• Synchronization of calendar software blackBerry Z10 Local and 2 Playbooks

  Is there a way to sync Z10 cal and 2 Playbooks with link. There is a checkbox sync calendar/contacts but the link won't let me check box. Thanks in advance, perhaps an upcoming feature.

  Whenever I click on id blackberry I get the following message: unable to connect to the blackberry server id. Please try again. (50506)

  Also when I try and download anything from the app world I get: an error has occurred processing your request.

  I had a problem with this on both phones Z10. We have a number of these phones. The first thing to check is to make sure of the time and the time zone is set correctly. The next thing to do is to try a battery pull to do a complete reset of the phone.

  If the problem persists, the next step that I took was to re - install the OS, re - register the phone with Blackberry ID and then restore from the backup. After that I did the re-install, the phone was correct.

Im a new user of blacberry and my new Z10 is my 1st blackberry phone ever, it is a great phone and the device, but actually im affected by some technjcal issues or is these issues are considered normal the BB function? Sorry guys because im an android user before and its my first time to experience those issues on my z10 bb:

  I recently lost my Z10 at the time I arrived at a computer to try to locate, it seemed that the battery had been taken out of it. I have a few questions however on blackberry protect and PIN.

  So my first question is, if the phone is deleted (I didn't erase my phone using blackberry protect because I don't know the answer to this question) my blackberry protect service be wiped from the phone as well?

  My next question is PINS more still Z10 accompany the material they come up with? I want to know that if my friends and I try to add the PIN code, it'll still be a valid PIN / work. I hope that if I am able to show someone the phone and uses it, I'll be able to get the police to work with the service provider in the phone tracking to the bottom/blacklist it.   I decided to do a little investigation when my curve 9320 I was using before I get my Z10. I supported it upward and wiping it on entering the password wrong 10 times.   The only thing I can suggest is to do the wipe and then not restore the data, I realize that means that other applications are not restored either.

  However, as I know there no other way to remove the data from bedside apps.

  In the browser, if you want to send the URL to a BBM contact, tap the 'share', select BBM and select the contact. URL is displayed in the window of BBM message ready to hit send.

  Recently had to get a new Z10 to replace the previous ones due to water damage. All right, except that I am unable to get accounts caldav and carddav to synchronize. I've had these works very well with my cal icloud and contacts so cannot determine what the problem is. I have 2 step authentiaction on my icloud account so have revoked the previous passwords for caldav and carddav app and got new. However, when I enter the details he spends a long time thinking (save and check your settings) and then comes up with an error message "error in CPP transaaction with 1426087998-CardDavProvider (or similar for CalDav). Any ideas please?

  Thanks for the suggestions. Type once is not always just delete a character, but she often starts removing repeatedly with nonstop until the field is empty.   For a BBM message, tap and hold a BBM message and you will see a pop right to copy this message in its entirety, then you can paste it elsewhere.

  And, the same process on the SMS. Touch and hold.

  BlackBerry has no control on the 3 areas that offer these applications. It's the same problem with Instagram. It is our users to try to convince the application developers to develop for BB10.

  I think that BB link updated the software in March 2015.  I had been very good sync with my laptop Windows 8 with the Outlook calendar and contacts, but this week it stopped.  BB link watch Z0 connected, but says cannot communicate with the device.  I tried the solution of knowledge base - leave plugged phone with a USB cable, power phone off, then back on donkey wait 3-5 minutes for the pilots to complete loading - but none help.  I rebooted the computer and the Z10 several times, but no luck with the synchronization.  Any help is appreciated!

  Try the following steps, which will completely remove all traces of BlackBerry-link device driver entries and may solve your problem:

  1. Uninstall the BlackBerry link.

  Try turning off WMM, it should help you
