Cannot cancel the creative cloud
I met my annual contract commitment, towards the end that sent me an email letting me know the annual contract was ending. The email said I had to stop the automatic renewal or the number of members would continue, which I stop automatic renewal. Once I have stop, I received an email stating that my CC would turn to a free account. When I tried to cancel my account, I was sent to the CS chat who told me that I never stopped automatic renewal and the reason why I have not been charged is due to problem with my credit card billing. In addition, my subscription (free or not) cannot be cancelled. He continued to inform that I would not be charged for the month (why?), but if I have to cancel I would be charged 50% for early termination. This is not true. I remember specifically the email giving the opportunity to terminate automatic renewal. What I don't like, it's that I can't on my account how I could creative cloud started 8/9/2012-2013. Also, I don't like that it is so difficult to cancel, find the mailing address or talk to someone. I saw my contract over and over and not where it states that I have a commitment to life with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Which told me the Live Chat CS are not true. I barely use Adobe CC, I got to school. I met my commitment, but I think it's entrapment, making it so difficult to cancel and using vague language, it will be a matter of class action in the future. Why must it be this way? It reflects horribly on this company. Before I live chatted with CS I was considering one option of Photoshop, but I want to just out of Adobe. Can someone help me?
Because you have joined an annual subscription payable in monthly installments, not a monthly subscription and Adobe wants to talk to you to see if they can get allows you to keep, or at least know why you want to cancel.

Buy stand-alone Lightroom and cancel the creative cloud
I am a CC subscriber, but don't use PS but as LR. Accordingly, I prefer to cancel my subscription to the CC and LR just buy on a stand-alone basis for money. Unfortunately, despite the existence that there seems to be every option to ask questions of Adobe 'support' on how to go about it, in fact it doesn't seem to be anyone there and I went through all the options I can think of. Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

Perpetually licensed software do not receive updates/upgrades. It is what it is. However, the Plan of photography ensures that your software is always up to date and able to work with newer camera files. Something to consider.

I used my Photoshop CS6, I own and have SER. No. for the past 4 years; I bought the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and used throughout the course of the last year; I cancelled the creative cloud starting from April 15, 2016 and Adobe has recognized it by e-mail. I wanted to go back and start using my own CS6. On April 16, 2016, when I tried to launch my Photoshop CS6 screen Adobe Creative Cloud appears and blocks me. the display continues with an hourglass forever! Has anyone experience this problem? I also uninstalled applications Adobe Creative cloud of my computer which uses Windows 8.1

I tried to cancel a creative cloud on behalf of teams that was accidentally put in place. The user, that it has been set for already owned one, which seems to be a duplicate.
I can not cancel on the website, there is no other choice.
I called first and told me that I had to be transferred to a "special issue".
I kept waiting for 45 minutes to a few hours, had to hang up because I'm in it, I have a ton of things to catch up in this building. Later, was waiting again for 38 minutes before I had to go down and fix another situation of emergency. Try again today and I have been waiting for 50 minutes. I don't think he'll never be someone available to answer this call. Is it possible to cancel this account through e-mail or other form?

So my University provides the creative cloud package a year free of charge, and so I bought which. I've also updated my payment options, which I wasn't expecting to do something meaningful, however, I have TWO scary freaking which weighed charges which equal almost $ 800 on my account and I am panicking because I don't have that kind of money, and I need ONE anyway! If it is wrong I can get creative cloud for free through my University, I'm fine with the payment, I really need to cancel any this time so I can get my finances in order first! Please help me!
