There is no way to cancel the membership through the web.

I ve gone through the support and account management page, the only option I get at the end is to post here. At what s * t way provides (not) support the customer, worse still, given the volume of complaints I've seen people with the same issues. I guess that these help inflated the number of messages in the Adobe forums...
Can someone of the staff please cancel my membership?
Because apparently filling the forums of junk messages as this is the only way that some clients have to do what is supposed to be 'easy': cancel their subscription. It seems that Adobe could afford a button to do this automatically with all the money they get from the subscription.

Due to an error, I forgot the name of the product that I downloaded and with which e-mail I am connected. So I have to pay € 11.89 each month and can´t use the product.
Due to the cost, I think I downloaded the plan of creative photography of cloud. Does anyone have an idea how to cancel the subscription? The only data I have is on my bank statements (creditor ID, mandatsreferenz, testimonies, etc.)

As you mentioned that you have forgotten the email address you used to buy the product. In this case, it will be best to contact Adobe customer service with all the details that you have. You can run the cat as phone support is not available on Saturday and Sunday.

IX-2; energy in safe mode for the spin off disk HARD does not work
After downloading the first 100 GB of data to safe mode energy enabled for the rotation of the disk (5 min, 15 min,...) no longer works on my unit IX-2. The HD - LED flashes regularly and form from time to time I can hear the HARD disk activity. Even if the LAN cable is unplugged and no connection is possible, there is no change. Before moving on to the actual FW Version and downloading data on the device after the update FW drive HARD off spin has worked well. Are there ideas except the reset of the device or Exchange the device?

Problem is solved. Resetting the device and re-create the rais has helped, the machine works fine now.
