  It's not a way to import your site online in Muse (other than changes you make via BC BIE).

  If the pages do not seem to be inheriting the master page content, please check in outline view that you have the master page associated with the content through their context menu-> master pages.

  To export in the folder structure, as mentioned above of Muse directly is not possible currently but you can export and manually locate the files and the content and then link them accordingly.

  I have had the problem as a CC user and have created a site in the Muse, within the Business Catalyst. I'm now at the point of trying to launch this site without the 'businesscatalyst' of the web address and I get "an error cccured your last request for treatment. "Please go back and try again.

  That does not work. I've read elsewhere that I should delete the opm.db folder mentioned in other threads of support, but it is not in my OOBE folder.

  I am able to update the site, which includes the url businesscatalyst, but can not reach the Admin Console when I click on 'manage '. I get just the same error message.

  I'm online OK - I can update the site of British Colombia, no problem. I use a Mac OS X 10.9.

  Your site is a CCM that is located on a WebBasics plan (this plan does not e-mail hosted on Business Catalyst).

  If you want to create the email addresses on this site, you will need to configure your mail elsewhere server and configure the MX records on your site to point to the external mail server.

  If you want to use the hosted Business catalyst e-mail services, you should use a WebBasics + or superior siteplan. To upgrade your free CCM site, access administration area of your site-> Site Management-> upgrade now-> choose the desired site plan and billing frequency-> Add personal and credit card details-> Submit.
