Blue screen on startup. STOP: 0X0000007E

I was confronted with the virus, this morning, and after removing all the source .exe and perform antivirus analysis, I was had BSOD.
Now whenever I boot, I get a BSOD. I managed to prevent Windows to restart after an error, and I see this STOP error message:

STOP: 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X8B943A7E, 0X8C87EABC, 0X8C87E7B8)

EDIT: I can't start in safe mode or Windows at all. It restarts automatically once it loads the "base engines" or after charge of the progress bar.
I don't have a Windows Vista installation CD.

Note: When you run the checkdisk, there are risks of data loss you can take a backup before starting the checkdisk.

g. press y when you are prompted to check the drive the next time the system restarts.

h. close all applications and restart the computer.

Note: If the result of the scan is unrecoverable errors, then the hard disk is damaged or corrupted.

    Symptoms: Booted computer, loaded the raid drivers and showed at the start screen XP for half a second then to BSOD with a Stop error Code 0x0000007E - see also a lot of users (0xC0000001D, 0 x-, etc.) as well.

    Solution:

    1 boot from your Windows XP CD and start the recovery console. You may need to press F6 while RC loads in order to load the SATA drivers. you will have a prompt c:\WINDOWS to the console.

    2. type: CD $NtUninstallKB977165$ \spuninst (it's the update, I had to uninstall to get out of the boot loop, other updates can be uninstalled by changing the name of the directory to $NtUninstallKBCODE$, where KBCODE is the code KB)

    3. type: BATCH spuninst.txt

    4. type: exit

    Don't forget to configure your system to boot from the HD before resuming. I hope this helps. Saved me a lot of hassle today.

    Good news, the computer manufacturer sent an engineer home yesterday and the problem has been identified immediately when he opened the computer case. One of the RAM modules was not well attached. After setting the engineer, blue screen errors did not reappear. He has also conducted tests to confirm that everything was fine.

    ·         Are you able to boot to the desktop?

    ·         What is the full error message?

    If you are not able to boot to the desktop, follow the steps.

    You will need an XP installation CD to try to solve this problem.  If you do not, try to borrow one just to run this fix.

    (1) configure the computer to boot from the CD if it is not already configured in this way. You may need to enter the BIOS to configure the computer to boot from the CD.

    (2) set the boot order on:

    Floppy (if present)

    CD/DVD-ROM

    Hard drive

    RECORDING and EXIT

    (3) to start the computer with the XP installation CD in the drive. When you see the prompt «Press any key to boot from CD...» ", do and start the process to boot on CD.

    (4) when the Recovery Console option is available (press R to start the Recovery Console), do it. You may be asked to what Windows installation to enter, what kind of cases the number of the Windows installation you want to work (usually 1).

    (5) when you are prompted, enter the password for the Windows installation. If you have not set up a password just press ENTER

    (6) at the command prompt, type:

    chkdsk /r  (there is a space before the /) Press ENTER.

    Note: If bad sectors are found in the hard drive, then it could try to fix this particular sector. If you have any data on that, it can get lost.

    Try to run a full scan with the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that nothing is found.

    Try also to install the latest drivers from your computer manufacturer's website. If you have difficulty to locate the website of your computer manufacturer or the drivers on their page, please provide your computer brand and model in your next reply. If you have built your computer you need visit the site of the manufacturer of each piece of hardware to get the latest driver.

    Once the drivers have been installed, try to restart your computer, and then test to see if the same problem occurs.

    I am running WIndows XP Pro SP3 on a Dell Optiplex gx270s and get several error messages stop "Blue screen" intermittent and different at startup (for protect my computer). Prompt notification Windows found problems with the file system and run CHKDSK/F. I am unable to do so as I can not find my administrator password (also necessary if you plan to run from my XP installation disc). Windows Fix - It Center, running 'Folder & troubleshooting' reports icons randomly change the icons but no resolves not. I didn't notice the icons change and do not if this is related to Stop what error messages at startup, I've been doing. Running a disk check during start-up and Diagnostics IDE are not problems. It lasts for quite awhile and I've delayed just deal with it because it is not always the case. A lot of program installs / uninstalls and Microsoft Updates since its start if the system restore wouldn't do me any good. Before reinstalling the operating system, what are my options? Is there a way to reset my ' Administor password ", or better yet does not require one, (it is a personal computer for personal use only and I don't remember why a password has been assigned)?
