Cannot connect to Windows 8 after refresh.

Original title: could not connect to Windows 8 after refresh. I'm about to lose my mind!

I am LIVID!

I updated my NEW laptop because Windows 8.1 caused a cargo problems and crashes. NEVER AGAIN.

After refreshing, I could only login with a local that gives me access to anything. My normal password and log in as administrator using stupid windows live.com password no longer works.

So, I changed the password for windows.live on another PC.

Now this new password no longer works. WTF?

I can't access any of my stuff that was installed and stored under the original user/password.

I can't add a new admin account, I can not do an another drink or fresh install. Nothing. He just guard invited me to the password that it won't take.

Also, when I searched this problem on the web, I see dozens and dozens of links for this problem.

BUT when I go to the link, it seems that they have all been removed from answers.microsoft.    TRY to HIDE the PROBLEM?

Can someone tell me how to get out of this nightmare, so I can access my original account. PLEASE, I BEG YOU!

Please, I beg you.

  • Cannot connect to Windows 7 after update

I have Windows 7 Home Premium installed on my Dell Inspiron desktop computer. The other day, I installed a few important updates from Windows Update. I decided to restart the computer and it says stop then I did on my xbox while you wait for reboot. After maybe 15 minutes I noticed the screen was the same and the computer restarted ever. The circle animated on-screen icon was more moving. I left alone for a while longer without change. I restarted the computer and noticed that it took much more time to start. Finally, I would like to get to the windows logo screen where the logo moves. The logo suddenly freezes and stays that way. I started in safe mode, and he says that recent updates have not succeeded and it was back the changes. I'm still not able to log in. I can boot the system in safe mode, but it does not recognize my mouse and my keyboard to use. I can not even find my OS drive to use. I am very frustrated. I've had this computer for only a few months. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can probably fix this by using the system restore. Here we go:
    1. keep tapping F8 during the first phase of startup.
    2. select Repair from the menu.
    3. Enter the administrator password when you are prompted. It is often empty.
    4. When you are prompted, select System Restore.
    5. set Windows to a point before this problem occurred.

If steps 1-3 does not work, you can do instead:
    1. put your BIOS so that it uses the DVD drive as its primary boot device.
2 start the computer with the Windows 7 repair CD or with your Windows 7 installation DVD.
    3. Press any key when prompted to boot from the DVD.
    4. When you are prompted, select System Restore.
    5. set Windows to a point before this problem occurred.

  • Cannot connect to Windows 7 after update November 2015

After you install updates to windows on November 11, 2015, my system rebooted when prompted to and loaded windows up to the login screen.

I have 2 accounts of users set up. A as an administrator and as a user with limited rights.

I also have 6 machines which are all set in the same place that received updates.

6 ALL now act in the same way.

After selection of the user, users icons disappear just but normally at this point the password box comes upward, but after the update, the screen goes back only to the icons to logon.

I tried safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompt and the ability to load the last known good configuration, but ALL have the same result, back in the log on screen.

I use a VPN client mobile net movement, but I called the support for the net movement and they indicated that this is not a problem of netmo.

I tried the default bios settings also.

I don't have any ISO on USB, they are mobile units with no DVD. So I can't do a restore from the DVD system but could flash player if I had a.

What was in this update and how to resolve this short of blow HD?

All 6 machines do exactly the same after MS Updates, it is a problem of update.

After a whole day troubleshooting, the following fix worked for me. Had to start by using a windows installation disc 7 to access command prompt and remove the package "KB3097877". Still called Microsoft, which offered to help "intensify" my problem if I paid $150 for a subscription.

  • Cannot connect to Windows 7 after updates

That's what I'm left with after updates ran Friday:

    • All accounts are locked (including facial recognition). Clicking on a user comes back to the same screen without ever asking for a password. It's as if all the accounts have been disabled.
    • Try to get to the command Mode prompt course taking me in the Safe Mode GUI log in the page with the same behavior.
    • Try to go to the "last good known Configuration" does exactly the same thing.
    • Recovery disc does not work.
    • Reset system known as the recovery partition is corrupted (this is an OEM Toshiba installation).

Any suggestions? Since I can't go to the command line... It is extremely important that I again have access soon.

Hardware information: Stock Toshiba Satellite A505-S6030

You can try restoring the system as follows:

    1. Set your BIOS so that it uses the DVD drive as its primary boot device.
    2. Start the computer with your system repair CD. If you do not have one, ask a friend to burn you through the control panel / backup and restore. It takes less than five minutes.
    3. Press a key when prompted to boot from the CD.
    4. Select 'PC Repair' in the menu.
    5. Select 'Repair' when prompted.
    6. When you are prompted, select System Restore.
    7. Configure Windows to a point before the update on Friday.

Since your recoery partition is now useless, it is essential that you create an image of your installation and store it on an external drive. Do this after you fix your current problem.

  • Cannot connect to Windows 7 after Microsoft updates

After the most recent series of updates to one of our laptops set up and configured, the office went into the log on screen. There is one main user on this laptop. When we click on the user icon, however, user, accessibility, and stop icons disappear for a few seconds, the animated 'wait' icon appears for a while, then the entire screen darkens, and this goes back in the log on screen. We are never faced with the prompt of password or any other message. This happens if start us normally or in Mode safe. We also tried to commissioning in the configuration "last good known", but the same problem occurs. We can enter the recovery tools, but the only available recovery seems to be the restoration of the original configuration of the C:\ drive.

