  I am running Iolo System Mechanic 11 on my machine for detection of spyware, malware, viruses and been with them for 5 years and this has NEVER happened since I was with them. My Toshiba Service Station does not work and tried to contact Toshiba as well, but yet they want the money for technical advice. I know that somebody here is tech savey and I am disabled and do not have the money to repair this laptop so please can someone there give me info on how to get back to his old self of my machine? Oh and btw, I did a system restore, but this message from Catalyst Control Center is yet to come. PLEASE HELP ME AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

  Have you tried running MS difficulty?

  Aunsoft crossed all their available technical means, but they could not understand whatever it is no more.  They have not said it's works fine on their machines of W7.

  I also tried to intall a product different from Aunsoft MTS Converter, just to see if that would go.  As with Final Mate, it seems to install fine, but also hang up when start and never actually starts.

  Anyone else have problems or suggestions on how to turn ugly Mate on W7 final enforcement?

  This is an old post. Still, I thought I would share my understanding of the problem. I've also faced this runtime error. This happened when the video files have been loaded from an external hard drive last sessions. When the session has been closed, these files were still listed in the source. It seems, when I started final Mate, it looks for the files and then shows the runtime error. When I connected this drive, this problem has been resolved. Therefore, the solution seems to be to ensure that the files are deleted from the source list before leaving the program.

• NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL APPLICATION HAS STOPPED WORKING

  I have a big problem here with NVIDIA cards and have not at all been luck. My problem started when I had a clean install of Vista 32 on my HP XW6600 that came with Windows XP installed with the option to upgrade to Vista. When I upgraded I also improved my 9500 GT GPU, to Quadro FX1700. When I tried to open the control panel I got was an error message saying: he has stopped working. I just ordered a second DABS.COM monitor which I intend to hang with my system and bypassing the Panel I'll be in trouble of control of Nvidia.

  I'm missing something here. Please tell me know if you have an idea on how to solve this problem. I've attached a screenshot of the error message I get.

I used system restore to the day before the updates, and install them individually. The first 9 no trouble with WMC. But the IE8 KB982664 for Windows 7 compatibility view list caused my action center to report that I needed to check the undeclared solutions to problems. WMC would still start. But after installing KB983590 .NET framework 3.5.1 for Windows 7 x 86, WMC has stopped working.

  After you uninstall update 2 above WMC would still not start.

  After using the system again restore forward updates, I installed the other 9 updated with, so far, no problem with WMC.

  a. close all applications, insert the DVD into the DVD drive of the computer.
  b. in the settings window, click install now.
  c. click go online to get the latest updates for installation (recommended).
  d. type the CD key if you are prompted to do so.
  e. click Yes to accept the Microsoft software license agreement.
  f. on the type of installation do you want? screen, click upgrade.
  g. when the installation is complete, restart your computer and check the difference.

  My PC is slow to respond, even web browsing. I have Microsoft security essentials and you have run a full scan. Nothing has beeb found. I check my GPU drivers and have updated to the latest.
