Bought the student license and software fitness store, download applications online?
I bought the edition CS6 Production Premium student at my University Bookstore and used the serial number to record a few of the apps on my laptop. I just got a new desktop computer and you want to install the second allowence install on it, but it does not really accept CD/DVD. Is there a way I can download the software from the Web site by using the serial number of my intern license? The serial number is listed under 'my products', but there is nothing listed under 'my orders' with a prompt to download the software because I don't actually have it bought on adobe.com.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Simply download and install trial versions, and then activate with your serial number.

Hello dear supporters and users,
I bought the student permit creative cloud and that I do not understand why the applications I downloaded and launched are available only for 30 days trial.
I also had the problem with Adobe Premier project that I reopened its doors with this new version and it bugs, first I have to make the project again, but how making it pops up a window with an unknown error. Then... I can't continue with the project and it takes me two days to find a solution... first to have bought the software since my trial version expired leaving my unfinished video, and after having been bought I fail to operate.
Please, can someone give me a hint... I guess that maybe there is a conflict with the old version, I had. I uninstalled all graphics and video of Adobe applications at the same time when I was buying and installing Adobe Creative Cloud.

I bought the student of Photoshop C6 from Best Buy version and installed on an iMAC intel processor. The hard drive is faulty and needs to be changed which will require me to reinstall Photoshop C6 on the new hard drive then replace it. How can I find the numbers that I have to (software key etc.) install the software on my new hard drive. I have the Photoshop C6 disc with the top software
but none of the numbers.

Can someone help me because I am student who has recently renewed my membership but when I got to open photoshop it is not have she asked this same software you license I pay for the student kit and I can't redownload photoshop on my mac because "you run an operating system that Photoshop no longer supports. HI - bought a kit of the student. And for a while creative cloud consulted well. But now - my access does not work, and he goes to the members section (which I already have). Also - although I'm going to download bridge and illustrator, I could never get to download Photoshop.

I bought the student/teacher edition. I have a Windows 7 and an IMac. My instructor told my subscription would allow my to install the product on 2 PC. Is this true?
Just to let you know, there is a difference between installation and activation.
You can install the software on as many computers as you wish, Mac or PC.
However, you can activate the software to be used on up to two computers at the same time (via help > connect / disconnect)

I bought the student and teacher of cloud on August 17 online edition, but I'm still waiting. The receipt of the order immediately got in my email box. I checked my account > my plan > product: nothing showed. I tried to disconnect and connect from Adobe Creative cloud on my desk: nothing has changed, the products are available, but still on sale.
Why is the transection to spend, but I'm not receiving the product?
