Can auto start an application after restarting the system?

Hello world

I can't find a way to the automatic launching application after restarting the system about BB10. But he supports on OS5, 6 and 7.

Anyone has any ideas on this subject on BB10?

Noah

To come support "app without a head" (https://developer.blackberry.com/native/download/roadmap/) , at some point, will provide a feature like that apparently.

When we see, and if it will be in the first version of this capacity, must be announced by BlackBerry.

I suspect that the problem is that the malware is still present - a repair installation will not get rid of it.

    @Prad_121

Please follow the directions for the RDO and run the analysis offline so you can - at least, so we can be reasonably sure that the machine is free of malware.

Good, your ASM is running. The next step is to make visible disks to ASM. ASM uses a string parameter of discovery to find the drive, and as you can imagine, they should be there. In addition they should be owned by oracle user and group dba so that ASM can mount them.

  • Hard drive partitioned using its missing data after restarting the system, sharing and management of the computer

    Hello

I have a Toshiba Satellite with Vista and since my laptop came with only a single 250 GB, i.e. C:\ partition I tried to partition more than I did the following, I had about 90 GB of data to start with which I transferred to a portable hard drive then:

Panel--> Admin Tools--> computer management--> management disk storage--> right click C:\ Drive and reduce volume--> it showed only 50 GB of space heat shrink and I created a new volume with this space (F:\ 50 GB)--> transferred all the files to the new 50 GB portable HD space F:\ and remaining 40 GB on the drive C:\

When I started my computer after a few hours, the new partition F:\ was missing! In addition, there was only the C:\ drive of origin with 40 GB data that I had transferred + 45 GB of data I think it was there previously because the installed files.

C:\ was so now 40 + 45 = 85 GB without a trace of the 50 GB of data on the new partition I created!

I had recovered my system to a day before before I did it, it could be the reason? Now, when I try to go to System Recovery it does me not an option for a restoration of watch system.

To be sure, I now have a backup of the 40 GB of data from the C: drive, but I lost the data of 50 GB of the new partition, and since I have not written new data on the drive is possible that it's still there?

When I try to search for some files I know research shows me the name of the file, but the file does not open, and the location of the file shows that it is not accessible.

Kindly advise me on what can be done given that 50 GB of data is really important.

    Thank you

Go to disk management and open it in full screen and then press the PrtScr button.  Go to start / all programs / Accessories / Paint and open the program.  Go to Edition and click on paste.  Then go to file and click on save as and select a .jpg file type and call the disk management and save it to your desktop.

Then go to http://skydrive.live.com/ (you will have to perhaps sign up and maybe download some programs, but this will give you a free online place where you can store files for others.  Once the page to the top, click on add files and navigate to the file you just save it on your desktop and add it to one of the folders (I suggest the Public folder).  Once it clicked, and information about it will appear at the bottom right, including where exactly the file.  Copy this URL and include it in your next post.  I would like to see what looks like disk management without asking a thousand questions to describe everythhing for me.

If you did a restore of the system already on the previous day, there is probably no new restore points created since then, so there is no option to do a system restore.  In addition, a system restore would not solve this problem - this is way beyond its capabiliities.

Download the free EASUS Partition Manager: http://www.partition-tool.com/ and run it to scan your drive and see if it finds anything Disk Manager can not - it "s possible he can pick up our lost F:\ partition or unidentified space which could be this partition but not correctly identified.  In a same, t I would like to see if it detects anything useful (and it can also be useful the fixing of the problem if we can find it).  Moreover, the total space of the C:\ drive is now is what it was before you have shrunk or it it showing the size reduction that you can expect if the new volume had actually been created?  Let me know what you find if anything.

Right-click on your CD-ROM drive, and then click on change drive letter and paths.  Click on edit and then right click on the drop box for the available letters.  F shows as available or is missing in the list?  Leave it (don't change anything in reality - I just wanted to see if F has shown as available since if it was assigned (such as C: is assigned) should not be shown at the top on the list.)  I would like to know if he was there.

