BlueTooth HP Envy DV6 7295ex - driver problem does not

Need some advice on how to proceed, Bluetooth Radio stopped working after update of Windows 8.

Recovery has failed to return.

A new sp59207 to update HP specially for Bluetooth is not installed because it requires the 'package' to remove. There are no instructions to remove the previous package.

I downloaded the latest driver manually for radio Intel in this machine, but it will not be installed either and has same statement in description to the HP download site to remove the previous package.

I tried to remove the unrecognized device and adding new, whenever he comes charging the bluetooth generic player and goes back to the same question.

Can anyone suggest how to remove previous pacakge or force the pilot to date?

It seems that the installation of the machine has been damaged by bad virus or programs... same Windows8 update did not work. Finally, gritted my teeth and reset windows8 - wipe the hard drive. A long series of relocations, but everything started to work after.

Direct installation of the drivers is problematic.

A couple of useful hot tips learned along the way.

W8 recognizes inFile file system browser and gives user a menu useful to make sure "run as administrator" is done.

W8 Safe Mode can be started by the MSCONFIG command directly, using simply hard power down with the button power 2 times in a row and of following menus to PC settings - general Advanced startup.

If you have Intel inside Intel hardware has a great utility of Java on their site of pilots to determine what you have loaded and if it needs update (you probably should follow mfg - HP in my case before use OEM supplied files)

Lists of automatic information HP have pretty useless descriptions for what is actually under the hood of your laptop.
