• Can I suspend my subscription to creative cloud?

  We are very pleased with our subscription CC for Photoshop, but our designer left the company at the end of October when we paid for the software since then, no one to use it.  As we are likely to fill this vacancy for even a few months, I went to cancel the subscription to save us the monthly fee, but he said there would be a ~ £50 cancellation charge, probably because there is a term of contract.

  Therefore, I was wondering if there is any way I can suspend this subscription until we need the software again, so that we do not pay for it, while we don't use it.

  Not really. You can get Photoshop Elements or opt for the full version of Photoshop CC with the subscription model. For the latter, I recommend the purchase of the prepaid card a year with a redemption code from an authorized retailer and opting out entering a credit card for automatic renewal.

  If you are signed in with your Adobe ID and click on the still need help? option in the blue box at the bottom, you should be able to choose the chat. You may need to answer a few questions, but ultmately you choose just the still need help in the blue bar.  Make sure you are signed in with your Adobe ID, have cookies enabled and have deleted your cookie cache.  If you have any questions, try another browser.

  Adobe does not monitor your status as a student through the year and close the stopcock that day you graduate.

  All that matters is that you qualify for student status when registering. Once you are accepted, your 12 month plan is frozen for 12 months until the next renewal date.
