  and activate it with your serial number.

  If you have a problem with dl, you don't follow all 7 steps.  as a general rule, do not carefully follow the steps 1, 2 or 3 is the problem.

  Go to "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Lightroom" on the original and open the file 'Lightroom 5.0 Registration.lrreg' relevant if it is v5, other versions have the version number on the file lrreg. The number is saved in the file.
