Jafar,

the event of waiting 'wait for a record Cancel' means possibly parallel rollback performed by SMON and slaves in parallel. For example see MetaLink Note 464246.1 (DUE TO PARALLEL TRANSACTION RECOVERY HANG DATABASE)

What intrigues me is that a CREATE TABLE does not cancel, and what assistance the NOLOGGING option (if not replaced by some FORCE LOGGING tablespace or database level) minimizes the REDO generation.

If a CREATE TABLE does not CANCEL since it does not apply changes to existing blocks but simply allocate new blocks which cannot be read by any other session as long as the process is not complete and if who gets killed shouldn't cause any excessive load caused by the restoration activities, but your system activity suggests otherwise. There seems to be a large transaction rollback occurring which could also explain the strong generation of REDO (back generates REDO).

It would be more logical if the killed was a such a great INSERT without mode APPEND or a vast operation to UPDATE or REMOVE.

Kind regards
Randolf

  • cancellation pending in OSB

With the help of OSB 10.2.0.3.0.

Recently when it cancels jobs that they entangle in cancellation in the meantime. So far, the only thing that fixed is it is a reboot of the system. Obviously this interrupts the work underway. Y at - it another way for this clear or is there something in particular that causes the Cancel to not finish normally? Thank you

This occurs if the backup of the client is in a suspended state, so OSB waiting for the client to respond, but he fails to do.

This is on Linux? I also suggest that upgrade you to OSB 10.3.0.3.0.

To kill the pending work, simply kill the obtar process associated with it, then use "ps - ef | grep-i ob"and this output, you'll see an obtar which includes the number of associated work, for example:

    root 22908 22389 0 00:18:34? 0:00 obtar - Xjob: 570.1 - Xobs: 10.3 - Xstat - Xbga: 570.1 y /usr/tmp/570.1.obstat g/usr

Yes, then you can just kill-9 dealing, in this case 22908.

  • BSOD: hiber - iastor.sys driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations

Does anyone have a solution?  Other errors: Error Page in the area non paged and kernel data inpage error.  Only, I get these errors after the computer has been on 'sleep '.  I looked in the various committees and the only answer I found is to uninstall the

No, but I could uninstall again.  Files in Disk Cleanup: dump files mini system error, memory dumpfiles, user window, windows system error report error report.  I don't know if they have what you are looking for.  I'll try uninstall again.

  • Cancel the current request through agent webservice task

    Hi all

I need to cancel the request being another service using the agent task web service.

I used the cancelRequest of RequisitionService.wsdlmethod. It has been working well and the cancellation of pending applications. But if the task in the service plan has 'not to cancel once the task begins' it fails to cancel such a request, get the error 'request id xxxx has PONR status. You can't undo this'.

I need to cancel pending applications which is to have the current task "do cancel not once the task begins' on the fly to another service using the agent task.

Please suggest any approach to achieve this.

    Thank you

    Hi Uday,

What you see is a correct product behavior and expected. It is not possible to cancel these tasks using the API.

You can cancel any requests to in "Situation PONR" using the services Manager user interface.

  • Cannot print the printer is off line with 14 documents pending.

    Original title: Printing print HPrinter
My printer is off line with 14 documents pending.  How can I get it online and cancel pending documents.

    Hi Helen,

I understand that your printer is off line and there are 14 documents waiting in the queue.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps that you can try to solve this problem.

Method 1: Run the printer Troubleshooter and check.

    a. open the printer Troubleshooter by sliding in the edge right of the screen, tap Search (or if you use a mouse, pointing to the top right of the screen, move the mouse down and then clicking Search), entering the Troubleshooting in the search box, by typing or clicking on settings and then type or click on find and fix problems. Under hardware and sound, click use a printer.

    b. follow the steps in the resolution of the problems.

If the method above does not work, proceed to the next method.

Method 2: Disable the documents waiting in the queue, check the following suggestions.

    a. the key press Windows + R and type services.msc in the search field and press to enter.

    b. the Services listed, stop the print spooler service.
    (c) in Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder below and open the PRINTERS.
    C:\Windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS
    d. click on continue or Yes (if prompted by UAC) to approve the opening of the PRINTERS folder.
    e. remove all files in the PRINTERS folder, until it is empty, and then close Windows Explorer.
Note: DO NOT DELETE the PRINTERS folder itself. Don't delete its content.
    f. open Services, and then start the print spooler service.

Also see suggestions from the following link:

  • Updated what could cause bluescreen.

    Hello

Wednesday night I stop my computer, installation of three updates. The next day, while bringing my computer from sleep mode, I got a BSoD. I did a system restore, and it was fine.

Last night, I stopped once again, install the same updates. Earlier today, I got another BSoD, while bringing the computer from sleep mode. An another system restore has removed updates, even if corrupted Kaspersky Internet Security (now reinstalled).

When I turned off my computer tonight, he goes again to install the same updates.

    These updates are:

    KB2362765 - compatibility view list.

KB2158563 - adjusts clock when clocks move forward/backward

KB979538 - prevents the stops or bluescreens when you use the USB video device.

None of these caused a blue screen for someone else? They are essential and I should stop installing?

    Any help appreciated.

  • BSOD, c:\windows\system32\drivers\mrxdav.sys error?

I am a veterinary technician, not a computer tech, so I'm out of my depth on this and need help, because these computers are essential for the work I do.

I work with two laptops, Dell Latitude D600 (I know, I know - they're old.) New ones have been approved as soon as budget free of the order).  Specifications are the following:

1.60 Ghz processor; 27 GB hard drive; 599 Mhz, 256 MB of RAM, running Windows XP Pro w/Service Pk 3

We use one of the cell phones as our main unit and the other is our backup.  About 3 weeks, our main unit suddenly came with the BSOD on boot-up top, with the following error message:

    C:\windows\system32\drivers\mrxdav.sys

The driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations.

