  you don't have to rebuy unless you move to a different computer licensed oem software

  If your microsoft software is pre-installed it is licensed oem and it related to the first machine that is installed the life of this machine

  If a retail license it can be moved to another computer but only installed on a machine at any time

  Go to the manufacturing office support web site and search for Windows Vista drivers for your specific model number. Also look for recent updates, even if your PC comes with Windows Vista preinstalled.

  Then download all the drivers in a folder on your hard drive and install all of them, starting with the card mother/chipset, SATA, LAN, Audio, drivers, and so on.
