  The first thing to try the battery pull:

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.

  Hi - I have 2 put emails in place on my BB - at the beginning, my email icon change just to show a red star in the top left when a new email arrives in.  I had some problems with my BB a month ago, and after it was fixed, red star is now standing on two messaging icons.  How can I change this?  Thanks, Ele

I recently added a folder to the top 40 uk... and I guess that each song has its own pocket... but in my case, my bb is showing a cover of a song from this record to all the songs... even when I download songs of songlover.pk every song has its own cover art, but it will show a unique work for many songs downloaded from this site... I noticed that it is caused due to the name of the folder, for example. A folder named "single" has 2-3 songs will show an illustration of common album... Please help me...

  We are aware of this problem, this problem is solved by using BlackBerry Device Software 7.0.  However, this version of the software is not available for the BlackBerry Bold 9780 smartphone.

  In the meantime, follow these steps and test the cover of the album:

  1. In iTunes or Windows Media Player, select this option to change the albums
  2. Enter the correct Album for each album artist
  3. Transfer the songs to your BlackBerry smartphone.

  Yes, google search for ABC Amber IPD Converter and use it. It is not free, but the trial software will manage a limited number of records.

  If you end up having a new BlackBerry, you can restore this backup IPD file on your new device.

• BlackBerry Smartphones Ringtones and the Notification Options for SMS text phone

  I can't locate the profile of notification area (by following the instructions in the guide) on my "BOLD" to change the ringtone for phone and notification options for calls and texts in and out of the Holster.  I go to application Options, but there is no section for phone or SMS texts and not even in the Advanced Options section.  I remember correctly, I was able to make these changes in the application of profiles under subsection advanced... but not on the "BOLD". In addition, I somehow deleted my phone icon application when I hide and rearrange my icons.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  Go to the menu, profiles, scroll to the tip, press on in normal conditions (or which one is active), and you have the chance to change ringtones for phone, sms text, email and more.

  For the phone icon, switch between topics (menu, options, themes and switch to another and do the same to the ones you use) and check if you have the item on the screen, (you don't need the phone icon, press the green button and is exactly the same function)

  By pressing the button Off is not the correct way to restart our BlackBerry device, please perform a battery pull reboot as this device while is powered on remove waiting battery for a min. and then reinsert it wait until the device take a long restart. See if that helps.

  If this isn't the case, then try to start your machine in Safe Mode and in Safe Mode uninstall your downloaded recently or that you think is responsible for this.

  Are you sure that it is configured to alert you that way? Click on any of your e-mail folders and press the menu button and select options general options. Make sure "display see"new message"is turned on. If this isn't the case, set it to yes. Press the previous button and save. If it is already set to Yes go ahead and remove the battery with the phone on. Leave for 30 seconds and replace it. Allow the phone to 2-3 minutes to restart. Then you send a test e-mail and let us know if the flag is back. Thank you.

  That being said, AT & T has the right to change the terms of Service (it is written somewhere in the terms of Service) and you have the right to cancel your subscription without having to pay cancellation fees, you should check your contract to see what time.
