Call without asking confirmation

Hello! I used the framework of the call to share a status on facebook and twitter. But I want to know if it is posible to SHARE a status without the invocation box (the one that prompts the user to change status) using the framework of the call to take advantage of users already enrolled in their respective applications (facebook and twitter).

Best regards!

No, this is not supported.  The user must accept the changes of status.

  • Scan the drive running without asking confirmation

I need help from someone who knows more than me on Vista and my PC.  I have an eMachines under Vista Home Premium; 32-bit operating system.  All of a sudden my computer run a Scan disk (CHKDSK) every time it reboots and even started to do it without reason in broad daylight.  It takes almost 3 hours for her to run and I can't understand how interrupt or prevent it from happening.  It is probably pretty basic, but not for a novice.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

    Hi Jwdeloach,
Welcome to the Microsoft Answers forum
First, click on start > run > bring up a command prompt by typing "Cmd" and type "fsutil dirty query d:". He asks the reader, and more likely, it will just tell you that it is dirty. Then, type "CHKNTFS /X D:". The X tells Windows to NOT check this particular drive during the next reboot. At that time, manually restart your computer, it should not do a Chkdsk and take you directly to Windows.

Once Windows has finished loading, set up an another CMD prompt and now you want to do a Chkdsk manually by typing "Chkdsk /f /r d:". This should take you through 5 stages of analysis and will unset that dirty little. Finally, type "fsutil dirty query d:" and Windows will confirm that the dirty bit is not set on this drive. Good luck!

    Thank you

  • Unable to convince Firefox close several tabs without asking confirmation

Using Linux Mint 13 Maya with Firefox 35.0.1. If I try to close firefox after having several tabs open, I get the message "do you want Firefox to save your tabs for the next time it starts? Check "do not ask next time" has no effect. Next time, he will do the same boring. Went to preferences, tabs and found the box checked to "warn me when closing multiple tabs". Not checked the box, it remains unchecked, but I always get the same annoying message whenever I try to close several tabs. I really don't understand why this might be a desirable feature. I hate a computer program trying to do my thinking for me! Yes hell I want to close all tabs, I clicked on the 'X', I don't? I despise also semi-automatic and almost all the other annoying features trying to do my thinking for me - especially those that I can't turn it OFF. I want my PC to do exactly what I said, LOL!

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance

I just got a laptop with windows 7 on it and I want to connect to my other PC for it, they are on the same network through a router. the PC can see and access the laptop without asking for a user name and password but the laptop cannot access the PC because it asks me a username and password that I don't know.

If someone could answer this question, it would be great.

    Hello
    Maybe this can help.

Win7 when configured on the peer-to-peer network has three types of configurations of sharing.

Group residential network = only works between Win 7 computers. This type of configuration, it is very easy to entry level users to start sharing network.

Working network = fundamentally similar to previous methods of sharing that allow you to control what, how and to whom the records would be shared with.

    Public share
= network Public (as Internet Café) in order to reduce security risks.

For the best newspaper of the results of each computer screen system and together all computers on a network of the same name, while each computer has its own unique name.

    http://www.ezlan.NET/Win7/net_name.jpg

Make sure that the software firewall on each computer allows free local traffic. If you use 3rd party Firewall on, Vista/XP Firewall Native should be disabled, and the active firewall has adjusted to your network numbers IP on what is sometimes called the Zone of confidence (see part 3 firewall instructions

    General example, http://www.ezlan.net/faq.html#trusted
Please note that some 3rd party software firewall continue to block the same aspects it traffic Local, they are turned Off (disabled). If possible, configure the firewall correctly or completely uninstall to allow a clean flow of local network traffic. If the 3rd party software is uninstalled, or disables, make sure Windows native firewall is active .

    ------------------------------

If your network consists only of Win 7 and you want a simple network, use it.

In the center of the network, by clicking on the type of network opens the window to the right.

Choose your network type. Note the check box at the bottom and check/uncheck depending on your needs.

When you have finished the configuration of the system, it is recommended to restart everything the router and all computers involved.

    -------------

If you have authorization and security problems, check the following settings.

Point to a folder that wants to share do right click and choose Properties.

    In the properties

Click on the Security tab shown in the bellows of the photo on the right) and verify that users and their permissions (see photo below Centre and left) are configured correctly. Then do the same for the authorization tab.