I hope this helps or at least gives us some clues on how to solve the problem (whatever it is).   Keep me informed.

    Good luck!

  • I can't start my computer after installing updates to manualling

This happened almost a year and once from time to time I revisit the issue to see if I can find a solution.

I tried to download the new version of Windows Live Messenger. Installation did not work because I needed a certain update. This hard drive (I have several) was not install updates for a while. Up to this point, I just thought it was a nuisance, but not a major problem. Because my computer would not install the updates on its own, and I needed a special update for the new Windows Live Messenger, I went online to find the update to install. I got the update ID (I don't remember what it was) so I quickly found and installed. Everything seemed fine until I restarted my computer - or attempted to guess - after installation. My computer won't start. I get a screen asking if I want to start Windows normally or start windows repair.

Here are some of the things I've tried so far:

Start Windows normally: a screen comes up saying something about checking the disks and it is recommended that you do not stop the disk check. I do not have anything and immediately it says that the disk check has been arrested. He stays on this screen infinitely - believe me I left on this screen for hours.

Repair Windows: I used windows repair in the past for other problems and it worked wonderfully. This time I click to run windows repair and I go to a blue screen with the background of the blue sinuous line of vista but there is to this and nothing comes up.

Safe mode (and any version of safe mode): when starting, I pressed F8 to start the extended options. All safe mode options lead to the same thing. I get a list of drivers and it says please wait... It always gets stuck on \windows\system32\drivers\crcdisk.sys and it is going nowhere.

I tried almost all the options in the F8 menu and they all be given the normal startup problem or safe mode

I then tried to do a repair of my disk of vista system. This time - unlike the previous attempt to repair windows - I got the menu normal repair. Unfortunately, the repair "attempted to correct the disk error" during more than 15 hours. I then shut down my computer, once again beaten by my computer.

I always use this computer with other drives with no problems. Thus, it is certainly a problem on the hard drive and must be associated with the update I installed manually before this problem.

    Help, please!

    Hi, EMP,.

Since you are unable to boot into safe mode and unable to repair the system, you can try to boot from the Windows Vista disc and try to perform a system restore.

Method 1: Try to perform a system retsore.

For more information, you can consult the following articles:

An update is not installed successfully when you try to install the update in Windows Vista and Windows 7

What are the system recovery options in Windows Vista?

    Method 2:

If you still experience the problem, then try to perform a checkdisk to repair bad sectors on the hard drive.

You can boot from Vista disk full or to run Checkdsk select command prompt from the System Recovery Options menu.

    a. Insert the installation disc.

    b. restart your computer.

    c. click on the Start button, click the arrow next to the button lock and then click on restart. If you are prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc.

Note: If your computer is not configured to start from a CD or a DVD, see the documentation provided with your computer. You may need to change your computer's BIOS settings.

    d. choose your language settings, and then click Next.

    e. in the System Recovery Options menu, click command prompt

    f. at a command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER

    Chkdsk /f /r X: (drive letter)

Note: When you run the checkdisk, there are risks of data loss you can take a backup before starting the checkdisk.

    g. press y when you are prompted to check the drive the next time the system restarts.

    h. close all applications and restart the computer.

Note: When you run the disk check, there is a chance of losing the data you can take a backup before starting the checkdisk.

     Hope this information is useful.

  • I was somehow infected and after restarting the laptop, it goes to a white screen.

    Original title: Virus

I have an old HP Pavilion 2008. I was somehow infected and after restarting the laptop, it goes to a white screen. Not even the HP logo lights up. I can't access installation even though I know which key press.

I created a bootable windows DVD 7 and a USB port. I can not even boot from one of them. With the DVD, it sounds like it wants to read, but there is something else wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the HP logo comes and you can't access BIOS, the problem is more likely to be at a lower level. A failed HARD drive should not prevent you from access to the configuration.

Several things can cause the logo appears at the top (I write from a HP Pavillion 2008). I've dealt with many laptops such as yours and have seen many causes. Faulty RAM memory is a. A problem with the video chip is another. In fact several kinds of tokens (two bridges, video..). A virus is more unlikely but not impossible (if he messed with your BIOS, it is possible).