We had not added anything to the extent of the software or hardware is concerned and had not changed anything except for the addition of new text files through an application that we run.  A opted for our backup laptop and who ran very well for the last few weeks, but now we get the same BSOD and error on this unit as well.  I was able to get the machine backup at startup and function normally after about 100 restarts the other day, and he ran all day with no problems once that it loaded everything.

How do we get this straightened out? We do not have a computer scientist - just a couple of people who know a little more to turn on a computer/turn off.  I ran a clean-up/management application (I-Obit AdvancedCare) for cleaning the registry errors, etc., but that has not solved the problem.

The error message indicates an infection, but because you have scanned, it is more likely that the portable master knows hardware problems and/or the operating system is corrupt. If you are Imaging for the second laptop, that explains why you see the same questions about this. Best free now part of budget money.

Start with the RAM and then make the hard drive.

If good test material, back up your data if necessary and do a clean install of Windows.

  • Unrecognized files on the system recovery CD?

My computer started crashing quite frequently with "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" error about three weeks ago.  I tried defraging, clean disk upward and a fast and comprehensive analysis of the Norton computer and I tried to check the threads on some hardware, as the WLAN adapter (since recently stopped working) and it always crashes on me.  It seems to crash a lot when my internet goes suddenly to limited with little performance connectivity yellow sign on the subject, and when I go to disconnect and reconnect or simply use diagnose and fix computer freezes, then crashes.

I hope that doing a system recovery to its original software configuration will help to stop the noise, but when I insert the first disc, as the instructions say to do, rather than get to the screen instructions, it just shows what is on the CD. As he shows me a bunch of folders with files.  I tried to click on some files and I get a message saying that the file type is not recognized...

Please wait for Group Policy client windows 7

is never exceeded (even after a few hours). Machine never off.

Under newspapers there are always these 4 events when the machine stops in vain:

    1. 6005: the winlogon notification subscriber takes a long time to handle the notification event (Logoff).
    2. 4627: the event COM + a system expired attempt to fire the method of logging on the event {D5978650-5B9F-11D1-8DD2-00AA004ABD5E} class for the Publisher and the Subscriber.  The Subscriber has not responded within 180 seconds. The full name of the subscription is "ISensLogon2". The HRESULT is 80010002
    3. 6006: the winlogon notification subscriber took 180 second (s) to handle the notification event (Logoff).
    4. 6005: the winlogon notification subscriber takes a long time to handle the notification event (Logoff).

Sense has expired after 3 minutes while there is no event 6006 for GPClient and machine is stuck there for centuries (Please wait for the customer to group policy). I noticed in the system logs that before the machine hangs during the shutdown process there are these errors and warnings:

    • 5783: the session configuration for the Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller \\server for the domain X is not admissible.  The current CPP of Netlogon call on \\machine to \\server was canceled.
    • 1014: name resolution for the name of the server has expired after none of the configured DNS servers answered.
    • 131: NtpClient could not set a domain peer to use as a source of time due to the DNS resolution error on ". NtpClient will try again in 3473457 minutes and double the reattempt interval thereafter. The error was: the requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found. (0x80072AFC).

There is more than 1014 events for different servers and some 131. 5783 is always alone.

I did a group policy log, because I thought that I will be able to see where the machine stuck. Below you can see the part of the newspaper GPSVC when the machine stops in vain:

I excluded 1 GP machine and left on the VPN for a few hours, several times. He always stopped correctly.

However I tried with the VPN disconnection before turning off the machine, I even turned off WiFi but machine still hanging. If I tried to get GP results it takes ages before stopping the machine and he's stuck in the step "to get the user name. Gpupdate/force will never update policy (it stops at policy update...). I tired with the installation of different patches that has not solved the problem.

I think that there is that DNS issues while the machine is on VPN which led the GP cannot be applied. When the machine tries to close it is always somehow connected. There is no problem with the connection, no GP application script when the user disconnects, not roaming profiles.

Does anyone have the same problems? All machines are Dell with Juniper NC (VPN).

    Thank you

  • BSOD Windows 7 Professional when the system is restarted

    Hello team,

Can someone please review the BSOD Crash Dump at the link: http://1drv.ms/1w4OJSm and help me with what I need to do to solve this problem.  I have no problem with my machine except when I try to shut down or restart the system and then I constantly get this BSOD Crash Dump.  If you can help me with this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you and best regards,

E-mail address is removed from the privacy *.

    Hello team,

    1. because I don't have a spare machine I ran the utility auditor of Microsoft may not be able to turn it off.  I apologize.

    2. I have day a virtual digital badge and then I got a new BSOD pointing PCI.sys as long as possible problem.  Please mention the BSOD Crash Dump: http://1drv.ms/1ww5oZN

    3. Finally, I tried to end the Windows session before rebooting my machine and then I rebooted successfully without a BSOD.  After disconnecting...   CTRL + DELETE to log on...  Then a box will appear so that you can restart or shut down your machine.  I chose the reboot and the system has rebooted without a BSOD.

    4. I will continue with this procedure to restart my machine and if I'm not getting any BSOD I will consider this issue resolved.

Thank you very much for your support...

Regarding the new DMP file, it was related to e1c62x64.sys Gigabit adapter NDIS 6.x driver of Intel Corporation (yours is 3 years old).  I remove and install the most recent available.

The driver blocking the IRP is the video driver nVidia.

Make sure you have the latest video card drivers. If you are already on the latest graphics card drivers, uninstall and install a version or a few versions behind the last to make sure this isn't a last number one driver. If you have already experienced with the driver of the card later and earlier versions, please try the driver beta for your card.

    Kind regards
