I have to cancel my current plan of creative cloud

I need to cancel and refund the last plan purchased

(Membership of creative cloud for Acrobat Pro DC single-app (one year))

as I got this last 24 February 2016 face difficulties of its use.

Please activate may cancel and refund orders as soon as POSSIBLE.
