Hello, in August 2014 I did a one year for Adobe Creative Cloud for student membership. Each month, I had a billing evidence in my account, but I had, always every month, a double debit on my credit card note so I decided to cancel my subscription. Indeed in August 2015, I made the termination of my program by an email I received from Adobe. I went into my account and made a clik on "by only it piano clicca who" and I made a screenshot of the page in which it was written that my plan would be canceled in September 2015 29 (I still have the screenshot and I can send you if you need it).
Today morning, so that I saw an e-mail (in another email address, not the same as the account of cloud creative adobe) in which I received a notification that has been the third tent to payment plan that did not work.
So the question is: my plan for one year for creative cloud is always on the go or not? Because I was convinced that my plan were already cancelled (to the point that I have used none of the programs Adobe Creative cloud after half of the Septmber 2015).
Also, I still have a lot of 'double' payments to recover and I really want to know how to do it.

After a few months of using the plan of photography I started to learn how to use other programs adobe, like Illustrator and Adobe After Effects, so I really want to have the whole package. If I have to cancel my plan of photography first? or is Adobe automatic? I don't want to pay for two plans!
When you upgarde the cancellation of the plan is not necessary.

Hello, I'm willing to give up my bundle of photography (Photoshop + Lightroom) project. I tried to do if however the plan itself does not appear here, be as creative cloud storage and on that there do not cancel option when you manage the plan. How to cancel the plan of CC photographers?

Package monthly means you could cancel the plan when you want?
If I choose the monthly plan if I could choose some months I want to have the software to work?
As: January, March, may (Total 3 months)
Instead of January to may, which is 5 months.
There are two choices
Pay for a month at a time
Or
Pay monthly with an annual commitment
The second option has a reduced price, much like a cell phone contract. But if you cancel before the anniversary, you pay 50% of the remaining monthly subscriptions.

I am currently paying every month for the Plan of Adobe Photoshop. Recently, I had to downgrade to Windows 10 back to Windows 7 because there was a problem with my wifi. When I went down to Win 7, I lost all my programs and files, including Photoshop. There is now no product showing in my adobe account, therefore, I am unable to give up my project.
Frustrating, I can't find a way to contact support either! If someone here would be kind enough to help me or perhaps point me in the right direction so I can contact the support everything it would be much appreciated. I have very few used the plan from the beginning so it's just money down the drain every month really.

Migrated from CPD in March, the plan was cancelled and now my images are gone.
I left more credits with Dollar and them Photo Club transferred to Adobe stock with the link I was sent. I signed up for promoting $9.99 even if I subscribe to the Creative Suite Adobe stock each month. He said now the plan has expired and when I try to update nothing happens. I also lost all my credits. I was about 13 when I was transferred and it showed that I had 29 credits on Adobe Stock, there are not included and he said: subscribe.
When I try to upload a picture, it takes me to the screen to subscribe.
Don't know what to do, I really need them for a project and I'm disappointed that I lost all these unused credits.

Terms of promo Stock DPC has been cancelled. When an action plan is cancelled, you will lose access to any unused portion of the credit. However, this also affects any other Stock credit on your account.
9 credits have been transferred to the DPC
With your CC + Stock plan that you still had 23 credits
So, I'll add 32 credits on your account.
Do you intend to cancel the plan of actions of DPC and continue with the CC + Stock plan?

10 images have been assigned to your team account on 11 January and they have all been used.
The individual offer concerns the 10 images/month plan. When you register for the annual plan, your first month will be refunded - details here: Royalty free images, pictures and graphics. Adobe Stock

I am charged monthly for an annual membership, but it turns out that my organization has a site license, so more need of this membership. I am trying to cancel my subscription, but 'cancel the plan' is not an option under 'manage plan '.
