Bluetooth disconnects after mating - Windows 8.1

After the success of coupling it immediately disconnects again

I use an HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC with Windows 8.1

BT installed driver is Intel Wireless Bluetooth 4.0

Would the Bluetooth Driver software (Ralink) MediaTek

Download HP sp65804.exe solve the problem?

any help most welcome

N ° he wouldn't.

If the installed hardware is Intel, then install a driver for a bluetooth adapter is a futile exercise.

Try installing an updated driver for the device you are trying to connect to. This is usually where the weak point is.

  • Cannot access the HP laptop Bluetooth functionality after upgrading Windows XP to Windows 7

Original title: reinstall the Bluetooth Driver

I have a 32 bit HP under Windows 7 Pro laptop.

My machine originally came with XP but when I upgraded the hard drive, I switched to Win7 Pro.

I can't access the Bluetooth of the machine functionality.  It does not appear in Control Panel or Device Manager.

Thanks for the reply and the information updated. Check the link to your model and you will keep. Thre is no specific driver for Windows 10 for this computer for now, but there is a Bluetooth for Windows 8.1 driver.

I could start with the HP Support Assistant, as I mentioned and see if she can find something for you. It is useful to have, as it will seek new pilots as part of its function.  If this does not work for you, then you can try to install the driver Windows 8.1 of the support page.  Broadcom Bluetooth driver

Try to install such what, first and then Bluetooth test. If after the test, you still have trouble with the Bluetooth does not, try the method of this other link I posted on how to install a driver using compatibility mode, and then see if it will work for you.

Here are other pages that can be useful for you in troubleshooting and testing, and also that of Microsoft.

    Hello:

It is very unlikely that the Ralink bluetooth radio that has your model is compatible with Windows 10.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the bluetooth W10 Ralink driver and see if it works.

  • My Mic Bluetooth disconnects when I close the window settings Bluetooth =)

    Hello Microsoft =)

For some strange reason, which I do not know... whenever I close my Bluetooth settings... window my micro disconnects-_ -

My adapter had windows 7 find it of own drivers... you know, plug & play. So it's using the basic drivers... which is fine. the meaning of the use of does ' t Bluetooth adapter it's own software. So I'll tell you exactly what I'm doing...

First... I take my Bluetooth headset... Secondly, I right click on the Bluetooth icon in the status bar. Then I click on show settings. Then I click on the Audio tab, go to my bluetooth headset in the list... Highlight it... and I click on connect... 3 or 6 seconds... wa... connected. now I have a... OK button and a Cancel button. I click ok and my Bluetooth headset will beep... I will come back and it is disconnected = (I also on Skype or any other audio software like that... and it won't work. no sound of it. of course.)

So, I'm sure you can see my problem... and I hope you understand my "entourage" with what is happening here. Let me know, thanks.

Thank you, Kim. Of course, this problem has been occurring for some time in Windows 7 and continues to persist to this day. I tried your above corrections, and the first didn't work. However, I changed the Startup Type to automatic as you suggest. It doesn't have an effect at first. Your second explanation does not specify which Bluetooth driver to uninstall. So, I tried to remove the headset from the list of devices, put it back. My sound settings configuration has not changed, and the helmet device was still attached to the default playback and recording device, it was when I first set up the bluetooth headset. When I reinstalled the helmet, it connected automatically this time without having to open the checking of helmet and do it manually. Before I followed these steps, it wouldn't connect and the headset is not found in the sound control window. I had to open the box to control the headset and connect manually. Then, when I was closing the command window, the headset to disconnect, and it disappears from the sound settings window. Now, it connects just when I turn on the headset and put in Bluetooth mode. So, my suggestion for someone else who has this problem would be to follow step 1, and then lift the helmet of devices, then add it to devices. Then restart the computer, and it should work. It did for me. Thank you!

  • Reference Dell 375 Bluetooth no longer works after update Windows 8, R296919, blocked by the Compatibility Assistant programs - how to fix

Hardware: Dell laptop with adapter Bluetooth 375 Dell running Windows 8

Problem: after Microsoft Windows 8 update, all Bluetooth devices stopped working.  Moreover, they could is more to be discovered to pair them up.  Device Manager showed all works very well.

