  Hey people, I'm quite new in lightroom and creative cloud.

  bought photographer package about 2 months ago and currently paid for it as usual.

  the problem is when I start lightroom and it's develop an error saying:

  "I have to extend my subscription to activate the mod to develop again".

  Creative cloud tells me that lightroom 30-day trial is over and I have to buy - everything else is gray would be so I can't reinstall it even through cc.

  delete all the files in my system with lightroom app cleaner and reinstalled again with cc - nothing has changed

  If someone could help me with this issue, I'd be really happy cause I don't know what to do at all...

  Some Windows product downloads include two files: a file .exe and .7z file. To install the software, it is necessary that the two files are downloaded and located in the same folder. Otherwise, an error may occur when you start the Setup program. Errors are "Windows cannot open this file" and "file archive part Adobe [product name] is missing."

  I bought the plan of creative photography of cloud.   It shows that I'm subscribed to this plan when I log on my account Adobe, but both Photoshop and Lightroom exhibition versions under the name of first instance in the cloud when I opened on my computer.  I opened two trial versions and ensured I was connected, but it is always also a trial version. I bought the plan through Amazon.

  Today, I agree with the Creative cloud for the photographer.

  I already had the trial version of Lightroom, but it has been exceeded.

  I bought the Pack of photographers (Photoshop and Lightroom) CC. Install on my Mac was no problem, but when I installed the package on my Windows laptop I see only a trial version.   It seems that you have purchased a subscription for the plan of photography. You must enable applications using your Adobe ID and password because there is no series of product subscription key.

• Unable to send messages after the accident, the solutions proposed did not.

  Tuesday (April 7), there was an update to 31.6. Thursday, there was an accident. Since that time cannot send messages. The proposed solutions did not work.

  I get the message that the SMTP server does not support the selected authentication.
  I tried the solution mentioned. But nothing helped. I configured the server out on the different types and remove the password as shown. After that, I did the configuration with different types of Setup again. No solution.
  There is not a possibility of webmail. So I'm stuck now.

  There is no problem with incoming messages, they come. This password should be deleted also?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
