  You can use any DVI monitor DVI port directly or have any VGA monitor with the power that you adapter. A HDMI monitor might work with an adapter DVI to HDMI in a pinch, but HDMI tends to be more fickle.

Since you've had your computer for more than three years, you have about a month to be eligible for a free repair. There is no official information about it on Apple's site, however, MacRumors article seems legitimate. Successfully, I had my screen replaced for free out of warranty for the same problem.

  The IMEI number is printed on the back of the phone, unless it's an iPhone 6. You can also find the serial number by eject the tray of the SIM card on the right side of the phone (insert a paper clip or similar object into the hole). It is in very small print at the bottom of the status bar.

  It should also be in the box the iPhone provided in if you bought Apple or an authorized dealer.

  Maybe it's the menu of bookmarks? You can activate the menu bar in Firefox by:

  1. By clicking on '3' menu bar
  2. Click on + customize
  3. Show/hide toolbars and select Menu
