  See if you can remove the icon in Mode without failure.  To do this, first shut down the PC.

  Then type away at f8 that you start the PC to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER.  When it has loaded, see if you can now remove the icon.

  Why my internet connection dies? I use a VPN to my internet at home. I put the DNS numbers supplied by the company VPN in my airPort extreme, which, in turn, provides wireless for home. It worked perfectly until I updated to firmware 7.7.7. Suddenly the green light next to the 'internet' in airport Utility icon went Brown, and it is therefore most all internet. I put numbers in DNS to my ISP, and internet provider is displayed again. All the other numbers in DNS, whether it's Google, OpenDNS or VPN to stop the dead from the internet. Anyone has an idea about this?

  Airport base stations, are at best, a VPN-well past that device. It is a server or a VPN client. Upgrade to the latest firmware does not change this fact.

  To create a VPN tunnel using the AirPort Express Terminal, your computer must be running a VPN client that connects to a VPN server somewhere on the Internet. What DNS servers you use should make no difference with VPN.

  If the ISP-supplied DNS servers do not work, I would say that you contact your ISP to find out why they don't allow you to use them.

  Have you tried to go to customize and change your theme?  Maybe redefine things will help the issue.  You can also try re - install (or looking for a newer version of) your graphics card driver.  You can normally find this by going to the manufacturer of your computer site, click Help, and then by entering your model number.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I am not being able to use CarPlay with your iPhone, it's not what you expect. The good news is the following articles will help to solve your problem with CarPlay and has these suggestions:

  If CarPlay does not work as you expect, here's what you can check. After each step, try to use CarPlay again.

  1. Make sure that Siri is turned on.
  2. Restart your iPhone and your car. Depending on your car, you can see the CarPlay home screen when you turn it on. If you do not, look for the CarPlay logo on the screen of your car.
  3. If possible, connect your iPhone to a different USB port in your car.
  4. Try a different lightning to a USB cable. Make sure that the cable is certified.
  5. Update to the latest version of iOS.
  6. Check the manual using your car. You may need to install updates of firmware for your stereo.

• I don't want huge shortcut icons at the bottom of the home page. How to I get rid of them?

  I think the homepage has changed and the toolbar with icons very big & boring inside interferes with my email, sign in. I now have to go through multiple screens to log my gmail & I think it's because there is not enough room for the complete log in box. I have to enter my password on a second page instead of a single click, as I once did. I followed several accounts of e-mail throughout the day and it drives me crazy. I don't want this toolbar or anything either. I looked through all the settings and the FAQ. Anything concerned with that. Please tell me I can get rid of them & come back to how it was.

I am a League of legends player and when I open my client and start a game, the new client 'game' is created and it does not close after the game. So if I play more games during the day, the icons more remains to dock (one for each game played).

  Force Quit doesn't, he ignores me absolutely... and finally I can't even shut down my mac. I have to turn off button to start for a few seconds. :/

  OK not sure I can describe this properly but that's. Do not see the attached a link to the image when I made the original post, so I answered with those attached. The bound favicon one is my site. As you can see the favorite icon is a graph of the IB. If you look at my favorites of its 2 red lines icons is not the correct favicon. I deleted this icon on the web site completely because that's what my control panel as a favicon attributed automatically.

  Now, I was wondering why there are 2 different and how to fix this? It's not a deal breaker but its boring. Also case google chrome does not. It shows the favorite for the Web site icon in the address bar and the bookmarks bar, displays the same icon.

  Switching to an open app that is on a different page/Office on my iMac workspace, requires two clicks on the application dock icon.  The first click evokes the name of the application in the menu bar (development of earnings) but will not start the application.  The second click switches to the application.  El Capitan, before it allows access to the application on the first click.  It's boring, clues as to why this behavior?

  Oops! Just found.  In the prefs system under control of the mission, there is an option to switch to a space with windows open for this application.
