  AFAIK it of a plug & play HARD drive if you n t need any software to recognize the HARD drive

  There may be a password.
  Try this:
  Connect your HARD drive to the computer when the HARD drive is working
  Select the CD drive with your browser (password)
  Run the ONSPCLCK.exe
  Select 'Options '.
  Select "Disable security password"
  Enter your current password
  Unplug the HARD drive
  connect the HARD drive

  It is a persistent problem that I've had for a few years, but it seems to be getting worse.

  I have iCloud Photostream set up and it works very well with my iPhone mini iPad and 6, are both on the latest IOS.

  I also iCloud put in place on the PC that is running Windows 7 to my work, it's very useful for me because it means that if I perform a site survey, the pictures are on my PC shortly after the connection. However I find that the pictures often don't not download to the PC.

  I had found a previous post here that suggests to terminate processes from the Task Manager, then clear the local Cache of the synchronized files, re connecting iCloud on the PC that would then have to re start the image download.

  This seems to work in most occasions, but doesn't seem to last a few days or more, even if today I can't seem to make it work.

  Is there a solution for this?

  Can anyone help with this? I tried installing & re install the last iCloud but still no joy.

  Hello, I recently downgraded my Toshiba Satellite L305 S5885 from Vista to Windows XP. Everything works well except the function (Fn) keys to control the screen brightness, volume. Some function as mute but most do nothing when I try to use them. All the installed drivers although Device Manager shows errors or lack nothing.

  I tried to install all the drivers for the keyboard, the Fn keys, keyboard shortcuts, and still I can't work at all. Someone was able to get these keys to run after the installation of WinXP or you know what drivers/software I'm missing? These keys can be used in XP or they work only in Vista?

  This feature has nothing to do with the operating system or Device Manager. FN keys feature Toshiba use for years and in my opinion, it will be used in the future also.

  As I see you probably have US laptop model. I put t know how he works in the United States, but here in Europe Toshiba offered special WXP BIOS update. After installing this BIOS the FN keys work correctly.

  I see you are having a problem your HP SimplePass since installing Windows 8.1. Part of the problem is that there is no drivers for Windows 8.1 for your model. I recommend you to uninstall what you have and then try this version.

  I recently had a moment of rtfm with this problem.  I've installed and reinstalled the Tablet button drivers... or so I thought.   Order the Readme for the driver.  After you have double clicked on the .exe, it seems as if she moved, but what is extract the files to a folder on the hard disk.   Probably C:\DRIVERS\WIN\TBBTN here unless you have changed it.  Go ahead and click on setup.exe... you have to restart when it's done.  HTH

  2 - is specific to the microphone problem? You are able to use other USB devices?
