BlackBerry Z10 reinstall app world

How to remove or reinstall app world. My app world doesn't work. It is not install or upgrade all the apps. I tried to remove the battery and restart my phone, without success. Help, please

Looks like it's either blocked by carrier, parental control, or one employer.

    So, I bought a brand new Curve 8530 of Koodo Mobile, she runs v5.0.0.654 OS, and I can't seem to be able to join my blackberry to any e-mail at all.     To use the services of RIM owners (including the AppWorld and Push email capability), you must have an adequate data of your carrier plan. Carriers host BIS BB users. In general, BIS is not available through generic data plans. Several ships make stop what is needed the Blackberry data plan. Whatever they call it, it is the carrier that delivers BIS users of BB - contact - the for assistance. Once you have a compatible BIS data plan on your BB (fees regardless of your carrier will charge, btw), you then have personal e-mail added to the e-mail Setup Wizard and AppWorld should then work.

    I have a very old BlackBerry App World build my torch.  While I wait for a Z10/Q10, I try to update.  For some reason when I update to 2.1.1.2 to 4.3.0.26 I get a Setup error.  Any suggestions on how to do it?  I don't see a way to remove the BlackBerry App World and reinstall.  Thank you.

    What model of torch you have! If you encounter a problem with the update you can try to re - install BlackBerry World. For which first of all, go to Options > device > application > locate and remove BlackBerry World of this list.

    I have no idea what it means. Try to look at the issue, by reading other peoples scenerios, I saw something I thought may have worked. Downgrade to OS 7.0.

    I tried to do this through the Manager of office without result. I then looked in wiping the operating system of the device and reinstall. What does not work either and almost bricked my phone.

    I am now back to OS 7.1 and always without the Blackberry World receives the same error message.
    I tried battery pull several times, soft reset, reset hard, all I can think about.

    H E L P M E P L E A S E! I love my Blackberry, but it makes me to switch to another device.

  • Error submitting Z10 BB App World App

    Hi, I ve been trying to submit my app to App World and I always get the same reactions of people from blackberry. The app is giving the following error message:

    "Error, this file is not found. Check the URL and try again. If the URL is correct. Check that your card is correctly inserted in your device. »

    I'm using the Z10 Blackberry Simulator and I can't reproduce the error, I don't know what is the cause.

    I discovered what the problem was. I have change the src of the tag attribute in the config.xml file, I got a wrong path in there, so I fixed it.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BB APP WORLD v. 1.1 PROBLEM - Please HELP!

    I am a new user/owner of a BB Curve 8330. In the options screen, it said c. 4.5.0.77 (Platform 3.2.0.51). I'm not sure what these numbers correlate exactly with (operating system, software device, etc.)-pathetically.

    This morning, I tried to upgrade to the new version 1.1 BB App World. I think I can get screwed up. When I installed it, it asked me if I wanted to remove the 1.0 version, and I said 'yes '. After installation of v. 1.1 and rebooting, I tried to use the new version and I always get the following error message:

    "BlackBerry App World is had problems connecting to the server BlackBerry App World. Check your network connections, and then try again. »

    My phone is not compatible with this version? I can't understand. I was going to download the 1.0 version and reinstall, but I can't seem to be able to find this version available for download.

    Please help - I don't know what to do.

    I upgraded to BB App World to 1.0.35 my BB 9630 Tour of US Cellular v5.0.0484 running. I looked in the download folder, the apps folder and any other folder icon I have on my phone just for the family doctor who is important, but can not find the BB App World icon. Under Apps, it says it is installed. I deleted and reinstalled several times and did a battery pull VS a restart more than 10 times. The only thing I have not done is format the phone.

    Thoughts and or ideas?

Now the problem is that when I go on my account, its does not all the applications installed on my phone. A little, the apps are in my phone but the sound does not appear.     I can understand the problem you are having, but App World update will not update BlackBerry Protect unless we do. So for your first problem that you are unable to see your apps to install on ' My World ' you can try this:

    On your device > Open App World > go to MY world >

    • Hold down the ALT key and type the RST
    • Close App World
    • Then perform a battery pull reboot as this device while is powered on remove waiting battery for a min. and then reinsert it wait until the device take a long restart your computer.

    Now open App World > go to My World > see if your installed applications appear.

    Regarding your second issue updated BBM, please hold, I see you mentioned your carrier like Airtel so if you are of the India then now BBM7 is not officially released for the India, so no need to update unless you get the notification from app world for this update.

    UH... I think that what you're saying is that your BB model number is not one supports your carrier? If Yes, then this is useless.     More precisely, this:
    On BalckBerry OS versions prior to 6.0.0.706 and the AppWorld icon is not visible, please download the BalckBerry AppWorld veriosn 4.0.0.55 installation.
    Open the BlackBerry browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
    Open the BlackBerry browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
    Go to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3
    After downloading, please reboot your BlackBerry smartphone when you are prompted.
    Check that BlackBerry App World is located on the home screen.

    If you have a hardware problem, then nothing what to do with the software or operating system will not help. But, at a distance of the internet, there is no way to really diagnose a hardware problem... rather, only to guide you to things to try which will govern the other causes, leaving only hardware like your the most likely cause.     If you want to try at the OS level, then the easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

    2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

    (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

    (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

    • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

    5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

    • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
    • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

    6 (a) to change your level of BB OS installed (at level or lower), you can run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should offer the operating system package you have installed on your PC.

    6 (b) or, for recharging your BB OS level installed as well to change, work around the Desktop software and use the CHARGER. EXE directly, through step 2 in this process:

    If, during the process of 6a or 6 b, your BB has an error '507', simply unplug the USB of the BB cord and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

    You can also study the use of BBSAK (bbsak.org) to perform the wipe what he is capable.

    Your BB OS is outdated... you need to update... the current version is 5.0.0.1036. Here's what I recommend... Since you are on MAC, which makes it a bit more difficult that the sets of tools to deal with things are much more limited on MAC:

    (1) properly uninstall the RIM desktop software:

    • KB18771 Install and uninstall of BlackBerry Desktop Software on a Mac computer

    (2) obtain a new download of the RIM Desktop software:

    (3) install the software on your MAC Desktop

    • KB18771 Install and uninstall of BlackBerry Desktop Software on a Mac computer

    (4) now run the Desktop software, connect your BB when prompted and perform a clean reload of your BB OS, choose the most recent version that it offers (if all goes well, 5.0.0.1036):

    • KB19915 Perform a clean reload of software applications smartphone BlackBerry using BlackBerry Desktop Software on a Mac computer
    • If you have no data on the BB that concern you, and then simply proceed with this update. If you have data on the BB, do not agree that the update and first perform a manual backup of your BB to your Mac. After the update, you may need to restore from this backup (update COULD take a backup itself and restore for you).

    (5) close the Desktop software and unplug your BB when it's all over.

    Now, you must do these steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    2. Highlight, then delete the BlackBerry AppWorld.
    3. Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.
    4. The browser on your BlackBerry now on www.blackberry.com/appworld and download/install again.
