Bought a multilingual subscription to CC, no English option. What should do?
Hello, Adobe CC community!
I am a newcomer in the creative cloud and subscriptions online from Adobe in general, and recently I felt the need to buy a subscription to CC for the College and home use. Be from Portugal, I decided to get a multilanguage pack, thinking that he would come with different language options, including Portuguese and English.
When I installed my favorite and launched products their, I found that they were in Brazilian Portuguese, and when I tried to change back them to English, there is no option for it. It is not a good reason to be able to switch to English, even if the language of the user for the pack has a different primary language?
What I would like to ask is, is there some arrangement outside the apps, I can use to enable the option of English, or would I need to get a different subscription altogether?

Please uninstall the existing applications of CC and then follow the steps to change the language setting of your Cloud Creative applications

If you are unable to contact the seller or the original owner, you are out of luck. Since you mention an American telephone, I'm guessing that you are not located in the United States? No one could help you find the original owner. You are in possession of an expensive paperweight if it cannot locate these people. You could try the local police if the device has been stolen in your country, but if it was stolen from the United States and transported, then you are out of luck.

I contacted Adobe support and they helped to solve my problem:
My problem was with the "hosts" file using Adobe. Because of the way he wrote Adobe couldn't see my subscription and only saw me as a trial license.
I was instructed to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool for Mac and by accepting the agreement, once
Click on the chosen "Difficulty Host File" tab.
Click on "selected cleaning."

If you bought something on a US site, I don't think that you will be able to activate it outside the United States

I already bought and installed 5 Lightroom a year ago. However on the Adobe website they offer 5 Lightroom and Photoshop CC as a package of $9.00. I was wondering if I bought the monthly subscription, if I could cancel and always use Lightroom 5 program I have installed if I decide to cancel.

Hi Patrick,
At any time if you decide to cancel the subscription of creative cloud (plan $9.99), you will always be able to use the Lightroom 5 stand-alone program that you purchased.
But with creative cloud subscription, you get a free upgrade to Lightroom to the current version which is Lightroom CC/6. If you upgrade your Lightroom CC catalog with the subscription and then, you wouldn't be able to downgrade this to Lightroom 5 catalog later.

Hi Kay,
If you view the image on the Web site under license history, you will see the watermark it. Then, simply open this picture in the history of the license and choose "save image to the desktop". Now, open the uploaded image and check it out. It should not have the watermark more.
