  I use a Sony MHS-TS20 and Bloggie software. According to the documentation, I'm supposed to be able to upload videos to Picasa Web Albums. Download photos without problem.   Hello Charlie, your problem may be the type of account Piccassa you go. Picassa has a standard account which is created through Google on any standard computer. Picassa has also a mobile account. If you try to upload images on the mobile account, this type of account is only for images transferred from a mobile phone.

  Option 1 should show you how to install the language pack to the United States.

  Otherwise, you will need to use the wizard upgrade again for American English. This will require a clean install.

  VERY frustrated here. In the past, my use of the Adobe software was increased CONSIDERABLY by the availability of assistance in offline mode.   Just installed CS6 Production Premium on a machine of Win8. Sometimes I have to edit in areas without internet. This means that I sometimes have to access offline help. I have pressing F1 and adobe help manager says "awaiting download. I connect to the net after a reboot and load the adobe help Manager. I select the products I want help for (all) offline, I select "notify me when updates to help are available," it says waiting for download on all products. The UPDATING box does not work (in gray), I've hit, and I don't see any download from (confirmed by watching the activity on the resource monitor network traffic and disk). So I close adobe help Manager and reopen it. Now, it says 'Not available' and once again the UPDATE is grayed out. Well, I don't have any help files, then it would be REALLY great if the Adobe help Manager could do his job and download them. My guess is that Adobe has a server down which communicates with Adobe help Bishop and deploys client files Adobe help Mgr. It is a basic feature and really needs fixing.

• Arrested podcast download recent episodes - 502 errors

  I host my podcast using Blogger with files stored on Google Reader, and an RSS feed by Feedburner.

  I posted the last 29 episodes without any problem, but last night when I went to post episode 30, it wouldn't work. The episodes still appear in iTunes, but not download. Usually, when I click on 'Play now' on the feedburner feed, I'm presented with this web page:

  

  I found that if I ping the stream, it will allow me to play AN episode once, but then he returned to obtain this number. It seems that the most recent 5-6 episodes have this problem. But until I was going to post my most recent episode, the other episodes have been working quite well. I have absolutely no idea of what's going on! Help, please!

  It has nothing to do with the power supply; the problem is Google Reader. Check some of the media in a product browser files either an error with Error 502 ('bad gateway') page, or if you try the real media file URL rather that the proxy, it appears in the browser but do not load or play.

  Frankly, if you Google Drive working in the past I'm surprised - it usually causes nothing but boredom and a large number of people have complained that they couldn't make it work. In the meantime, your only options are to contact the Google Support and complain to them, or give it up and find a more reliable place to host your multimedia files.

• New RSS downloaded all the messages, BUT 'To' watch as the author of another blog in my stream.

  I added a new blog to my 'articles & News Feeds', the first since the update, I added to 24.6.0. 6 posts on the blog completely downloaded, but when I looked at the contents of the folder, the column 'From' a was filled with the name of another blogger in my stream. The two articles are blogger, if that makes a difference. Of course, this isn't a major problem, but it is an annoyance.

  My guess is that the blog uses a common e-mail address. So, delete the entry in your address book for the person who is not displayed.

  It's I checked out the site with two validation podcasting sites and they say its all is ok...

  This isn't a stream, I'm afraid of podcast. You have no tag "enclosure" containing the URLS of your multimedia files, as required by iTunes. You have a reference in the 'Description' tag (which itunes does not read) to a URL of Google Drive which is a web page with an embedded player - it won't work. You must provide a direct link to the media file, and if you enter the URL in a browser it should play directly in a browser and no download or appear in an embedded player. And you will need to find another server to host your multimedia files - Google Drive caused nothing but bad and I'm not sure that someone has managed to do work for podcasting.

  As for the image, the URL in your "tag" leads to an image that is 320 x 320 px so as you can see he doesn't qualify.

  I read in the forum that Toshiba 'BlueRay Player' is a software under license and, therefore, it of not possible to download this software from Toshiba UE driver page.

  If you want to install and use the "Blu - Ray Player" Toshiba after updated Win 8, you must contact the center of Toshiba Support Officer (hotline) and ask these software download.

  There is also another option to play the Blu - ray disc. You could use a tool of 3rd pieces called VLC player (free) that allows you to stream movies.