Is there a work around known for allowing us to open a session?

Critical data are synchronized on a network drive, so there is little emphasis on this front. We would like to just avoid having to reinstall applications (office 360, Norton, etc.) which may require additional assistance to cancel lost installation.

    Hello

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

You can try to fix it with Safe Mode - repeatedly press F8 as you bootup. Safe Mode ADMINISTRATOR account has no password by default (unless someone has changed the password so it should be available).

Some programs such as the Google Updater (if you added the toolbar Google, Chrome or Google Earth) has been known to cause this problem.

    Hello

If you have another system then plug your HARD drive as a secondary to another system & copy below the files of this machine.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe

Paste these files in the same location in the C drive of the problematic computer.
    Search now for your question.

If it won't, then I suggest you to repair your operating system.

    Thank you.

  • Cannot connect to Windows Vista due to password problem

I have a Dell XPS computer laptop model PP28L and run Vista Home Premium. When I bought the computer I bought in a pawn shop. Of course it was sold with no records at all. No recovery or restore of Windows disks. I have a valid Microsoft "proof of License'for my Vista Home Premium. Should I be reinstall Windows and if yes how I'd get the disks.

    * original title - cannot connect on Windows Vista Home Premium because someone changed my password, deleted my ID of the administrator and the guest connection. I am in the *.

Your only option is to do a clean install of Vista.  There is no free, download of the disk.  Contact the manufacturer of the computer and they may be willing to sell you a set of recovery disks to reinstall the system (but you will need 23 digit product key to activate it in all probability even if sometimes it is not necessary when it is made with recovery on the same computer discs).

Here is Microsoft's policy on software lost: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326246 you can see is not much help.

If you can borrow an installation disk of Vista genuine of the same size of the bit of ANYONE, you can use that with your product key to re - install the system and start over (you get a new administrator account and set your own password for him - or to leave empty that you choose).

    I hope this helps.

  • When I connect to Windows 7 after that my laptop has been asleep, the Welcome screen will have 10 minutes to go beyond.

When I connect to Windows 7 after my laptop has been asleep, the Welcome screen will block for always (10 + minutes). It does not every time, but maybe once all 5 or 6 times and it's happened lately. I can just shut the computer off and the newspaper with no problem after starting it upward, but I'm afraid, there may come a time where it does not work.

I had this problem since I got my computer 2 months ago so I don't think it's related to what I have installed. Has anyone else encountered this problem and has found a way to fix it? Is this a common bug in all of Windows 7?

    Hello

Safe mode - repeatedly, press F8 as you bootup. Another method is to start - type in
Search-> find MSCONFIG in top box - just right-click on it - RUN AS Admin Startup tab
-check the Safe Boot (network) APPLY / OK. Don't forget to change it if necessary.

Try a system restore before what happened: (you can run system restore
in the Windows as well however it sometimes works better in safe mode-
repeatedly press F8 as you start.)

  • Cannot connect to Windows 7 PC via Wi Fi

    I have a Stor.E TV + 2 TB I've tried everything but can't connect to PC Windows 7.
However, it will connect to a Windows XP OK computer.
    Someone at - it solution

I found that connecting to Windows 7 with WiFi or other is a business blindly. The reason is not clear, but probably because the Toshiba is not properly designed to be discovered by Windows 7. Even computers Windows XP need some software utilities installed to be discovered by Win 7. Often the Toshiba appears at the bottom of the page of the network as a disc that is present but cannot be discovered. Sometimes it will appear under network locations if you pass the Toshiba and the new to reset the IP address. In addition to the usual file sharing settings, the drive must be mapped under 'computer '. Very often when the player does not appear under the 'Network' locations, double click the disc 'Computer' open records even if it does not appear in the sites 'network '. Don't ask me why. I worked around this and other issues such as the inability to copy large files, without interface specified Samba, etc, etc.. I installed the updated software, but other issues have slipped now that I've never had before like files FLAC freeze the player and does not properly (noise spikes). In truth, unfortunately, is a * finish without any support, and should not be on the market. I can't even sell it because it wouldn't be ethical it land on a poor unsuspecting, but hours of frustration to work around these problems, just to be able to use it, is counterproductive. I'll be more careful next time in choosing a provider.

  • Cannot connect on Windows XP

It is the history of a problem of connection on Windows XP.

First, you see a after starting Skype on Windows XP.

    1. Please open this URL https://pipe.skype.com/ in your Internet Explorer (you have to use IE because Skype depends on it)

2 do not load, there is no lock icon in the address bar, and you get an error message

(If you have a lock icon in the address bar and see a blank page so you don't have this kind of problem)

    3. first of all check you the computer clock, go to http://time.is/ , encrypted connections need a correct clock (+/-2 seconds are OK)

4 make sure that XP supports SHA2 signatures support, download & install Microsoft KB968730 , you will need to provide your e-mail address and you will get a link in the email

    5. once ensure you THAT XP has certificates root to update, download & install the root certificates Microsoft

    6. can enable the TLS 1.0 Protocol and disable SSL 2.0 and 3.0 in the Internet Options of IE / advanced

You're done! Skype needs to connect on the login server so you will be able to connect.

That s a strange question. Do you have the same problems on an external monitor?

If a display is flashing, the screen itself is faulty, the FL tube is the cause of the error. I think that is the best, when an ASP (authorized service provider) checks your Qosmio G30.
