Bluetooth headset blackBerry 10 BB10 and Sony stereo

Hello

I am looking to buy a stereo bluetooth headset to complement my classic BB and I saw that Sony has a range including SBH20, SBH50 and SBH52. Anyone know if these will work with BB10 and if there is no limitation of their features when used with BB10

Thank you

An update my post, I just went ahead and buy the headphones SBH52 and they work very well with the BB10, including all music controls LED display showing the track is on the air and the phone number in dialling mode.

    Hey Wil,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are unable to connect your Bluetooth headset with the system and will surely help you in the right direction to solve the problem. However, please answer the following questions to help us identify the problem and you provide better assistance.

    1. What is the exact brand and model no. your computer?
    2. Other Bluetooth devices connect and work properly when connected to this system?
    3. What is the exact error message you get when you say: "guard of Windows asking drivers?

The question could arise if the Bluetooth drivers installed in the system are corrupt, the Bluetooth service running in the system is defective or if there is a conflict due to third party software service which is an obstacle to the Bluetooth connection.

So that these causes of diagnose and fix the problem, I would suggest trying the following methods and check if the problem persists.

    Method 1:

Run the hardware and devices Troubleshooter to verify hardware problems with the system or the connected component. See the following link to do so:

  • Unable to connect Bluetooth headset

Original title: need help on the BlueTooth device and other things about that.

    Hello

I'm in a position really distressed, so, basically, last year (about 2013 November), there were a few problems in sending files from my laptop to my phone, so I thought that bluetooth driver does not work properly, I don't remember anything correctly. I have a Dell XPS 1404 (or something, this is a fine model of 2010). So I thought that and uninstalled this driver in Device Manager, which was a BIG mistake. It was a Broadcom driver as far as I remember, or such. I tried to install the latest driver at this time there, but could not do so, there was a mistake. Now, I can't connect my BlueTooth headset to my laptop and when I connect the DELL BT travel mouse, it connects, but the problem is, the cursor is not going fast, I really don't know what to do. I tried the system restore, but it doesn't have an option for nearly a year there. Please do help me. Now when I go to device, under Bluetooth Radios Manager, there is a pilot who cannot start the device or other, there are only 3 drivers at the moment. I don't REALLY have to remember there's 3 or 4 before one year. Any solution to this?

AND when I go to the properties for this driver of non-working (which I tried to install both types of drivers on it, then this might work, but there not at all), and when I go to details > hardware IDs, this is the ID, do work to tell what is the real device? or is it about the driver?

    Hi Moriya,

Please keep us updated and my apologies for the late reply.

If the troubleshooting methods didn't it it helped, I recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the Bluetooth device to check the latest version of the driver that is compatible with Windows 7.

Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.

    Thank you.

    I have a BB Storm 9530:

Is it possible to get a stereo Bluetooth headset to work with Pandora?  Or it only works with the 3.5 mm headphone and internal speaker?

  • XPS L502X w / Intel chip support 6230 Bluetooth * 2.1, 2.1 + EDR, 3.0, 3.0 + HS: any stereo Bluetooth headset, headphones, etc.

I want something to make me pass stereo audio using the Bluetooth radio already in my laptop.

I bought a pair of headsets Plantronics BackBeat go.   They could combine with the laptop, but then in the next step, Windows (7 Home Premium) Impossible to install the appropriate drivers.  I went through all the suggested windows troubleshooting nothing helps.  I called Plantronics technical support.  I was told that I would need to buy an additional USB adapter at home, so I send you the earbuds back.

I asked Dell sales support they recommend, but the only thing they could find available from Dell needed an extra USB adapter too.  In addition, it is mono.

I really want to commit something that won't require a USB port for an adapter since the computer already has the Bluetooth hardware.  Ideally I'd like a small dongle that allowed the use of speakers, headphones or earphones.  Otherwise, I would consider dedicated Bluetooth headset or headphones.

I'm not interested in the device with a microphone or telephone control, but if that's what it takes to get other features I want, I would consider it.

Anyone succeeded with this question?  What works?

    Thank you

    John

I solved my problem audio Bluetooth!

My laptop Dell L502x supplied with Windows 7.  But Windows 7 has no native support for Bluetooth (a2dp) profile for the use of stereo headphones.  The helmet would pair with the laptop, but wouldn't connect.

