Hello

1. what exactly happens when you connect the mobile to PC?
2. do you get an error message?
3. is the device recognized on the PC?
4. are you try to synchronize the mobile or the bluetooth update?
If you try to synchronize, open devices and printers start menu and click on add a button on the device and follow the instructions in the wizard to add the device successfully.

We recommend that you download and install the device driver on the manufacturer's Web site. To download the device driver, see the following site; Select your phone model: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads?cc=us&lc=en

Once the driver is installed, restart the computer and check the functionality of the device.

I hope this helps.

  • Cannot install Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 driver

    Hi Sir,

I use HP Pavilion laptop 2005ax g6 and I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit OS. I am unable to detect any bluetooth device in my laptop and bluetooth to my laptop doesn't detect also in other devices (for example in my cell). When I tried to install Broadcom bluetooth driver 4.0 software showing error "no bluetooth device was detected. Please make sure that your bluetooth device is connected correctly in order to continue the installation. In Device Manager, everything is perfect, I mean no undetected hardware. However there is no problem in the use and free wifi.

I enclose the error image that I am facing.

    Kindly help out me

    Hello:

Unfortunately, I do not know what you need to do to solve the problem (other than to replace the fan/radiator).

It's probably a coincidence that began after installing this software.

If the fan does not work, normally you will get this error.

  • How to activate Widcomm (Broadcom) bluetooth API in Skype.

I posted this on the Skype support forum:

I have a similar problem on my new four-core 64-bit Windows 7 desktop. After months of trail and error installing and uninstalling the Broadcom bluetooth software and work support for the manufacturer of my dongle bluetooth 4.0, I could narrow the problem to have something to do with the Microsoft Net Framework 4 client and Net Framework 4 extended. The extended part of the software is allowing the hands-free bluetooth, bluetooth remote control, the profiles A2DP and AVRCP to work.

After several weeks of frustration, that Microsoft finally came out with a Net Framework 4 diagnostic and repair tool, which has greatly improved the situation. My creative WP-350 bluetooth headset finally works but not with Skype.

So now I really need to know how to turn on bluetooth three APIs is Skype for the helmet works during Skype calls. I have only a single enabled API that is, Bluetooth Headset Helper.exe who, as well as the two others located in the folder of Widcomm bluetooth. The other two API controls which must be added (and activated) are BTStackServer.exe and BluetoothHeadsetProxy.exe.

I'm running the latest Broadcom (Widcomm) version of the 6.5.1.2700 software

It took several weeks of downtime in uninstalling and reinstalling Net Framework 4 (customer and prolonged) as well as the software Widcomm (Broadcom) but I think it wasn't until I downloaded and used the Microsoft.NET repair tool I can say that the eccentric bluetooth functionality in Windows 7 has finally been more stable. Now if I can just activate the three Skype API (Microsoft product) it would restore my faith and continue my love affair with the PC platform. I have three other workstations that I use on a regular basis with none of the challenges SMEs bluetooth who gave me this new desktop image I7 PC.

Thank you very much if anyone can help me solve this problem (I don't think that Skype support is as savvy).

  • Broadcom Bluetooth USB 3.0 published on 24/08/2013 update code 800F020B

I've just updated this Broadcom Bluetooth update optionally via Microsoft Updates on a Windows 7 64-bit system. There is no 3 times and I'm unable to use my bluetooth keyboard & mouse. I'm currently using a USB keyboard that I stole (borrowed) from another computer with my Wacom/stylist pen as a mouse. Help, please! The error code is 800F020B. I saw that it was reported previously in 2009. Thank you!

Do you have similar problems installing any other Windows updates?

I suggest to follow the steps in the Microsoft KB article and check if you are able to install the update and also if the keyboard and mouse do not work properly.

  • Windows Installer 8 question - can not find / uninstall Broadcom Bluetooth software

TRIED TO INSTALL WINDOWS 8, BUT CANNOT INSTALL DUE TO BROADCOM BLUETOOTH SOFTWARE!  Help!

I use a Dell desktop XPS 8300, CPU Intel (R) Core i7-2600 3.40 GHz, 8.00 GB of RAM, Windows 7 Home Premium Svc Pack 1, 64-bit OS.

I decided to install Windows 8 and got stuck when he says that I can not continue until I have MANUALLY uninstall the Software Bluetooth Broadcom on my system. However, I CAN'T FIND it!   I checked device, including hidden items Manager and there is no evidence showing Bluetooth.  When I try to click on the shortcut icon (to configure Bluetooth), I get a window that says Windows Explorer has stopped and he is looking for a solution but found nothing.

There is no listed software is the list of programs and I can't find it in the Add/Remove Programs area.  After much research I found two items:

    btstackserver.exe c:\program Widcomm software\btstackserver.exe and also

    BTTray.exe c:\program Widcomm software\bttray.exe

I'm not either of those of any place where I can uninstall (or install them?). They do NOT appear in the program list.  I did, somehow, get the Bluetooth symbol to appear in the status bar and tried to set it up, but he kept saying that my Bluetooth was not lit.  I don't even know if I have the Bluetooth on this computer!  (and I don't really like, I would just get Win8 installed!)

I thought to delete the folders above, but do not think that that would solve my problem and probably it would be worse!

