  Replace the instructions appropriate for your other device instead of the transmitter unit KB section in the KB. Since you are on BB OS 6, the stage of "Receive using BT" is irrelevant.

  Thanks for the reply on the default code. I determined that the problem was with the Acura and not the phone. I went and deleted all pairs of phones. I still had questions: alert prompts because it kept out me. However, I was finally able to pass through the guests, to establish an access code and restore my bluetooth connection. Not a fun of the process, but I should be good to go.

  So I recently had the Priv of BB and I find it a great device. I meet however a problem with bluetooth through my car stereo.

  My car detects the Priv and Priv sees the cars bluetooth, however it says incorrect PIN code every time that I try to pair it. The pin of my vehicle is 1212 however when matching private is simply not to ask for any PIN code which is the reason for which he constantly says wrong PIN. Why the private not gives me the opportunity to enter a PIN?

  Sorry to hear about that - some people have reported problems connecting their private to their cars.

  Try to use a different PIN - default bluetooth is 0000 or 1111

  I have my DROID paired with the bluetooth system in my Infiniti M35.  It works perfectly for calls, as it should.  Because the car is a 2006 there is no plug to the.   Has the car taken support of stereo Bluetooth audio?

  If Yes, then maybe but car bluetooth is notoriously difficult.   It could be likened to the guy with the BMW... Watch for this thread.

  If the car is not stereo Bluetooth... then not.   If so, it has a sort of Setup on the stereo for this and a logo bluetooth on that too.

  OK, I have a brand new Curve 8330. I had paired with the headset Plantronics Voyager and he works for a week now. Today, I noticed that my BT icon does not appear I went and seen that Bluetooth has been activated. Initial time in the options of BT is looking for upcoming devices with the message "activation bluetooth". After that a few seconds goes and my BT still shows as disabled.

  I go through the menu options and try to activate again, this time, as soon as I click on activate the menu disappears and nothing happens.

  It was working fine yesterday. Have not installed or connected to something else since it was last working.

  Any ideas on where to go next?

  Try to reset the device by removing the battery for 1 min then replace it. Try, after it starts up

  Can someone point me in the right direction?  I'm giving one of my Blackberry users the ability to synchronize its calendar of his laptop computer.  He can access his Outlook calendar through a web portal to our secure network.  This software has the capacity or is anyone know what software would do?  I don't see that as an option when you set up the software.  Because Outlook is not really run on his laptop computer

  Well, it isn't really a problem with Outlook.  You seem very friendly.  They access their calendar/tasks and messaging via a web portal as a result of the fire walls, we have in place.

  However, I did more research on my own here and found that Blackberry Professional Software offers wireless calendar synchronization and which seems to be a good resolution.

  Napster eventually closed it's supscription music service to the Canada it's a shame because the service very well worked and synced to my flashlight.

  BBM music looks promising, but I'm not too keen on the limit of 50 song.  I'd be happy to pay double the $ 5 per month for no lime service. I was watching zunepass, but it doesn't seem to be compatible Blackberry. There are a few new services that are supposed to be coming to the Canada. Deezer.com and rara.com are supoose to come to the Canada, but I don't know if they are compatible BB.

  I want something that I can use on my PC, Blackberry, both DRm compatible media server (D - link DSM-750).

  Do not forget that with the BlackBerry music, lists of contacts BBM music becomes yours as well.  So if you have 50 BBM contacts with 50 songs in each of their libraries, you have access to 50 x 50 = 2500 songs.  Not bad for $5 per month.

  Y at - there a site where I can add (risk free) image of the cover of the album to some of the songs I downloaded and added to the music library on my blackberry? I haven't looked enough, but the songs that show the generic drive seem to be old songs or those that I do not download, but instead transferred to a CD.

  Dave, do you use iTunes?  I found the tracking work in iTunes works really well.

  I also bought a program that goes out and seeks the work that works as well.

  Otherwise, I would use Google Images to find your work.

  I have problems playing music on my 8330. When I arrive at the end of a song, the player will stop with just 2 seconds left, or the machine will stop and re boots as if I made a sweater battary.

  It started as soon as I loaded the new blackberry software verson 4.5.0.127

  I got a replacement Bell 8330, but the problem persists.

  Re, I formatted my memory card, and even deleted all the music files and load them again with the Roxio software. No luck

  I loaded one of the songs on my 8330 wife and it worked fine.

  I have a replacement blackberry again when I'm back from my next shift, but I'm not convinced that this will solve the problem.

  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  Thanks for the tip.  I tried this morning and still had the same result, but I could see more details on media files.  Specific, I have seen that almost all media files were Windows Media files (only a few were MP3).

  I've tested a few and I saw that the MP3 files play without any problem.

  I converted my music files and that seems to have solved the problem.

  So for anyone having the same problem, try to look at the details of the file.  If it was registered as a wmv file test convert to MP3 (your Roxio software can do this re loading files) and you can have the fix.

  If someone can tell me why does not support the new media player wmv would be great.

  I have synced to a lot of music from itunes to my BB bold 9900. When I go into the phone to listen to music and try to veiw the music by browsing through music > artists or Albums or by Genre, it displays the name of the fine lists, artists all but when I choose the artist he says there is no music by this artist. On the other hand if I choose to access music music > songs, all songs are listed and they all play fine. Since all songs submenu if I play a song and then select the album from there he told yet, no music to the album title.
