my scholarship and I used for a month only 3 or pleased...! Was there a problem with the storm series that someone is not talking? I bought with enthusiasm the BBerry starting to regret.

Hello and welcome to the community!

    For reference, see this KB:

KB24395 "Error 523", "App Error 523", or "JVM 523" is displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone

You seem to have done the efforts recommended, but your post, I can determine just what happened when you were looking for support from your service provider. However, I can't say any of this:

You see, "without success" says virtually nothing. The download was successful? Failed installation on your PC? How did the installation of your BB? "Without success" only let me guess... which is not a good use of your time. Please detail exactly what you done with that part of your appeal tent, as well as the results of each step of the process that you followed. Details. Completeness. You must be very complete as it has several possible paths, you could follow... I not only need to know which way you used, but the results of each step you take along this path.
