  • 4508 ENVY: ENVY 4508 firefox launched the print job hangs in the print queue

    Hello

We have a desire 4508 connected via wifi to a laptop 10 (x 64) Windows.

We downloaded and installed the latest drivers available on HP and printers generally LibreOffice, WordPad or Firefox (normal web pages).

But there is a situation when printing fails and we do not know why: If we try to print accounting information for the bank account, the print job is displayed in the windows printer queue but it stucks and blocks the other print jobs. The only way to get the printer to work is once again the restarting the printer spool service and removal of the print job in the queue (which sounds easier than it is actually...).

We already ran this 'Doctor Print' application provided by HP, but it helps not at all.

    Is this a known issue?

Is it related to the driver or more likely a problem of the web page in question / feel?

How can I get more information about what exactly is going wrong?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Blocking of the Photosmart 5510 print job

I get no output from my wireless printer. So, I checked the print queue and saw print jobs lined up behind a print job that I don't recognize that blocks all my legitimate print requests. I highlighted this first line and tried to delete. In the status column I get "delete - print" but employment niether draws or losses.

What other option I have to remove this line so that I can start printing again?

    Hello

From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the tasks within this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

  • HP Color Laserjet 3600n: printer says ready, but none of the printing jobs

So my printer worked very well; I need to fill my Cyan toner but has found a way to move that and print in black only. That worked for a while until this week. My printer cannot print; all jobs are located and there is an error message. Is it possible that my lack of Cyan takes a 'fee' If you want? I honestly don't know what else to do and it is imperative that this printer it works not just makes things easier for my situation of work in my office.

Help! I rebooted I know how to stop the calibration, but the latter let him calibrate to see if that helps. Nothing.

Hello, to test the connection type printing and make sure it is not the print job to disconnect from the network, restart the machine and try to print a circulation of internal test. If it works, then reconnect the network cable on back in and see if the work in Quebec will be printed. If it does not and shows the error, delete the task, restart the machine and try to print the same job or another job and see if it works. Basically, sounds like a 49 error situation.

    I hope this helps...

  • Print job Photosmart 8180 will not delete. Printer error mode.

My 23 page stopped Mid-page print job short of 9 pages. I tired to restart that has not worked. I then went to cancel and he says that the deletion but it is not. It will not have any other impression. It says 1 document in Quebec and printer in error mode. How can I delete the job?

    Hi Gingercoconut,

I see by your post that you are unable to delete the job stuck in the print queue.
I'll be happy to help you.

I've included a URL to find out how to restart the print spooler and empty folder of spooling print to delete the job stuck in the queue. How to clear the current queue in Windows Vista & Windows 7.

You will need to go back and try and delete the task in the queue again.

If you're still having problems, then restart the computer.

What operating system do you use? How to find the Windows Edition and the Version on your computer.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks for posting on the HP Forums.

  • Print job application print but does not print to my printer Dell946

How did you install the printer?

First run, delete print jobs to eliminate any print job stuck in the queue.

Download and run the patch (cleaning printer utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.

Restart your computer. Make sure that the printer is deleted. Deleting Manual printer driver

Download the 32-bit drivers for Vista for Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 64 bit Vista. Install the Vista drivers in Vista compatibility mode, you will get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at the moment (power on).

You will find links to the patch/drivers to...

Reference Dell 946 Photo all-in-One Printer owners thread (W7)

Don't forget the programs anti-virus and firewall will block communications.

Also next time you print from Microsoft Word, Adobe Reader, etc., click on file, print, and make sure that the appropriate printer is selected.

  • print job is stuck that pf HP psc 5210 series, will not erase Paul job, cannot print anything now

print job is stuck that pf HP psc 5210 series, will not erase Paul job, cannot print anything now

I have a printer HP psc 2510 series deskjet.  Print many documents, it has notified me that I was low on ink which I was aware of.  I had a little more what to print, and chose the young project option for printing of no more than 1 to 3 pages.  I constantly tried to cancel the job that kept the origin of the printer show (not answer).  It aligned to the top other jobs, but after trying to delete all, printer then turn on again, it still shows the original print job, and I'm unable to find a way out of Quebec

Verification of updates, there are only two listed as "optional" still thought by downloading them, it can solve the problem.  It does not; He gave the error message on the print job in that causing a feeling of power.

I've never seen this before; I was always able to plug & play on my desktop printer and trying to use it on my Sony VAIO VGN-NW310F series.

It is imperative to get this resolved.  School assignments are due and professorts not only does not want to hear the excuses of any kind, printing problems have always been easily resolved so far.

Please - I need immediate assistance.  I already used the troubleshooter printer online which, as said earlier custody indicating the print job to Québec, is causing the printer to not answer.  I cancelled each time, but it will not go away.  I turned off the printer, reinstalled in the hope it would be empty, but it will not.

I appreciate your atttention guest on this subject.  I work with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit operating system.

    Thank you for your help.

Try in Services, locate the printer spooler, select it, and then stop the service.

Then check if you can delete the print job, if so restart the service

  • Print queue hangs when I cancel any print jobs

I use my Photosmart C309 all-in-one wireless printer. It prints very well until I have to cancel a print job. As soon as I cancel any job that is currently printing (in software or by pressing the button cancel on the printer) the print queue hangs up and working I tried to cancel everything is sitting there saying it is deleted, but it doesn't go away, and it keeps me print anything else.

I found a way to erase pasted work and get the printer going again (using the option of troubleshooting under devices and printers), but surely, I should be able to cancel a print job — without blocking completely to the top of the queue?

I've had the printer for a year now and it has always had this problem.

Have you tried to delete and add the printer?

Remove the printer (selection it and press the delete key on your keyboard).  Add again in this way:

    1. make sure the printer is on and connected to your network. Verify that you can access the printer's internal web page by accessing its IP address before continuing.
    2. click on > start > Control Panel > printers.
    3. click on add a printer
    4. Select local printer
    5. Select create a new port and select Standard TCP/IP Port, and click Next.
    6. under device type, select TCP/IP Device. Under the name of host or IP address, enter the host name of the printer (found on the network printer configuration report the generated above). Click Next.
If you get a message about required additional Port information, then the printer is not found using the host name. You can go back and start over or using the IP address of the printer instead of the host name.
    7. Select Hewlett-Packard in the list of manufacturers and select and select your printer model. Click Next.
If your printer model is not in the list, then select disk provided, browse the CD that came with your HP printer and select the first file begins with hp and ending with INF. click Open, then OK. Select your printer model. Click Next.
    8. If prompted, use the driver that is currently installed.
    9. He will ask the name of the printer - enter a new name or use the one existing. This will be the name of the printer that you select from other applications.
    10. we may ask you to share the printer. Make a choice and click Next.
    11. the printing area of Test Page is displayed. Go ahead and print it out.
    12. click on finish.
