Cancel my membership and continue to charge.
She was made a load of my adobe creative cloud for students this month and last month, and when I saw it was canceled in May. How to be reimbursed? or how can I recover my membership? I would continue to pay and pick up my membership.

Your flow of user of customer service is terrible, that it puts users in a loop, with the only other being post here in your publicly visible forums. If your company wants to instill a positive public image that is difficult to overcome with these expensive applications, do not impossible for clients to communicate directly with the human-assistance teams. If you want me to carry out a rebranding campaign and design than a "customer service" experience that actually serves this purpose, I encourage you to join me.
In addition, I was charged the month last through my xxxxxx @umd.edu that I was ignorant was still active and no access to (this was my e-mail address at the University that I recently lost access to after graduating). I could not find the source of the charge to my credit card bill and would welcome a refund (you will see that there is no activity on or usage of the account). If you have a subscription to Acrobat.com from month to month, you can cancel it yourself by following the instructions in the section "unsubscribe from month to month.
If you wish to cancel a subscription, it is necessary to contact customer service.

Something is broken with Adobe CC 2015. I don't know if I am the onlyone feel erode by sold the wrong package here, but in my opinion, it is supposed to be a system that respects the customer for an organization of this great relationship. I was sold less than I've been paid for when I bought the package of Adobe CC in January 2015. Throughout the year after initial installation of three months, the product would not work as she was supposed to. I questioned the performance of the application and was prompted to uninstall and reinstal of the product, I did, but who never solved my problems has continued to pay for my subscription until the end of the year with this situation without response. This year, I changed my address and got the same Adobe CC photography package. Instead of my CC program I have given wass Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 4 instead! I am now considering migration to optional avenues of trade. It's a shame because I had invested in additional lessons to be more profficient in the use of the application of oth on Linda .com.. .is - that someone out there has the same problems?
What operating system do you use? If you still run 32-bit XP or Vista then you will not be able to run existing software.

For me, it was just a mistake of my Bank... Well Yes, it can Alosso happen.
Here's the point: my credit card is unsueable so Adobe can't receive money, and I need more two weeks to receive another card.
