Adobe has cancelled my subscription without asking anything for me and I can´t find, anywhere in the site, how to re-enable it. Are they or am I crazy?

Cannot cancel the subscription without paying enormous fees
I work for a charity. I thought I was ordering a "first month free" access to the photos of our Christmas appeal.
I used it once, just once, back in November 2015 and didn't know that my charitable organization was paying every month since then.When I called to cancel the subscription, they hit me with a tax heavy addition $120!
So, because of the very misleading advertising, my charitable organization paid $120 for 4 months of subscriptions not used (for a single photo!)and must now pay $ 120.
Adobe should be ashamed of himself. This practice of 'contract' is misleading.

Hey,.
I bought CS6 the Master Collection about 2.5 years. Today, he has randomly stopped working. I contacted support and they said that my license has expired, and that if I could provide the original receipt they wouldn't show me my license agreement. So I have no software, and they prove that it was legal to cancel it.
I bought the full version, they claim that it is a student - version which is simply inaccurate. I should know. This happened to someone else? I'm potentially unemployed as well, and for me, it is simply theft.
I intend this escalation to the ends of the Earth. If there are enough of us, maybe a class action lawsuit is in order.

I got the signature of Adobe Creative annual clouds. The year passed and the renewal has been automatically cancelled, and I didn't do it. Now I cannot update my information of credit card for all new annual subscription. The web site is not giving me the option of renewal, nor can I update my credit card information. I went to get in my "sent" box to check on an e-mail, but found that they had almost all been deleted. I have imap and pop3 accounts, but this has happened in both. Also happening in the Inbox. I am aware that I asked never to delete e-mails.
Thank you so much - I have now created a "local folder" (it did not exist previously) and I put in this folder all emails I need to keep. Thank you very much for your advice absolutely great. B June

So I have a problem is I want to terminate my subscription pour adobe creative but I can't! The concern is that the 2014-2015 subscription ended a few months ago and since this is the version d 'assessment that I have now apparently d' according to the information I have on my account.