If you don't see movement in your DVD or HARD drive, something I'm leaning more towards the video chip. Especially if it's Nvidia or Radeon - it would be a miracle if you use an HP laptop of 9 years with a powerful video (so that there is time) without having had any problems with it until now (mine is Intel). They overheat easily.

What I would do in your case:

    1. remove the battery and unplug the unit. Give it 10 minutes and see what happens. Small chance, it would be useful, but it's easier to test.

    2. If you are reluctant to remove anything yourself proceed to 4. Otherwise, open the case and look for a reset (might want to read in the manual how to do it), remove the internal battery.

3 try to remove the first (try to run) then the other of your plates to RAM (assuming you have two). During the race, all the tests remove the drive HARD and DVD just to eliminate the possibility of interference. If you manage to get started and get the logo and enter BIOS start adding parts back one by one and you will find the faulty one.

    4. If it at a gas station. Now you can do anything, if you can not enter BIOS so it must be a hardware change.

  • Color calibration settings reset after restarting the computer

    Hello!
I had a really hard time with my monitor calibration.
I will try to describe my problem as simple as possible. I hope that someone will find a solution to this because I just couldn't.

    SYSTEM:
ASUS N750JV, Intel Core i7, NVIDIA GeForce GT 750 M + Intel HD Graphics 4600 and, of course, Windows 8.

    PROBLEM:
"Calibrate display" settings change/reset back from each time after restarting the laptop, shut down or put to sleep.

    DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
I just can't calibrate my screen. Everything I do just does not work.
Calibrating monitor in Windows 8 works very well only during the time when I actually do
But if I restart, stop, or put my laptop to sleep just goes back to normal.

For example, as a first step, the screen of Loggin on Windows 8 when I start seems calibrated.
but when I connect I wait 2 seconds or two and all my settings are changed in return.
I have to recalibrate the screen again and again once and again and again...

Swear to God that I tried all possible solutions to solve my problem and none of them worked.
I have read a lot of forums, and I can't find the solution that actually works.
I did the solution 'Safe mode' , the 'clean boot' solution, in 'color management', I changed the settings (in a way that people who said it should work).
I've updated all my drivers (my system than the GeForce GT 750 M is up to date). I installed all available updates for Windows 8 (when I check updates, the system tells me there aren't everything and my system is also up-to-date).

I guess there could be a problem with my graphics card. I know that everyone has had problems these last time with the new update for GeForce, but like I said before, if I have confidence in my laptop then my graphics card is up-to-date.

It really bothers me. It's annoying and I'm frustrated by that. The worst is that I can't find a solution to this, so I'm really asking for help.
    Thank you!

Original title: calibration unsolved display problem - Windows 8

Adeline B, thank you very much for your answer.
I'm sorry that I have not responded in such a long delay.

Well, my problem has been resolved. I downloaded my GeForce graphics driver was last updated.
    Now everything works fine.

    • I know that this problem can be irritating. If anyone has the same issue so I recommend you (like everyone else) download of the updated driver for your graphics card.
    • If this does not work, try to calibrate your system using programs/software installed on your computer by your manufacturer. In my case it was splendid ASUS utility. I also used Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel.
    • Another thing is you may think that your system does not calibrate when it actually... made. So what you can do, it's just waiting for the start until your system is finally charge up. In my case, Windows 8 something takes about 10 to 12 seconds, until what it changes all the settings of ' my settings'.»» Then first Windows 8 loads up to original settings (and this is why you find that your screen is not calibrated) but then it loads the calibration settings you make before you restart and all is well.

I know this sounds so easy is probably not solve anything, but when I had this problem with the calibration I was so irritated by it I wasn't noticing the changes! I'd just instantly to the desktop or control panel configuration, or web and try to solve the problem, without waiting for my system completely load all settings. But... If the wait does not then consult my previous statements.

  • Problems after restarting the vAPP vCOPS

Hey there - I am under vCOPS 5.