If anyone has any ideas that can help me, I would be sincerely grateful for it.   I have been trying now for about 6 to 7 hours and will leave for the night.  Maybe tomorrow will bring more luck!

Thanks much for any help!  If I missed something in this explanation of the problem, please let me know and I'll try to clarify the situation.

Sorry for the late reply. A week was very busy.

Looks like a pretty messy situation.

I suggest you only to contact Dell to see if they have information.

A search revealed a pretty scary incident (which is supposed to be fixed now),

but there may be other problems that Dell knows and can help you.

It is probably possible to find a way to uninstall manually,

but after reading the above, I am reluctant to venture...

  • How to uninstall Broadcom Bluetooth software that vanish not

Hello, my situation is similar tothis issue for Windows 7, except that my OS is Windows XP SP3. I recently realized that I made the mistake of buying a Bluetooth adapter and install the Broadcom/Widcomm Bluetooth stack driver software. Now that I know that the software is not good, I want to uninstall it. Then I installed the Toshiba stack for the Cirago adapter. Now, when I double-click on the setup.exe file that is provided with the Cirago driver, nothing happens (it does not start the installation program).

I tried to uninstall all the drivers Bluetooth pre-installed in the Device Manager, and I don't see the remains of all Bluetooth drivers there.

    http://picasaweb.Google.com/LH/photo/2NAos6BP9UigPtJKaYRGyQ?feat=DirectLink

But I don't see that the small Bluetooth icon has not changed:

    http://picasaweb.Google.com/LH/photo/kbxgPP8ZLxhjX4ob2YjSew?feat=DirectLink

I don't see anything on Bluetooth, Widcomm or Broadcom in Add/Remove programs. I do not see any folder called Broadcom or Widcomm in the Program Files folder, either. But I don't see that Broadcom appears in the registry regarding Bluetooth, as shown here.

    http://picasaweb.Google.com/LH/photo/hWDo-OzB8ApibzeHA_saxQ?feat=DirectLink

I've also renamed all the files in C:\windows\inf which starts by "bth" so that it ends with ".old".

What should I do now to completely wipe this Bluetooth of Broadcom persistent my computer software?

    Thank you.

    Hello

    Method 1.
It is possible that the device is hidden in Device Manager. You have to click Show hidden devices in Device Manager, and then uninstall it from there.

  • Envy 700-215xt Broadcom bluetooth driver Win 8.1

    Hello!

My new HP Envy 700 - 215xt came with Win 7 Home and I've updated to 8.1 Pro Win.  In control compatibility before the upgrade, the software said that the bluetooth device driver was not compatible with Win 8 and forced me to uninstall it, I did.

Now everything has been migrated and works fine, except for the part of Broadcom wireless adapter bluetooth.  The WiFi worked very well.  In Device Manager, I see the card wifi Broadcoom BCM43142 under the heading, network cards and I see a BCM43142A0 listed in the other peripheral topic, and it shows that there is no driver installed for him.  Try to uninstall/reinstall, it is nothing and a Windows search for a driver comes empty also.

I downloaded and tried to install sp64557 from the support page, and it gave me the error "your system does not meet the minimum requirements for this update.  Update cancelled. »

It is not a show stopper if I can't use bluetooth (at least not right away), but is there a procedure that I am missing to get this device works, or a driver available to support this device in Win 8.1?

    Thank you!

  • Remove the last v3.0 of Broadcom Bluetooth driver

Stupidly, I clicked to update the Broadcom driver in windows update.

I think the adapter bluetooth on my old Logitech DeNovo keyboard & mouse does not work with the latest version, so after much faffing everything I managed to UN-install the latest in Device Manager (and fact TIC TACS to remove the software) and reinstalled an old version (v2.0) which worked.
Great, until I rebooted the PC in the morning because he went and new Manager v3 so keyboard and mouse stopped working.  Return will v2 and now it works.
As I think the same thing will happen EVERY time I restart the PC, is their anyway to stop loading v3 initially upwards?
    Thank you
PS I have a HP PC running Windows 7 or its latest version.

    Hi Gary,.

From the description of the problem, it seems that the latest version of the Bluetooth adapter drivers total because you have defined in the Windows updates automatically installed updates.

Let us change this setting, temporarily, to the updates but let me choose whether to download and install them and then hide the update to the Bluetooth adapter.

Step 1: Change Windows Update settings.

    a. click the Start button and open the Control Panel.

    b. click on updates to Windows and click change settings.

    c. under important updates, click the down arrow button and select updates but let me choose whether to download and install them.

    d. click OK. (Enter the administrator password, or click Yes to confirm)

Step 2: Hide the update to the Bluetooth adapter.

    a. in the Windows Update window, click check for updates.

    b. after that it shows the number of available updates, click the important and optional updates available and looking for one of the Bluetooth adapter.

    c. right-click on the update and select hide. The checkbox next to it will become gray.

    d. restart the computer and check if the problem is resolved.

After hiding the update, will be asked to install the update, even if you set the option to install updates automatically, in the Windows updates.

Please get back to us with the State of the question.

Window devices and printers stops responding (hangs) after that you turn off the Bluetooth Support service in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2 the patch have not changed anything.