This screen shot is to Win 7, Vista menus are similar.

    http://www.ezlan.NET/Win7/permission-security.jpg

The Security Panel and the authorization Panel, you need to highlight each user/group and consider that the authorization controls are verified correctly.

When everything is OK, restart the network (router and computer).

    * Note . The groups and users listed in the screen-shoot are just an example. Your list will focus on how your system is configured.

    * Note . There must be specific users. All means all users who already have an account now as users. This does not mean everyone who feel they would like to connect.

*** Note. Some of the processes described above are made sake not for Windows, but to compensate for different routers and how their firmware works and stores information about computers that are networked.

  • How to use variable bin in the package without asking a user?

    Hello

I would write a SQL but I want to use bind variable as static package, without asking the user? As below?

I would ask you, below it is a variable emp_id? Is this variable BINDING?

    DECLARE
    bonus NUMBER (8.2);
    emp_id NUMBER (6): = 100;
    BEGIN
SELECT salary * 0.10 IN employees OF bonus
    WHERE employee_id = emp_id;
    END;
    /

If this isn't the case, as this SQL, how can define a CONNECTION variable as static inside a code? don't ask a user?
    version of DB. 9.2.0.8

    best regards and thank you

    OracleADay wrote:

Yes, as you did in this code example.

All SQL statements must be analyzed as sliders to be filled. PL/SQL source code can contain code PL/SQL (programming language) and the source SQL.

So, indeed you are coding 2 languages of different source code in the same source program. The PL/SQL compiler is a pretty smart to understand what is PL/SQL code and what is the SQL code. To obtain the SQL source code, he creates transparently calls to the SQL engine - this call to the SQL engine will contain instructions on how to analyze the SQL and bind constants or variables in PL/SQL to SQL.

The SQL engine saves the sliders in the Shared Pool (the memory of the SGA structure) of Oracle. And you can easily watch the content of the present to see what SQLs cursors here - and what bind variables, if any, they use.

I posted an example - creating a procedure containing a SQL, execution of the PL/SQL code and then watching the cursor that has been created in the shared Pool. See {message identifier: = 2243507}. And it's a little easier to do that (more detailed) SQL tracing approach Pierre indicated above.

If this isn't the case, as this SQL, how can define a CONNECTION variable as static inside a code? don't ask a user?

A PL/SQL variable or a constant that you use in a SQL statement in the PL/SQL code, will be treated as a variable binding when parsing SQL and create the cursor so that it (or re - using an existing cursor).

  • How can I get my backup iOS9 stick? 'Restore backup' updates automatically to iOS10 once again without asking me first.

Title says it all. I HATE iOS10 and I have a backup of iOS9 into iTunes from just before the update, but whenever I try to "restore from backup" it automatically updates new back 10 without asking me.

Help, please. 10 is a total disaster on my iPhone 5s; endless crashing and overheating. I just want my phone works again... and dump iOS10 like a bad date.

Latest version of iTunes is running. 10.9.5 OS on a Macbook Pro.

Sorry, but you cannot go back to 9. It is not an option. I have two iPhone fives on iOS 10.0.2 with no problems. Your must not be crashing or overheating. I suspect a corrupted app that comes back with the restore of the backup. Can try a restore as new to test.

Hello, it is possible to share the page via link document without asking user name when someone opens the link? I only want to share the document for reading does not work. So I don't think that it is necessary to request user name.

    Hi erino72,

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple!

I understand you want to share a Pages document with someone, without him asking for request a user name.  Given that you're just trying to share a document for reading instead of calibration, then I recommend that you just send a copy by following the steps in the link below:

  • A Web site can store data for offline use without asking?

In options, advanced, network, web content offline and the user data, I 'tell me when a website asks to store data for use in offline mode"checked

And then in the box below that lists Web sites that are allowed to store data for offline use there is an entry "https://forecast.io".

This site never asked me to store data offline, and I never did anything to him. The website showed there before, I removed it and now it's back.

So, since I have the box checked to tell me when a site asks you, means that there is not just ask?

Yes, a Web site can store data for offline use without asking and can do even if you have checked the option 'tell me when a website asks to store data for use in offline mode', because this option does not work correctly. See the bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=959985

As far as I know, it does not mean that the site simply "did not", it's just that the option does not work (or maybe only works in the case where the data are larger than the pref in offline mode - apps.quota.warn?)

The workaround given by cor - el above, must currently off - apps.allow_by_default set to false.
