Cancellation policy?

When I Cancel will be charged 50% of the annual fee?  I just cancelled after waiting a very long time and Farid has failed within a reasonable time.  He also agreed that I will be charged is no longer, BUT I received the confirmation e-mail says that I will be charged 50% of the fee for the next year.  PLEASE CLARIFY!

    My contract is renewed on June 10, I just realized this when I logged. I went to cancel my membership and cancellation policy says that if you cancel within 30 days, you can get a refund for this year here. But the sales guy told me is that on the first month, have you ever and that the EULA says something about it, but its so badly made that I'm not sure. Has anyone received a refund after renewal? I feel like I should be able to be reimbursed for these last two days...

    Hi guys.

    I'm sorry, but I need to vent my frustration and maybe ask if others have had a similar problem in the past. Here's my situation.

    About three months ago I tried logging in my Lightroom to be confronted with a message informing me that my subscription has expired. I knew she was due and expect automatic renewal. (I have since discovered it does!) In any case, I had a few difficulties to renew and to access my subscription of photography (£8,57 per month), so I ended up creating a new account. (at the time, I didn't that I was doing what I followed links through the desktop application) I think that's where I was wrong. I have created a new email address and instantly regained access to my account. Voila, problem solved, or so I thought.

    Today, I checked my internet banking only to find out that for 2-3 months, I was charged twice. No problem, I thought, this must be a mix up with accounts that I had and I contacted Adobe directly informing them of the problem. I've been a customer who pays for a little over a year, so I guess that once they have studied the name/address and payment details, everything will become clear. I talked to someone at customer service who quickly discovered the problem and identified that I was the same person and that this had been a mistake. However, I was told that I would not entitled to a refund and I got the chance because of the cancellation policy that Adobe has implemented that someone would normally see must pay a fee for early termination. I talked with the Lady and we both agreed that it was clear that this subscription has been implemented by mistake and it was clear that I had been paying regularly on the main account. Yet once, however, she said she was unable to pay the two months where I had been charged twice.

    Now, I'm not so hard that I desperately want £17 return. However, I feel a bit cheesed off that a refund has not been offered. After all, I am a full paying member and have been for awhile and I thought that a bit of common sense would have been applied in this case, the customer first. I was wrong! My main problem is this - why have I been denied access to my account and bundles if your font is auto renewal? Surely it is confusing at first time members who want to renew? In addition, as we have already said, it was clear to everyone that a mistake had been made, without wanting to. I thought that Adobe would have handled the situation better to be honest, but maybe it's because I am the person in question!

    I'm too important? Or do you think it's a little hard? It will definitely make me think to renew next time and he has almost certainly prevented me to buy a subscription to Premiere Pro, where I had been chosen along with FCPX.

    Hi Sheena. I have two of them, and I think it's because I cut off mid call and had to ring back again once. In any case, I'll give you two numbers I have. They were both sent to the email address in which I chose to cancel it, even if I didn't cancel this account as it was the original - the reason why I did was because the third payment had been made and no refund was offered, I was obliged by keeping a new, or lose the payment of another month.

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (free version) DC - I can add and pay for "send for Signature?

    I have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC product. This is the basic player just to view the PDF files. I saw the feature "Send for signature" and when I click on upgrade, it takes me to a Web page to pay for an annual subscription of $24.00. I don't see any kind of trial, which is ok I guess. I don't have any other paid products or paid subscriptions with Adobe and it would be the only feature that I would like to pay.

    What I really want to know is just in case it doesn't on my needs, I am able to cancel with a refund? What is the cancellation policy?

    If you opt for the $24 subscription, then you can use it online as with your Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, just make sure that you sign in using the same Adobe ID in Adobe Acrobat Reader ms whereby you have completed the subscription.

    I currently have the CC photography plan paid annually. I would switch to CC a comprehensive plan but would like to make prepaid on a monthly basis. When I turn my plan it shows only prepaid annually. I would like to know if this is normal. I have to make a special request to switch to this plan?

    I'm sorry, but there is no option to pass a plan.

    You will need to contact customer service to cancel your current plan and then sign up for the monthly plan.

    If you bought a (one-time) perpetual version of Dreamweaver CS6 and not tell the salesperson on your specific needs, it is unlikely that they would have provided you Muse as an option. Other than that, Nancy he covered in his response.

    If you are within the cancellation policy, you could probably cancel your purchase and then subscribe to Muse instead.

    Is it possible to disable this notification?  I've made a few changes in group policy limit some startup programs.  Now, I suppose that this appears when the program tries to start.  Really irritating.  Maybe there's something in group policy to restrict the notification?  Then there will be another notification telling me that this notification applies?  Laughing out loud!

    Cancellation of Adobe policy is extremely unfair.  Three days since my 'cancellation window' and I have to pay 50% of the annual fee to cancel it.  I am quite unable to use the SW, but Adobe does not care now that they have my money.  SmugMug allows the cancellation at any time; Amazon Prime allows cancellation if no order has been placed, etc.  Y at - it no use here?  The customer service representatives will do nothing, but offer "three free months.

  • Return policy for the laptop. 2 questions please.

    I bought some computers laptops and desktops from HP over the years but never had back none of them until my recent order.  I recently placed an order on the laptop but I found a better computer hp laptop at bestbuy, so I called and cancelled the order (only after 15 hours of the order) but HP CS rep would not let me Cancel.  She told me to just leave it delivered and return it once I received the laptop.  HP will pay for return shipping charges and give me a FULL REFUND; which means that they don't give me the refund less shipping fees.  I asked to confirm what she has told me that I will receive my full refund for my order and HP will send me a return shipping label at their cost.  If this is true what she told me, then HP has the best customer service out there.

    My question to anyone who has purchased and returned HP stuff is it is true about what the CS rep tells me?  Moreover, I get free shipping on my order if it makes a difference.  I pray for your opinion on this please.

    Your problem is with your carrier. They cancelled all guaranteed and forfeited all rights to the service by Apple when they replaced the screen with a counterfeit. Talk to them on this subject.
