  I need to install a new drive for backup for SBS 2008.

  The new drive is 3 T. The backup requires 567G.

  The Backup Wizard fails with the message "cannot configure the backup schedule.

  I looked on the MS Support and the only link is related to the target being too small. Although does not here apply.

  The log file indicates that the operation failed because "the critical volumes cannot be excluded", but I included C drive in its entirety. There is a system drive D, but it is not available in the backup configuration.

  My problem is that my Bing Apps.
  I have upgraded to Windows 8 Pro 7 without problem. I ran the application Bing weather and asked that he finds my location - it was more than 100 miles on. I couldn't remove it then uninstalled the app hoping I could reinstall, but couldn't figure out how.

  Not a good general experience despite the fact that the upgrade went well.

  This has happened to all of my Apps - those who came with Windows and those that are installed on the APP store. The convenience store showed no problems. Reinstall does not help and I could not uninstall, as they were not available.
  However, I found a solution - a real uninstall instead of the uninstall normally, using a PowerShell script: http://www.howtogeek.com/138752/use-powershell-to-remove-multiple-modern-apps-from-windows-8/ I managed to uninstall those I wanted to use, and this time when I reinstalled the they all revealed in the tiles of departure.

  Please answer the following questions so that we can get a better idea about the issue.

  1. what application are you trying to install?

  2. What is the exact error message you get?

  AppData is a hidden folder. The Appdata folder in the program data is a super hidden folder. We should not make any changes in this folder as it effects the behavior of other applications as well. You can view the file by following these steps.

  Here are the steps to display the folder.

  a. press Windows key + W , type: Hidden

  b. click on settings under the search box.

  c. click Show hidden files and folders and drives on the left side of your screen s.

  d. then click on Show hidden files, folders and trainings and uncheck Hide protected system files.

  e. click OK

  In Windows 8, the default location of user data has changed. To enable interoperability with existing applications, junction points are used in the deprecated locations and point to the new locations in Windows 8. A junction Point is a physical location on the local hard disk that points to another location on the drive or another storage device. So, here the application is not able to find the point of junction. There could be two reasons for the question. One is the application is unable to find the path and other permissions.

  You created this problem by running a build already install on your development computer. If you are distributing drivers with your installer you should NEVER run the installation program on the machine on which you build.

  Here's what happens:

  All software shops NOR where it was installed since in the Windows registry. When you initially installed it note where you install (DVD, network drive, etc.).

  When you build an installer in TestStand will prompt for this location if it cannot find the original installation files (that is, if you take the DVD from the drive disconnected from the PC from the network, etc.)

  What happened on this PC is you have to build a Setup program, and then you run this installer on the PC, and because the pilots were already present it replaced the path stored in the registry with the path where your Installer (e.g.) was C:\Temp\long path)

  I'm guessing that you have now deleted this former Installer. That means that you have to re - run installers for ALL the software to, OR that you have installed on this machine so the registry is updated to point to the path of DVD or the network path.

  Hello, I recently tried deletion of the infamous gorilla of my computer program. I went into Safe Mode to remove it properly. I removed the program under the "Program Files (x 86)" folder first, until I removed it from the "Program Data" folder. Now the program does not appear in the "Program Data" folder, and price of the gorilla is still installed on my computer. I really, REALLY want this formidable program removed from my computer.   It's because you run it on a 64-bit Windows 7. This problem has been resolved in an updated version. I don't know if it fixes each Simulator, but it seems to have fixed the OS 5 Simulator.

  I found that I can not configure the static IP address for Cisco Touch on TC7.0.1 / 7.0.2 with the procedure described below.

  1. upgrade a codec (e.g. SX20 TC6.3 or less) and a touch paired with the codec for TC7.0.2.

  2. after the upgrade, désapparier (with the help of désapparier Touch button) touch and it reboot.

  3. tap on "IP settings."

  4. Select "Manual IP allocation".

  5. Enter the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and then press "Save".

  Even though we have configured the static IP address with the above procedure, IP allocation remains 'Auto' (= DHCP) and the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway is also empty.

  In this situation, the only way to configure the IP address for the Touch is to use the DHCP server.

  I guess many users uses the static IP assignment like us, so please fix it as soon as POSSIBLE.

  It is a known problem in TC7.0.1 and TC7.0.2. The id of the bug is CSCum82147.

  To work around the problem, set IP address you want the button before moving on to TC7.0.x.

  The bug has been fixed and will be included in the next version of the TC software.

  I have a new laptop Inspiron 15 5559 .  There seems to be no way to configure the BIOS to boot from a repair disc to win 10.  After an accident on my old laptop, I know how it is important to be able to restore a disk image of my external backup.

  Help please because I do not see how to get the player optical, listed in the boot order.  It doesn't seem to be any mention of it.

  the bios is probably corrupted also not hostile user. try Googling a tutorial of bios dell for the setting of parameters for 5559. Lucky, you're not going to find one. It's not even a decent manual. the user must download the recovery files that must be installed on the hard drive before l/p of the plant leaves. the Bios is archaic and most of the time does not meet the evolution of the legacy in the uefi. you could try to update the bios, but I doubt that you will succeed even after doin so. call the tech and have them try. I did and they screwed up my 5559 and they had me reinstall the recovery of a usb drive, they sent. It helps took 5 hours to install. then another 3 hours of updates. and the 5559 still does not work properly. Maybe I got a lemon. However the subject requested, and every time I called dell every question I asked I was put on hold. what say you.   How to do the same thing in OEL5.

  The above applies to Windows (if you want to open the file on the Windows client machine fmb and compile - generate the fmx file). If you are on Linux, you need not to do the same thing, just the env file source application and compile the form (question "echo $FORMS60_PATH" to make sure that all the relevant directories are in the path).

  I created the directory of the root OEL5 ABC & copied all the pll, TEMPLATE.fmb & APPSTAND.fmb files in $AU_TOP/resources directory ABC but how to add ABC to FORMS_PATH in OEL5?

  As mentioned above, it is not required on Linux. However, if you want to add the ABC directory you issue:
