Block in the world of domains/IP addresses to submit forms

I know that we can add areas and contacts to the list of exclusions from Master to prevent to receive emails. Can I submit a form block them or serve different content? I'd love to do globally to prevent competitors or other companies of "Download bombing" our site. I searched Topliners and can't find a definitive answer. Thanks for your help!

Are really having you a problem with competitors 'download bombing' your site? Or are you simply trying to forestall the possible problem before it arises?

The reason why I'm asking because I don't think this is likely to be a problem, but if it is, I don't think that block certain IP addresses will be enough to deter a determined aggressor. If the attacker really wants to do that, they just do it from another location, or use a proxy.

That said, you may be able to discourage casual pirates of known IP addresses or blocks on a landing page of E10, but it will involve some tricky JavaScript and a call to a server-side resource any (yours or someone else's). Here's a post on stackoverflow about using JS to get the IP address of the client.

Once you have the IP address, you will probably need to check against a list of IPs that you want to block, if it's on the list, use JS to hide the form or redirect the visitor to another URL.

Unless you are currently under attack and try to defend you, I don't think that this is worth what it would take to implement.

If the attack is automated, or you're really worried about blocking automated form spam in general, I recommend this technique: form Spam Blocking JavaScript robust Technique

If you are attacked by a determined human attacker, I doubt that there is a reasonable way to stop it.

  • Someone called me from the "World Wide Web" informing me that I had "a Trojan horse".

Someone said that they were in the 'World Wide Web', recently called saying me that I have a Trojan horse installed on my Windows 7 laptop and they will be "blocks my ip address" to stop the Trojan horse to spread. He said they have my 'saved' details and he says randomly a license number, but it could not determine which edition, I had (I have home premium and professional). So immediately, I knew it was a scam and hung up.

He then called again. There, with a strong Indian accent told me to go to MSCONFIG and said that services will slowly turn into a "stopped" if I continue. Then he told me to go to Task Manager and find CSRSS.exe (I knew it was a critical program) and I asked him more about "World Wide Web". He said that I could not re - install windows in 3 months and it could 'block my ip address' in 24 hours. So, I'm hung up once more.

I do not give away details.

I have Kaspersky Internet Security installed 2013 and it runs scans daily, but no malicious objects (such as virus or trojan programs) were detected.

I would like to know if some services must be under 'arrested' on MSCONFIG and more info on "CSRSS.exe".
    Thank you

Look out! It's a scam, those rotten bastards you to give them control of your PC, then try to sell you anti-virus software for your bank or credit card, they'll even install it without uninstalling your existing anti virus, not a good thing. They persist and if you fall for it and compensation they will ring in a few months and say you've scammed we will reply your money for a fee, give us your credit card details.

They scammed a few pension I know who have had to cancel credit cards after losing money.

When they ring back their request for a number to call them back on and see if you get a report that he's cheating if you have it, most places have a Government regulator.

  • Why Firefox continues to block all the content I want to see, including tickets, I want to buy out my favorite despite changes sites does not block content?

the program continues to block the content even with blocking function disabled. I constantly switch between browsers due to the annoying feature. I want it to stop blocking content, I want to disable the blocking, but laboriously must stop at all the sites I visit and spend time while it blocks content, demand if I want to keep the content blocking, annoyingly sinks and I must say to "remember" not to do and does it continuously , while continually annoyingly content blocks! I want him to stop doing that. I'm an adult, I'm 60 years old. I don't need a babysitter on my browser telling me what I should see and what I see, please fix this as soon as possible. Apparently disable the pop-up blocker does nothing to stop this annoying problem. Its design and its content filtering. It's illegal I think since my content I pay and I pay view all content on the world wide web. I want to stop my research of filtering and blocking content! ENOUGH!

You have an extension, the FindWide toolbar, which many view as an unwanted intruder. You should be able to disable or remove the page modules. Either:

    • CTRL + SHIFT + a
    • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions.

For completeness, here's my method to track down and clean up bad Add - ons and other ad injectors. I know it seems long, but it's not so bad.

    (1) open the Control Panel, uninstall a program. After the loading of the list, click on the column heading "installed on" to group infections, I mean additions by date. This can help the undisclosed items bundle smoker who snuck out with some software, you have agreed to install. Beware of everything that you don't recognize / remember, since malware often uses sounding names important or innocent to discourage you remove. Out as much garbage as possible here.

    (2) open Firefox page modules using either:

    • CTRL + SHIFT + a
    • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons
    • in the Windows "Run" dialog box, type or paste
      firefox.exe "about:addons"

In the left column, click on Plugins. Set essential and unrecognized plugins 'never enable '.

In the left column, click Extensions. Then, in case of doubt, disable (or delete, if possible) not recognized and unwanted extensions.

Often, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

    Any improvement?

    (3) you can search the rest of problems with scanning/cleaning tools listed in our technical support article: Troubleshooting Firefox problems caused by malware. These scanners on request are free and take a long time to run. If they end quickly, especially if they require the payment you have a serious infection. I suggest the specialty forums listed in the article in this case.

  • How to re-scan the relationship between computer ip addresses and network names

On my SBS 2003 network with six or so field PC clients and a few extra non-domaine workgroup (a few XP, some Windows 7) PCs, computers can access each other using \\computername. When I change the IP normally assigned by dhcp to a computer on my network to a static IP address, sometimes the other computers can no longer use \\computername, but I now have to use \\ip-adress instead.

For example, A computer can open the folder "\\mypc\shared". I change the IP address on "MyPC" to a static IP, 192.168.0.220. Now the other computer must use \\192.168.0.220\shared"to access this folder '; \\mypc\shared' returns an error that the specified computer could not be found (or something like that).

I know that I can enter the names and the ip addresses in the Hosts file, but it is manual, and computers it does automatically the first time.

How can I get the PC to re-scan the computer names and IP addresses and link them back to the top?

This can be a master browser problem, look in the event viewer for clues, these browser issues usually register error event ID 8021 and 8032.

Note that this can take up to 13 minutes for a master browser broadcast and announcement answers from computers on the network, the browse list may not be filled until the ads are complete, so everything can be good.

Stop and restart the browser to the computer repaired (or restart) on the computer that has the functions of the master browser will force a regeneration of the browse list.

  • WIFI connection blocked by the administrator (unexiosting)

When I try to connect to a WiFi spot system blocked any WiFi connection with the following message. "Your network administrator has blocked you connect to this network '.
But it's a PC that is private, with any network administrator.
How can I turn off this blocking option.

nfr2410, it's possible, especially if you have set up your computer to be part of a domain, when you did.
To check if you are on a domain: click Start -> click right computer -> select Properties. In the System window, list information under the parameters name, domain and workgroup of the computer. Here you will see a side area if you are currently set up for one.

Another thing to try is removing filters authorization via the command prompt, here are the steps:

    1. click on Start -> all programs-> Accessories.

2 right click on invite and then click run as administrator . If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click continue

    3. at the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:

netsh wlan delete filter permission = denyall networktype = infrastructure
netsh wlan delete filter permission = denyall networktype = adhoc

  • Instant Messenger blocking for the company.

Is there a way I can block all instant messaging for the company so no one can do messaging for the company.

    I have a PIX 520.

The PIX can only block traffic either by IP address or port and never on the level of the application. Blocking of instant messaging programs, it is a bit difficult and delicate. The type of application that you are trying to block has the ability to dynamically change the ports which makes it difficult to block. The best way to IM blocking would be to search for the Instant Messaging server's IP addresses and block them from inside the network through the list of access or the pipes. However, as the ports used by the application, the IP addresses change as every now and then.

  • Join the VM Server domain VM client

I'm currently studying Microsoft 70-410. I have my VMware workstation 2 2012 R2 server and client 1 win8. One of my DC, DNS, and DHCP server allows to call this server1. I want to join customer win8 to the server per domain. All my VM network use guest network only, with static IP because I really need to connect to the internet, I want only the virtual machines to communicate with each other.

    IP=192.168.157.20/24 Server1 (DNS = 192.168.157.254)

    customer IP=192.168.157.21/24

However, for some reason, I can't reach my customer for my domain server. strange thing is that I can remote desktop into the server very well. I found this person and I had the same thing, if not same problem (https://communities.vmware.com/thread/501835), but never answered. Can someone enlighten me how to solve this problem?

Looks like you have a DNS problem, due to this brand of course configure DNS on the VMS as follows:

    DC VM:

-> Configure to use the IP address the VM DC (192.168.157.20) and/or 127.0.0.1

    CLIENT VM:

-> Configure to use the IP address the VM DC 192.168.157.20.

If you client VM is not a different DNS of the virtual of DC machine, you will be unable to join this virtual machine on the domain.

    Hi B Faro,

I'm not sure that I am. You are in Adobe Reader and see ExportPDF option in the tool pane on the right side of the application window? If this is the case, you can hide the toolbar by choosing View > show/hide > elements Toolbar > hide toolbars.

Please let us know if that does not address your concern and provide more details about the problem you are having.

  • Why the Signature with e-mail address appears in the upper left corner of each model? Is it possible to remove this or is it standard? Thank you!

I'm not sure that this is necessary or is this evidence to the client from where comes the evidence/invoice for approval?

Thank you for your time and consideration!

    Hi Brandon,.

By default, if you do not make the signature field in the document manually, a signature block (with the signature and email address) is placed in the lower left corner of the default document.

When sending the document to the Send tab, just check "in preview, the Signatures of Position or add form fields" and click Next. In the preview page, you can drag and drop a Signature field as well as other fields of form to a position in the document.
