When I try to call someone on Skype, he throws the internet connection on the computer laptop everything.

I get very frustrated not being able to make Skype calls on my Samsung laptop (new last November and using Windows 7). Whenever I try to do a video call to someone it disconnects my laptop WiFi. I have to use my phone through the same wifi that works well. I don't understand what is happening on the laptop to get there. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Skype about 3 times. Has anyone else had this problem or could suggest a solution please?

Hi SueDavison,

I understand that when you make a video call via Skype, the internet disconnects.

I suggest you refer to the suggestions of Tamim from the following link.
