  I just got a BB curve and it has OS 4.3. I want OS 4.5, but I have a mac so I can't load. I also went in several sprint stores, and they could not update my BB for me.

If you can, everyone has no idea what to look for in the number of SS or how to interpret it?   There is no device OS 4.5 Sprint out of the box.  Sprint is not released 4.5, so that they are all 4.3 now.

• BlackBerry smartphones HELP! The device memory that is missing!

  After installing the Wifi File Transfer, I accidentally renamed the "store /" folder and now I cannot access the memory of the camera on my Curve 8520. Opening of the device memory in the application of files just shows a white screen. I lost all the preloaded images and tones, as well as the photos stored on the onboard memory.

  I guess however that you renamed the "device memory/home/user / ' directory, you can go back and do it again, I don't really know. I never met anyone who does. It's looks like it's like deleting a directory, that's what you were doing.

  is it possible to access the device through the computer memory? I saw some screenshots where the device itself (I can access the SD card) was introduced as a removable media on a computer device. I would like to be able to drag & drop files directly on the main memory instead of the first on the SD card and then move them on the device to main memory. I would also like to be able to have access to the home\user directory.

  I have enabled the 'thing' of mass storage - I changed from MTP and MSC - I have toggled the SD - I still don't see the device memory.

• How do I know if a collection or an item has downloaded on the device?

  I wonder if there is a way to force a complete collection for download on the device, or at least say what objects in the collection have been downloaded? This is particularly important in applications of sales promotion. We want to be sure with a sales staff all the content they need downloaded on the device before a visit to the customer. I don't see an indicator anywhere for this? How this work, or is it the upcoming feature?

  We do not have support for explicitly still downloads the content. It's on our list of things to do after the launch to cover the specific scenario you mention.

  I do not see how these two errors are related to the first, you were trying to throw the maps app when it appeared? For the second, which came with the maps app? Or is separate #2 and lies somewhere in the process by using your AppWorld?   So I guess. My guess is that, once you upgrade to 7.1, you don't have to perform a few extra steps to ensure that all services were properly enabled on your BB.   I have the Curve 8520 and now have app world version 2.0.1.12.   I got a message yesterday that the new version of 2.1.0.39 is available, but there is no 'Upgrade' to click on download button.

  The installation and upgrade instructions are the same. When, on the BB, you click on the link that you send to the BB (on site), it takes you to an installation location. During installation, the installation program recognizes that there is a previous version of the AppWorld on the device... and it will prompt you to allow him to replace the installed the new version.

  I had to make an exchange of phones last week.  Did this and reinstalled several applications on the new phone. Finally I was told had to do an update of the BB App world... Done this, and they are all gone now.  They are not under the uninstalled or other devices tab.  Help!

  I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

  1. open the App World

  2. go to my world

  3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:

  4 AppWorld must close

  5. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

  6. return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it can be slow, while it re - sync).

  Hi every1! I use a BB 9800 torch which is juice a week. I had downloaded a few applications and after that it is unsatisfactory wanted to delete.   I recently got my new blackberry bold 9790 and I used to be very happy about it until I realized that I can't not all apps...

  This all started when I noticed that I couldn't open the icon installed world on my blackberry.
