Cancellation of order is currently under construction.

I ordered my Moto X PE to 24 Sep and almost immediately got the status 'pending '. I have clarified the issue with the order specialist and she told me to wait 48 hours. Two days later they told me to wait another 48-72 hours for approval. I decided to cancel my order and buy another phone. At the time of the cancellation of the order status was still "hold it or cancelled. So I did the final cancellation to 26 Sept. But today (29 September) I received a surprising e-mail "we are assembling! Customer support just told me: 'Yes. you have cancelled your order three days ago, but the review team did not notice and we cannot do anything right now. " I'm a little frustrated.

What is the best way to do in my case?

The challenge with it could be the fact that a project can end up under the name of several capital or several projects of becomes an asset once completed.     Refer to the Microsoft article to download and install Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe), check to see if it helps.

    I was shot in the foot by Dell trying to buy a new computer? I ordered a computer last week, got my confirmation went to check through my confirmation email, to see that Dell had cancelled my order. I have been in contact with three different departments. My credit card authorized purchases, Dell says they cannot cancel the permissions, or to send me my product unless I have spend another command. Basically, I would just get my order or get my money, but I just couldn't do it anymore. Any recommendations?

On my account it says "in production" and when I call to check the status it says it must ship... 09/09/2015 and delivery time is 14/09/2015 but it is 9/1/2015...am only I missed something?
