  I use a 9000 "BOLD" that is connected to my work email ([email protected]) through our BES. Everything works very well.

  There is an envelope on my "BOLD" icon, and emails appear in here.

  I also have a GoogleMail ([email protected]) account that I put in place for the BIS. Since that, there is an additional icon on my "BOLD" with a globe next to him, I guess that's my Google mail.

  last day I kept my bold 9900 for reload and when I came back, it shows a black screen with a battery symbol. I tried to load it once again, while the red light blinks, then switches back to the black screen with battery. then I tried to turn on my phone with the battery of my friends and I could pass on my phone. but after a while the battery got also dried upward and when I tried to load, same problem happened.

  I tried every possible way to turn it on. tried to update to os using desktop and web software with or without battery.   It is a browser notification.  To clear the notification, go to the folder main message, press menu, view the folders and choose wap push messages, clear this check box.

  If you want to update, a good way to do that is using BlackBerry Desktop Software.  If you have not installed on your PC, go to the www.blackberry.com/desktop of your browser.  Once you have installed, connect your phone to your PC with a USB cord and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Click device at the top of the software, then update after that.  If your carrier offers a new version of the OS, it will appear in the Desktop software and you can load it on your phone.

  Recently, I wiped my Blackberry to set up a new Blackberry Enterprise email.  I've implemented successfully as well as my gmail email account.  The e-mail of the company are perfectly appears under the "Messages" icon, but gmail emails appear 2 x in the "Messages" icon and once in the internet e-mail icon (the one with the globe in front of the envelope.  If I could eliminate emails gmail to appear at all under the "messages" icon that would be perfect.  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

  When you say twice - hear - you duplicates of each message in gmail that you receive? Or, you receive a copy of the messages you send to others (... known issue but there is a problem)?

  BTW - the latest version of BIS will now interact with gmail via IMAP, which removes the need for the rule of sent items to place. To use it, delete your BIS email leads. Sign in to Gmail and delete POP. then add IMAP. Then re-create the BIS conduit.
