  getBodyText() will work on 4.5 If the body is 'plain text '. Otherwise, you will need to get the HTML content of the message and extract the text elements.

• Problems of sending newsletters created in Publisher 2007 as e-mail messages (IE newsletter in the body of the message)

  I created a newsletter in MS Publisher 2007 for distribution by e-mail.

  Everything looks good on screen, and when I saw my newsletter (in my browser, IE8), it looks perfect!

  BUT, some problems appear.

  1. when I send a test to myself when it appears in my Outbox, and then in my Inbox (Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager), some of the formatting is lost

  2 when I send a test to a few others, although some of the formatting is lost in my Outbox, I like that it looks perfect in other boxes of reception (also Outlook) and which is particularly important;

  3. a person reported more receive the newsletter in the message, they also received a significant number of attached files (i.e. one for each image / graphic designer / contour box, etc.).

  Did I miss something in the settings / options for the editor and / or Microsoft Outlook that will allow me to send the newsletter in the body of the message, without all the attachments that goes with it?

• Search does not return matches in strings in the body of the message

  I tried to get a number 4 in the body of all messages. Thunderbird returned only hits where this 4 digit number was not part of a long string of text. Is there no way in Thunderbird to have the research also return results for messages that have this digital anywhere in the body of a message including in part of a long Digital Channel 4-digit?

  research is excellent for most, and the things that are not well documented. If at all. I remember seeing something weird on numbers once, but I don't remember really what it was exactly.

• The Safari search returns top hits

  When you type in the address bar URL Safari on my iMac, the first character keeps replace them with the next character, and returns the Top Hits.  For example, when I try to type "safari" in the URL address bar, the ' is replaced by 'a' and he returned to Amazon.com.  This started happening in the last two weeks.  In Safari preferences, I unchecked the preload Top Hit back and suggestions include Safari and Safari restarted with no luck.  Any ideas or suggestions?  It is annoying when I want to search directly from Safari instead of open a search engine like google or bing.

• Why most of the files by e-mail in local folders open with the Message Search screen?

  Not much more to say. Instead of open and display the message headers and the preview window, most of the E-mail files opens with message search window. It seems that the size of folders or something small to display headers of message, messages in the folders.

  There are a lot of free disk space (300 MB +) on the drive where the local folders.

  Is there a setting in Thunderbird I can shape where I can change this behavior?

  With anti anti-virus programs we just recommend the creation of an exclusion for the Thunderbird profile folder and see the people for the antivirus provider.   Note that the exclusion should be for your mail and your e-mail IMAP folders. To get the path to them. Open correct information in the menu help and select the button display folder. Because these files do not contain any executable files or files that would be open by other thing than Thunderbird there should be very very little risk of such an exclusion (I won't tell.   All I get now is a framework with an icon "torn letter" at the top left of the image. I checked my settings... no joy. The cursor is too much to the right place. I've been inserting images without problem until today 11/06/2014 update @ 18:00 at the v24.6.0
  However, I am able to copy the image to the Clipboard in my graphics program and paste it into the message body at the level of the cursor without problem. Something happened because of this update. Love of Thunderbird... need this bad feature. Difficulty and or advise as soon as POSSIBLE please?

  I answer myself. Despite the fact that I restarted Thunderbird twice as recommended, the problem continues as described. However, after making a stop with MS updates in the queue and them having been installed, the problem disappeared. Apparently, the start-up cold was part of the solution. Go figure. Any other experience never the initial problem as described?

  Ahh, I forgot... it is Windoze.

• HTTP GET method with the body of the message

  Hi all

  I work with an API using HTTP to make calls to a server. I met an API call in the documetnation that uses the HTTP GET method with a message body. It seems that this is not supported by LV14 because I do not see an entry of message body for the LabVIEWHTTPClient.lvlib:GET.vi function. The POST methods and COULD appear to be banned for this API call, I a not found 405. I could be stuck with the help of GET.

  Certainly, this isn't recommended GET method - but it is not explicitly forbidden in the HTTP/1.1 specification. Is there a work around to submit an HTTP GET request to content? I have to use HTTP external DLL to achieve?

  Seems to be a problem on the server side?  Maybe I misunderstood what you were trying to get?

• CS6 .pkg fails for some reason. Troubleshooting steps and newspapers in the body of the message.

  I have a copy of the Master CS6 Collection, which I can't install on my iMac OSX 10.10.5 running.

  I've tried so far of troubleshooting:

  • has run the Adobe cleaning tool.
  • created an admin account news, temporary and tried to install it with this.
  • active root user and I tried installing that way.
  • tried to install via the terminal with sudo.
  • Cloud of Safari killed as well as Safari Plugin Updater (delayed failure of about 60 seconds).
  • permissions of the disk verified and repaired via disk utility and the terminal.
  • direct downloaded the trial and saved a trial version of the software.

  In each case, Installer has given the message "installation failed." classic once Setup passes to "Validating scripts package," after < s 20 to package scripts to run.

  For those who have similar problems who stumbles on this post, here is the solution that worked for me:

  1. Granting of reading & writing to all parent folders and children access to me, users admin and all the world
  2. Enabling the root user
  3. Creation of a new administrative user & Installationavecuneracine who
  4. Kill all the nuclei of cloud of Safari
  5. Boot the machine in safe mode
  6. Remove all previous applications of CC, etc. (don't even bother with the vacuum, just delete everything yourself in different subfolders library and root)

• When I get new email, I open it, but the body of the message does not match the line subject to change. It is the body of an email to advertising.

  The body will be an e-mail from unwanted advertising. many of my emails will be the same with the same bad body.

  Right-click on the folder of the problem, and then select Properties. Then the Repair folder. Be prepared to lose some messages if the corruption is too bad.