I noticed that some VM indicated "no data" in their respective details panels... I read somewhere the restart of the service was the way to solve this problem...

At the time I was not aware of the mode of command line to restart the service (from the resumption of vcops-admin Ui box), so I right click the VAPP vCOPS itself clicked shutdown, expected some time after that he had done and he turned his back.

Tried to login using the domain name COMPLETE on the web of the said server browser is not available - redirect where possible... shortly there after it struck me to a 404 screen.

I checked in the vSphere Client IP are different and static, I then connected the box to user interface and run a summary, he showed the VM analytics from the same Ip address... so I ran the repair tool (repair vcops-admin - XXXXXXXXXXXXX ipaddress) with the address of the VM analytics... They say "fixed" after restarting the service once again, but after another analytical perspective - showed the same thing.

I read that in v1 vCOPS, it was a graphic incompatibility known - and ignore it.  So-what could be the problem?  Let me know (I've already checked there is disk space)

Thanks in advance for any help!

    Leffingwell,

Can you check how much space is left on the partition/data of each virtual machine?  the 404 error means a webservice started, but one of the DB background servers probably didn't.

If either/data is near or at 100% full, then you need to turn off the TIME... Add a new drive... power back on.

When you add a drive, take all the default settings... and preferably choose style Eager zero thick (runs faster than the other two).

    Best regards

  • Can I download an application on both the app store and google play? and if yes how can I do?

Hello, I have two questions: can I download an application on both the app store and google play? and if yes how can I do?

I have yet to start working on the apps, but currently, I bought a book called "Android programming: the Big Nerd Ranch Guide" to help me create an app and the IDE used on this book is the Android SDK.  And I was wondering if I could download an app on the google game store and the app store using the Android SDK and not Xcode.

Xcode is 'official' Apple development environment as Android Studio is the Android development environment.  Applications for Apple devices are usually written in Swift or Objective-C, while those for Android are written in Java.  Both also use different APIs and execution environments, and even if they do pretty much the same things, they are quite different in the way they carry out their.

It is possible to use a common language and an IDE to build native applications (RubyMotion and Novell are some examples), but separate applications must be built to different platforms in order to use the appropriate GUI environments.  You can also wrap web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (App Inventor and PhoneGap are some examples), but these do not normally use the native API and tend to be lower than native applications.

  • I can't start windows, it says system32\config\system is damaged or missing I tried consol recovery and boot to the top of the cd

I can't start windows, it says system32\config\system is damaged or missing I tried the recovery console and

boot from the cd that it won't start any ideas?

I cannot directions all of the Support Engineer.  It's just a Bing search engine and a link to an article.

You need to work with someone who has actually really seen and corrected this questions a few thousand times in the real world.

You must first start by entering in the XP Recovery Console and running a chkdsk/r from there.

If you do not have a genuine XP bootable installation CD from which you cn safe in the XP Recovery Console or you are not sure that you have a bootable CD, make a bootable CD of XP (no XP media required) Recovery Console and run chkdsk /r there.

    Here's how:

The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination? (This includes the plug pulling, buttons power and removing the battery).

These can cause corruption in the file system that must be fixed before you do anything else.

If none of these events occurred (or even if they have not taken place), you must verify the integrity of your file system before anything else (especially "try" things).

There is zero logic to begin to try to begin to try to modify or copy files to a hard drive that has a corrupted file system, so this must first be fixed using the XP chkdsk program and run chkdsk on your hard drives may solve your problem completely.

Use the XP Recovery Console to check the file system on your HARD drive and fix the problems and then try to start your system - this may be all you need to do.  Or, you are welcome to just start trying things that might work.

Boot into the Recovery Console Windows using an XP bootable installation CD.

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget.

This is not the same as recovery disks that might have come with the acquisition of the system store.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

When you install ImgBurn, DO NOT install the Ask toolbar.

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/proddocs/en-us/recovery_console_cmds.mspx?mfr=true

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

Remove the CD, and then type "exit" to exit the RC and restart the computer.

You have not to set the BIOS to boot the disk HARD since the CD won't be.
