  YES. The player creates folders of audio books and podcasts on the card the first time, that it is inserted in the drive.

  If the files are placed in these folders, the tag of the genre didn't need to be edited.

  Hi, I have Word of biblical promise. Basically, each book is a folder that contains the respective chapters in the folder (mp3 format). The problem is that if I copy the folder above audio books only the first chapter is available. If I copy the music it is is more set per file. Essentially, I want to go to the record of Matthew and in it, I want to be able to access all of the individual chapters in Matthew. in mark I want access to all the individual chapters of Mark. Now in a book audio I have access to Matthew Chapter 1 and Chapter 1 mark although there are several individual mp3s within these folders. If I copy these music files each individual mp3's available unclassified by folder. Ant advice on how to do this would be appreciated. Thank you.

  First of all, it is useful to know if you have an original Clip or Clip +.  Your player has a slot for a microSD on the right side as you look at it?  Furthermore, the on/off switch is a button at the top?  If so, you have a Clip +.  (If the on/off switch is a slider on the left of the drive, you have an original Clip.)

  If you have a Clip +, you can play as your files on your computer, through the names of files and folders.  See my previous comment that precedes, in this case.  If you have an original Video Clip, you can not do - folder view and playing only works on the Clip +.

  Second, if you have an original Clip and cannot make navigation in files, or if you have a Clip + and do not want, you need to change/add your ID3 tags.  Outside view/navigation in files, Clips usually use ID3 tags to organize what you can choose to play.  ID3 tags are bits of information put into music and files of spoken word, which indicate aspects of files, in general, name, name of the album/book, artist, genre, year and no..  Even if the file names of the files are correct, if the ID3 info. is incorrect, things are mixed up, as is the ID3 tags that are used to organize and display.

  The good news is, your ID3 tags can easily be added and fixed, more easily with a tag like MP3Tag Editor (easily available freeware Internet: http://www.mp3tag.de/en/).  Windows also allows you to edit the information of ID3 tag under the screen of properties for files (but it is easier to work with labels, often with a dedicated tag editor).

  The Clips have an exception to the use of ID3 tags for navigation and display: for untagged files (I think; I don't think that this works if files have tags, but I could be wrong) put into records audio books or Podcasts on the Clip, or to files stored elsewhere on the Clip, but who have the tag type information with the word Podcast or audiobook, the Clips using the names of folders and files for navigation and for display.

  So the short answer (long?) is: If you have a Clip +, you can use the option of folders under the music section to navigate.  Otherwise, you need to manage your ID3 tags and change them so that it contains the correct information, for purposes of Organization (or in the case otherwise, you need to adjust/remove (possibly) tags and files on the Clip was part of the above exception).

  It takes a little while to get this, but then it becomes pretty automatic.  I hope this helps.

  An update which may help others if they experience this strange behavior. Check the tags of your MP3 files. It turns out that when the files were torn off the wrong fields had filled (somehow) and the Clip information from the bad/empty fields. The second problem was with the program MP3Tag. It turns out if your using MP3Tag program, put the name of the artist in the field of the Album artist not the artist field, also ensure there is a title in the title field. Several of my MP3s are either missing data for the fields title and or the artist of the Album and this is what seems to cause the wrong Clip read the tags and cause the missing album names in the list of audio books. Also, in one case, all the MP3 of for a book torn by default to the album title in the title field and not in the field of the Album. The Album is for the title of the album and the title field is for the name of individual chapter/track/song using MP3Tag.

  I've got a c250 with 2 GB of memory. I added 2 GB of memory via a microSD card. My mp3's read, but when I plug it into my computer it only allows me to add 2 GB of music. All solutions?

  The card and the reader appear as two separate drives. Need to add your files separately.

  Yep, you will need to change the kind of audio books (capital, of ' at the end - must match what it says the "rocket") and he will put them in audiobooks.  You can put them on your card or on the internal memory.  I had one on the internal memory, but decided to use a card instead (just my preference).

  I think that the c250 recognizes only up to 4 GB cards, and that is if you have a v2.  The v1 probably only recognizes up to 2 GB.

  I think that there may be two ways to go about troubleshooting it: a clean format, reload.     or check the memory of Clips with a windows machine and running Chkdsk on it.     I prefer the Format myself that this will clear most gremlins.   But a chkdsk /f can work as well.

  To Format the Clips of Sansa memory go on the Menu Settings > Format > Yes ...   Then reload your music and audio books.

  Getting weird or empty file names, you can not delete? Songs of stop working in some albums? Running the disk check can help.

  Here is the workaround:

  1. To connect in MSC / Mode of Rhapsody.
  2. Open my computer and take note of the drive letter; example; e: / or f: /.
  3. Left click Start then run: and type chkdsk x:/f (x being the letter of the drive that was mentioned earlier).

• The case of the GoList empty

  Hey everybody!

  It seems that every time I add songs to my GoList and then plug my rocket to my computer, add pieces either internal or external memory, and then disconnect, my GoList is empty.  This happens every time.

  I sent an email, SanDisk, who suggested the drive resetting, re - install the new firmware and re - format.

  I did all this while dealing with problems with the new firmware and even formated the drive before and after the installation of the new FW once more.

  I always seem to have this empty GoList problem.

  Any ideas out there.

  Well, it seems that the problem had to do with my 8 GB Kingston microSD card.  I installed my new SanDisk 16 GB card and copied my music and then created a GoList.  After you reconnect and disconnect my rocket to my computer, the GoList remains intact.  Weird, but I'll take it!

• Audiobooks don't play no not in order of detonators

  I'm trying to get my rocket to recognize the tags that I entered manually so that it will play audio files in order. It seems to play my files in a random order, which puzzled me. Here is what I tried and my info.

  Rocket: 4GB Total. 250 MB of free space. MSC mode

  Firmware: V01.01.22A

  Operating system: Vista

  I want to mark my files so that she plays day 1.1, 2.1 day day 2.12, 1.12 day day 2.21,..., day 5.1, etc...

  Now, I used several programs to change the tag including the Explorer Windows, Media Monkey, MP3tag. I have mark and then copy it to the reader to rocket to the updating of the library. I tried the title according to description above, marking marking of the genre as "Audiobook", the Album, by changing the file name of marking. These don't work.   Well, it seems to work now. Basically, do not use the naming scheme I had more early for example 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, etc... Also don't have no need to name the field "title" as 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, as well. The field "title" can be left empty. Rocket command files according to the title. That is why I now use day 1A, 1B, 1 c, 2 a,..., 5 c, 5 d, etc.

  Hi all

  I've been on ios 10 for awhile now since its release and so far my common history is empty.

  All services of relevant sites are able, I even reset the parameters of location etc, without success. I did a restore, still nothing.  My phone used also pick up where my car is parked more, given that even this setting has been activated.

  All the similar location based services like traffic conditions worked fine on ios 9.

  Now, I ran out of options.

  Hoping someone can help.

• Using terminal to empty trash

  I moved my Gallery of Photos on an external drive, changed the location of the external library and deleted my copy on the hard disk. I tried to empty the trash, but he just hung.