    I found these helpful instructions

    http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/Windows_7-hardware/how-to-pairconnect-Bluetooth-audio-device-to/fb49798d-9fb5-451F-95FC-301f8f76942b

After checking the Windows Update and the Dell support site pilot for new drivers, I finally had to resort to the manufacturer's website.  Because the laptop has an Intel 6230 chip, I used the Intel driver update utility to

    https://Downloadcenter.Intel.com/default.aspx?lang=eng

who finds these two updates relevant for me.

Drivers for Windows 7 and Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software
    Wireless_16.7.0_s64.exe

    and

    Software Intel® PROSet/Wireless technology Bluetooth® for Windows 7 *.
    BT_3.1.1311_s64.exe

    Following the instructions here.

    http://www.Dell.com/support/troubleshooting/us/en/19/KCS/KcsArticles/ArticleView?c=us&l=en&s=DHS&docid=268873

I chose first to run Wireless_16.7.0_s64.exe.  After then running BT_3.1.1311_s64.exe and restarting, I accompanied my headphones to the computer and was finally able to connect.

It's a shame that Microsoft does not include a2dp with Windows 7.  I have an iPod touch and a winning machine 8 effortlessly connected to my helmet, since they have a2dp built in.

    Well, I'm just happy, there's a solution.

    Hope someone finds this useful,
    See you soon

  • Cannot be used on Windows 7 Sony bluetooth headset because the driver is missing.

Original title: Question about bluetooth drivers

    Hello

I have a problem with my Sony bluetooth headset on my Macbook bootcamp Win 7.

My helmet model is MDR-10RBT. My Win 7 detected the headset in the bluetooth device section, but I can't use it because the driver is missing. (There is an exclamation mark in the bottom left of the icon) The headset works fine when I start the o/s under OSX tho. I have already installed to the disk of bootcamp, nothing helps.

Please note that pilots must be pre installed in your Microsoft windows 7 OS. If your machine is not with the drivers, that we invite you to contact Microsoft because they are not available for download from Sony.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Peripheral Bluetooth disconnects when "Bluetooth Headset operations and settings" window is closed

So when I connect my Bluetooth headset to my laptop I have at the same time press the 'connect' button on my headset * and * open the Bluetooth Headset operations and settings window, then click on 'Connect' on there also.

    So my first question is:

Why do I have to do a step totally superfluous alone time I want to connect my headset? It should be the case that once I've set up my headset with my laptop, it will automatically connect when I press the 'connect' button on my helmet. I wouldn't do more than that.

    My second question is:

Why my headphones does not cut off when I close the Bluetooth Headset operations and settings window?

It's the same problem that this guy has been seen two years ago:

  • Bluetooth with blackBerry Z30 and leaving phone in Pocket

Hello, I'm having a problem with unlocking phone when I use my bluetooth headset to answer calls.  I wear gloves to work often take my phone out is not necessary while I'm working, not to mention bulky.  When she unlocks the screen in my pocket, my calls are frequently is completed by phone, move around in my pocket and pressing "end".  What's worse, is that I take my gloves off, locking the phone with the hardware button and continue with the call, only the phone unlock after the end of the call.  Then he Pocket numbers someone from the phone calls or favorite journal form

TLDR I leave my phone in my pocket while using the bluetooth headset.  Each call entering and end unlocks the screen which leads to the "composition of pocket" or "Pocket end a call.

Use a BlackBerry Holster or a pocket to keep him from doing this, because they have a magnet of sleeper inside.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones that looted while stereo Bluetooth?

While I'm in my car, a record my 9550 in the stereo to listen to the music.  I tried to use my bluetooth headset at the same time incase I get a call, but when the phone rings, I am unable to connect because the phone still wants disseminated through my car stereo.  Is there a work around for this?

    Hello!

Sorry to contradict, but I can testify that I've connected my Storm to my car (via the auxiliary input) system and have had the BT headset simultaneously active for calls. When a call came, I answered via the button on the BT headset and music meekly shut off... and restarted again when I hung up. Similarly to make calls... without soldering. I need to do anything special for the parameters or other... it just worked.

    Best!

    Hi watertoyz,
