Repair iPhone-policy irreparable?

Glass of my iPhone was broken on Aug.

The glass has been replaced in the laboratories of my carrier with a non-original screen without my awareness.

The touch sensor ID recently started functioning power on and off until it has completely stopped responding.

I already managed to day 9.2.1 and my iPhone worked without the touch sensor of ID.

Your problem is with your carrier. They cancelled all guaranteed and forfeited all rights to the service by Apple when they replaced the screen with a counterfeit. Talk to them on this subject.

I paid the assessment fee, which is a small amount to cover the review of a product prior to repair, but this right is only deducted from the final invoice. What about a phone that is damaged by water or a liquid, it is very rare to be able to fix it. Usually, you buy a one off replacement under warranty. I don't want to pay for any repairs before work.

    Looks like your screen goes gray and then shuts down its own, and you must manually restart to get the wifi to work again. I save your device in iTunes, then restore it like new and verify that it works.

    Apple is not repair iPhones except the replacement of the batteries and the (few) cracked screens.  Otherwise, you can get an output of replacement under warranty with a refurbished unit of the same model, color and quality, price varies by country.  Take it to Apple for review.
