  I fixed it. Did as a replacement for my graphics card. My card and Skype were apparently incompatible or something? Sucks really be like giving me problems is actually better than the one I currently use. It's an AMD Radeon HD 7730.   I had actually just to re - install.

  I have 10 windows and Skype was kind of last version. So this helped me a lot. Didn't need to do this well at all in fact. Uninstall and reinstall.

  You probably Evaer Skype recorder installed. This application puts a bad version of the module d3d9.dll in the Skype application folder.

  Uninstall Evaer. If it still won't solve the problem, remove the defective d3d9.dll file in this folder:
