Cancellation of my plan
Hello
I tried to get my canceled plan. I followed the instructions on the help page. I start this form because I couldn't find the Cancel button. I don't know if something is wrong with my internet connection or there is no such thing as a Cancel button
After being unable to find the Undo button, I deleted my card information. Then it appeared.
Everything is gone. I don't know what is happening. This is what it appears when you have removed all the Info? Where do you charge it? My plan is cancelled?

Cancellation of the plan one year Adobe Creative cloud
Hello, in August 2014 I did a one year for Adobe Creative Cloud for student membership. Each month, I had a billing evidence in my account, but I had, always every month, a double debit on my credit card note so I decided to cancel my subscription. Indeed in August 2015, I made the termination of my program by an email I received from Adobe. I went into my account and made a clik on "by only it piano clicca who" and I made a screenshot of the page in which it was written that my plan would be canceled in September 2015 29 (I still have the screenshot and I can send you if you need it).
Today morning, so that I saw an e-mail (in another email address, not the same as the account of cloud creative adobe) in which I received a notification that has been the third tent to payment plan that did not work.
So the question is: my plan for one year for creative cloud is always on the go or not? Because I was convinced that my plan were already cancelled (to the point that I have used none of the programs Adobe Creative cloud after half of the Septmber 2015).
Also, I still have a lot of 'double' payments to recover and I really want to know how to do it.

I have been in touch by e-mail (initially via this forum) with Jayashree on my plan that I no longer require and want to cancel. I learned my plan did not exist and that maybe I should have problem with my Bank! Then, I sent a statement partial of the Bank PROUVANT that Adobe are charge my Mastercard EACH month for $24.99. There is no answer to this, and I'm still waiting!
I want it stopped immediately! You people are crooks and make it virtually impossible for a real consumer to cancel something giving the run around, and declining any responsibility!
Perhaps the shame of social media and a quick work with a mediator could have an effect!
