  You can set a static IP address on the Xbox 360 by going to network settings and then manually enter an IP address.

Adjust the exposure for the sky a little left or right of the Sun, not the sun itself for best results. I'm not used to the Powershot cameras, f/5 might work, but on a DSLR, you would probably like an opening narrower, like f/8 or f/11 or even higher.

By itself without camera raw, Photoshop Elements cannot change raw images. The image must be converted before its opening in Photoshop Elements.