    Failure of attempts to repair:
-Uninstall all components of Bluetooth in the Device Manager and analysis of the material changes.
-Uninstall Dell 375 in programs & features (WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software) in order to reinstall (R296919).  The installation was quickly blocked by the program compatibility Wizard.
-With the Dell software uninstalled, I thought that perhaps that it was no longer necessary, and so Microsoft software would work.  Yet once, I uninstalled all Bluetooth components in the Device Manager and analysis of the material changes.  Still could not pair.
-Check in Bluetooth services and services were running.

    What worked:
-Run GPEdit and go to the compatibility of the components/Application Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates/Windows /.
    -Enable the following:
    Remove Program Compatibility Property Page
    Turn off Application compatibility engine
    Disable the program compatibility Wizard
-Run services.msc and stop the process of Bluetooth
-Extract the R296919 in a directory
    - on R296919.exe and select run as administrator
-For me, the installation failed the first time.  Then I repeated it, and it was installed fine, but required reset, which I did.
-At this point, I was able to pair Bluetooth devices again.
-Open Device Manager and go to the Bluetooth Module Bluetooth/Dell Wireless 375.  and select Properties.  Click the power management tab, and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power" and press OK.  If you do not perform this step, you will have all kinds of problems with Bluetooth devices, including keyboards and mice.
-Reverse changes in GPEdit to not configured.
    -Reboot

    How to avoid the problem:
Microsoft has an updated driver that States it is for the adapter Bluetooth of Dell 375.  on the update and select Hide update.  Microsoft has had quite a few black Tuesday lately, and this update is just another example.

The above post started as a question.  While typing what has not worked, I developed the answer.

  • Satellite L510 - WLAN disconnects after having ejected the disk USB

    Hey.

I got my computer Toshiba laptop a few months and have been having this problem early. Initially, it was not the case very often and so it wasn't if big a deal, but now it's getting boring because of the frequency.

    What's happening:
After I eject any USB connection (the most frequent with my external HARD drive and other kinds of USB keys), my wireless network connection disconnects.

I always try to go to the tab 'network and sharing Center' and 'disable' and 'activate' the connection, but it rarely works. Most of the time, the pop-up that says something like "allowing wireless connection" doesn't go away. It sort of 'crashes', but not exactly either, as I am still able to use other parts of the laptop. I tried many things, but the ONLY fix I found is to restart the computer.

HOWEVER, it is not a normal reboot. It takes about 7-10 minutes to restart. There is this blue screen of ms back (is that what it's called?) immediately after it restarts, but it is only there for like 3 seconds and then he asks me if I want to start windows in normal mode or safe mode.

I would really appreciate if someone could provide any kind of fix for this.

    My laptop:
    -Satellite L510
    -Windows 7 64-bit OS
    -pentium (R) dual-core CPU T4500 2.30 GHz
    -2 GB of ram

    Hi captainmarvel,

Just a simple question: have you tried to update the driver WLAN?
New driver WLAN, you can find on the official website of Toshiba in order to check this!

Well, I never really heard this about WIFI disconnects after the ejection of a USB drive. That's really curious.
You write that you are running Windows 7 64 bit but it is preinstalled Windows 7 in Toshiba or not?

  • Y70 70 Lenovo touch guard disconnecting after 5 seconds

Can someone help me? I have this problem where my laptop lenovo keeps disconnecting after a few seconds. This happens about 3-5 times up to the stop, then I can reuse my laptop.

As soon as the computer goes to the log in page, I type my password in and then after a few seconds, the screen becomes white a bit and it goes back to the log in page where I need to connect again. I don't know why this happens and there is a program that appears with a white border called followed RT_Driver of face. The program does not display anything and is to see through with a white border and my laptop then goes to the page, sign in again.

I am running windows 8.1 and I've updated the windows software when it said install updates, but this problem still occurs.

Please can someone help me. I find this very annoying problem and I've had this laptop for about 1 month. I also have Mcaffee installed on this laptop, so I doubt that it is a virus.

    Hello

you have the same problem here. Solved by rebooting the machine in safe mode (hold down the SHIFT key while clicking on restart, and then select problems, options, advanced startup options). After the reboot, log into windows. Once connected, start the Task Manager, Startup tab select, right click on the RTFTrack and select Disable. After that, restart normally, and you should be fine.

My guess is, that Win update had realtek face recognition application in trouble.

It could be useful, good luck.
