  I have my blackberry z10 not too long, probably 2 months, and as a first step, the battery was not serious. A full charge is 100%. There was 1 opportunity where I used it until the battery was completely hard and off the unit its own.

  LEAVE it plugged into the wall charger (not USB > PC charger) for half an hour.

  With the charger plugged, remove the battey a minute then reinsert it.

  This will often reset the battery on the device reading to the actual battery charge.

  This function (go to the SIM directory) did not exist in my old BlackBerry "BOLD" menu. I ended up bringing my phones in a Vodafone store where they connected the two devices and the device has transferred all the contacts of 437. It took an hour os so, passport to recognize and see them all, but it worked fine.

  By any reason, after importing the contacts or upgrade from 10.2 (I'm not sure about this), all my contacts names and family names are concatenated in the name field. I edited these: cut in two entries of name in the field name and first name in domain name. For each address when I press 'save', I get a message that the contact names are allowed only with max 16 characters. Maybe some invisible characters left? When I Undo my changes - remove the family name and add it to the name in the field name - 10.3.1 accepts it. I don't want to manually delete and enter all my 200 contacts ++ as you can perhaps imagine CalDav works like a charm. Kronolith/Horde as mail server and calendar server, BBOS and Thunderbir/lightning calendar as mail/calendar frontend. Mac OS x Server on the other hand is a rock in my boot! It is not sync, or when any miracle, I can config that it right or BBOS and Horde are able to talk to each other, BBOS rinse my contacts from the horde by hundreds of entries in the same way.

  Problem solved. I removed my SIM card directory. Synchronization now my cellphone as planned and predictable dirsync. What a great smartphone OS...

  I don't think he has no option in the stock OS to display the numbers next to the names of the contacts.  You might be able to do this with an application of part 3, but there is no way to do this with the unit as is.

  It is also impossible to change the entry in the SMS app, I'm afraid.  The line will extend automatically as you type a message, but it starts with just the line.

  Your old "BOLD" do not recharge an optimal power needed on the Z10. the old charger can provide a lower power compensation charge.

  I did not change any settings (the goal) or OS updates in recent weeks. Sometime last week, my Z10 no longer meets the magnet. It will not wake up when I remove if the Holster, and he never sleeps when I put it. I have just the usual sleeve microfiber with the magnet. I had more than 18 months since my Z10 I. It has always worked well - normally when I pull it out of the Holster, it is awake and ready to go. Now, it's still dark when I remove and don't wake up, and when I slide into it, I see that it is on.  It is an impact on the battery life that I'm used.

  Thank you, all.  I thought about it.  (By the way, I had already tried a reboot, reset, battery pull and a case - the answer settings.)  It is not the phone and was the sleeve.  I'll post what I set here, in case someone else is looking for. I found several other posts around the internet with people asking the same question, and nobody hadn't solved, so it can be useful to someone.

  There are two magnets in the sleeve Microfiber, one on each side of the metal insert of the Blackberry logo. They are the size of a dime, except thinner.  One of them had slipped to the bottom of the English channel, out of position, and the other was also slightly out of place.  I was able to exploit them with my finger nails pointing upwards and in their round cavities.  TADA, works fine now.
