BlueNext Bluetooth Headset BN666 not shown in Sound Devices

Hi all

I just bought BlueNext Bluetooth Headset BN666, his work with my cell phone. But the problem is to work with my pc. I have ordinary bluetooth dongle 2.0 with no brand. The usb dongle has detected the bluetooth headset, also give its properties but no bluetooth headset service offers. Now, after that the dongle usb detects the headset, it is not in sound and devices Audio in the control panel that's why I'm unable to use with the pc and Skype. I am running xp with sp2 and in Device Manager it shows my bluetooth usb dongle "Generic Bluetooth radio". I also did the driver update but the problem is still there.

If anyone can help with this, I much appreciate.

I solved my problem, but it wasn't what I wanted.

I have a Dell Precision M4600 and a Plantronics/Altec Lansing Backbeat 903 Bluetooth headset.
My laptop has an internal Bluetooth.

After several days of research, I'm done assuming that my internal Bluetooth did not support the A2DP. I bought a dongle Bluetooth $3 did.

Many dongles are equipped with the software. Mine has not (an error on my part). I finished the download of a trial version of Bluesoliel (a Bluetooth stack software program). After working my way to who I had sound in my headphones. I spent $27 to get the full version and I'm now operational.

  • Bluetooth headset does not work with Windows 7 - device is detected.

I have a Dell XPS 1530, which had Vista 32 bit running. I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate. Ever after that the Bluetooth of DELL BH 200 headset does not work with my laptop.

The bluetooth adapter and the device is fine since I'm able to search and find all bluetooth devices, including my helmet. However, I get a yellow exclamation on the headset under devices. The headset can be paired with other devices such as my mobile and works very well.

I tried to update the drivers and reinstall the device and the adapter from the Device Manager. We have a similar setup on my brother's computer and it works fine.

Another thing to watch, would be what battery is used.  I know from personal exp some devices work with Toshiba stack, vs the MSFT pile up.  Do a search and see if anyone else uses a different battery with these devices. • USB Microphone (headset) do not pick up sound

    Hello.

I am currently using a headset (wired) Gioteck EX - 05 USB. The drivers installed perfectly (to my knowledge), and my recording devices in my PC recognizes that a microphone is there. However, from this moment, he can only play her even though the helmet itself. The microphone just not my voice, and I know that it actually works, since I've used it before, and when I listen well "Listen to this device ' I hear a kind of static electricity, but nothing else.

My PC works on Windows 7, and to my knowledge the on-board sound is "VIA HD Audio Deck", while the majority of the solutions I've seen about Realtek seem not to apply.

Attempts to try to correct what I've tried so far are put in different USB slots and uninstalling the drivers and allowing them to reinstall.

I just got a new helmet tomorrow because I think we can the drivers simply do not work on W7. However, if I can get this to work I will not need to buy a new helmet. On the other hand, maybe I need a wire to the top if this new headset does not work, as at the time it could be something on my end PC and not the headphones.

Solved the problem. Problem was in the helmet itself. Got a new helmet and now it works.

  • Bluetooth headset | Impossible to re-pair the device after deletion

I have 2 fields, one for my wife and myself. I've matched with success the pre of my wife with a stereo bluetooth headset Altec Lansing/Plantronics Backbeat (new) (model BBT903/R). Then I tried to pair it with my pre but it wouldn't recognize it. I have read the help file for Bluetooth on the meadow and realized that I had to remove the association with the front woman first. The help instructions supposed to remove the device to PRE Bluetooth screen name (device name of point culminating right drag, click on delete). I did it on Pre my wife. I then tried to pair with my pre but had the same problem - the machine is not found. Tried again on my wife before and now it not pair either!

Now I'm stuck. The helmet is not recognized by a meadow. I tried to turn on/off BlueTooth. I tried to change the order in which I turned on devices (first helmet, second pre and vice versa). I tried the hard reset by removing the PRE battery and put it in. I would do the same for the helmet, but the battery is not removable/accessible.

With the Plantronics / helmets Altec Lansing, you must press the button so that it flashes Red and blue (and alternates)... the flashing blue means it's looking for a connection to a device with which it is already associated. Hope that helps.

Check with your system manufacturer support, their drivers and documentation online and ask for their
Forums about known issues. Do the same for the manufacturer of your headset.

Is the laptop has built-in BlueTooth? If supported these could help.

  • Turtle beach Px51 bluetooth headset does not not with dongle bluetooth on windows 7

It became quite annoying. I checked for updated on the bluetooth dongle drivers. It connects, but he acts like he wants to use it as a phone. I try to connect and use it as a wireless headset for my III game of Call of Duty: Black ops, but I can't seem to recognize my mic at all. The microphone works because I can talk on the phone with her very well. It just won't let me connect the microphone to the computer. Can someone help me with this?

That's how I got my Bluetooth microphone to work...

    On a Windows 8.1 System...

1.) button press Windows + x select COMPUTER MANAGEMENT.

2.) expand SERVICES and APPLICATIONS, and SERVICES.

3.), search for the BLUETOOTH SERVICES and click on "RESTART the Service" on the left. Do this for all the Bluetooth services, one by one. In addition, you can also RESTART the WINDOWS AUDIO Service, just to be safe.

4.) then go to control panel > hardware and sound > manage Audio devices. Your HEADSET is now accompanied by a HELMET in the playback Menu and a HELMET will also be visible in the REGISTRATION Menu, which is essentially your Microphone.

I hope that helps... !!! Nice day..
